Bios- ALT is now a penny again and sold on news, probably a good time to buy. ACET is oversold, voting on RS but they have until April for compliance and have stated they want to wait to see if stock price will naturally go up with Q1 updates. SLS is just a great company and that is easy gains.

Curious if you have noticed the insider purchases in SMMT and ACET last week. If not it might spark interest. SMMT both CO-CEOβs purchased 500k of shares each, a director 10M and multiple grants to chief accounting officer and CFO. ACET just received a large investment (5M) from omnihealth investment firm whilst being a penny stock.
Agreed, the fact they are doubling down on ACET is a very positive sign. If this goes anywhere near its previous price highs again we could be looking at a monstrous gain here. And same, bio insider purchases are usually very telling, especially a purchase of 5M in a penny stock. Hopefully the news is soon.
If you go in and check the history of OrbiMed, check the positions they have entered and go back and see the performance. The lowest I found was 100% in 2-3 months. This is their second ACET purchase. They have doctors and medical professionals who understand and can accurately see when there will be positive news or end cycle of a development. So I've been buying every dip ever since they entered at 1.00 With pharma my moto is "buy the rumor sell the news" and it works well. There is always a pull back, cash in and enter again.
I agree, the timing is extremely notable on other investments, honestly what got me curious about their ACET purchase. Also I doubt they would make a 5M purchase if dilution was on the table. I think they arenβt worried about it because of upcoming catalysts, which in my eyes are due after nearly a year. I have a suspicion it will be an interesting couple of weeks for ACET ;)

ACET, FBLG, IPSC, PCSA and SGMO if anyone is looking for some long-term holds with large upside potential. They won't swing quickly, but they have the potential to swing high.

Adicet Bio (ACET) price targets have been updated recently. Guggenheim raised their price target to $8, HC Wainwright has them at $4. Current share price $0.97 Pipeline: They consolidated their pipeline to two primary candidates which have HUGE potential. For autoimmune diseases, positive preliminary data from a Phase 1 trial was announced in October 2025. The trial includes patients with conditions such as lupus nephritis (LN), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and others. Results in the LN group showed a 100% renal response rate and a generally well-tolerated safety profile. Adicet intends to discuss a Phase 2 trial with the FDA in early 2026. ADI-001 is also in a Phase 1 trial for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), focusing on mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).Β Note: Yes the sample size is small - this is a VERY rare space. Off-the-shelf allogeneic Car-T cell therapy has not been very successful even in phase 1 trials from other companies. Off the shelf means that it does NOT require patient-specific factors for acquiring the T Cells. They can be obtained from general population and this makes them much more readily available. The fact that they even had 100% response rate from a small phase 1 study is not common. For example, people cite Adaptimmune as a failed CAR-T company - they only had 33% response rate even in their phase 1 study, before their phase 2 fizzled out. In solid tumors, Adicet is focusing on the preclinical development of ADI-212 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). ADI-212 is a gene-edited gamma delta CAR T cell candidate targeting PSMA. A regulatory filing is expected in early 2026, with initial clinical data in the latter half of 2026. Financial status: **Cash runway most recently announced was $150 million, plus an additional 80 million direct offering last week (**shares and pre-funded warrants). These are getting eaten up quickly by industry investors/corporations, AND insiders. They recently got extension until April for compliance so they will want to keep this share price above $1. Chart/Insiders: Adicet Bio's stock holds buy signals from both short- and long-term Moving Averages, and a buy signal from the 3-month Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD). Insiders have also been positive, buying more shares than selling recently. A 5 million share insider trade was just disclosed. Outlook (personal opinion, due your own DD) - I see this as a medium term play with lots of insider and institutional buying recently, promising outlook, strong cash runway without need for further dilution, and potential catalysts from their two trials within the next 6 months.

Weβre annoyed about the offering but worth noting that ACET got extension for compliance and probably will bounce off the drop yesterday. PSTV still has a great chance to hit $1. Both safe plays imo but Iβm sure neither will be moonshots

$ACET had 80mil dilution, which isn't great, but considering successful phase 1, means they got more money to burn and will not go for RS in the near term, I do not expect it to rise to 1.5-2 today, but by the end of the month we shall see substantial returns IMO - be responsible for your money.

ACET is small at this point, but they are developing some interesting novel T-cell therapies for autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. Theyβre phase 1 with preliminary data expected in the next three months and have a runway extending to EOY 2026. They also have a collab with regeneron on engineered cell therapies for blood cancers and tumors.
Added more KULR and ACET. I will take slow and steady
