ALZN I bought in at 2.35, they're presenting at a military symposium this week and releasing phase 2 data, sign point to it being positive news, dilution already occured last week, driving price down presumably for investors to scoop up shares after the news hits, why is no one talking about this? Should I run now or double down for more ?

I am long on NILE, but I totally agree. Ault buys shares of these companies at far too high. I see $0.88 as good down the line, but why not get it cheaper? I think his investments in CENN, MULN, ALZN are good for long term. They all have massive potential to rise high if they can beat the first few stages of company development.

He got into a bunch of high risk stuff that didn’t pan out, but has also made some good calls on some recent trades. For example, he got into HUSA before it spiked and loaded MULN before it spiked. He is currently underwater on his averages in NILE and ALZN though. That all said, the past problems were with dilution and over-promising growth on the legacy businesses he owned. I’m not aware of him lying in the actual numbers and it’s really hard to mess up crypto mining which requires heavy capital expenditure, but not much operational oversight (just have to make sure the contracts are in place and the hardware is operating the ways it’s supposed to). Based on the latest 10Q NILE was trading well-below book value so current stockholders actually benefit from all the past dilution (I.e. that is the capital that was used to buy the miners to begin with). The business model itself is also sound and most people can do the math themselves as far as revenues and projected revenues until the next halving. Overall I think the mining business model is a good one and I don’t think it should be devalued just because a lot of people don’t like Ault. There is also some promise in some of the legacy holdings.
I have no problem with any companies he owns, I hope ALZN do big things for alzheimers. My problem is with Milton Todd Ault alone, he's a slimy fuck who nobody should trust or think isa good guy
Do some research into him. He has twice declared bankruptcy because of bad business practice, been sanctioned by finra and has multiple lawsuits connected to him and other companies (ALZN). A quick google and you'll find out what you need to know

This is all speculation, just wanna say that. For $NILE i honestly think it will stay in the $0.75-$0.85 range for now, but will slowly go up and may spike with a catalyst. EOM, above $1. EOY, above $5. $ALZN could be a hit or miss, but I personally think Alzheimer's/Dementia treatment is very important and will garner significant attention if there is a breakthrough. Could hit $0, could hit $10, only time will tell for that one. I have $NILE shares @ $0.54 and $NILE $0.50 calls for 2023 so my play is long here.
Additionally, Todd has been buying up ALZN a lot this year, which makes me think some form of catalyst is coming up soon, following the positive results from first-stage human trials they received back mid-Dec.
They plan on ramping up bitcoin production significantly this year. Turn On Green and Alzamend ($ALZN) are also part of the same conglomerate or whatever. Turn On Green is being merged with $IMHC. $ALZN has some exciting Alzheimers medication that seems close to release. Combined with bitcoin price expected to rise, IMO BitNile ($NILE) seems to be primed to go up. Also Todd Ault has $$$ in the bank, im not worried about debt or anything with these companies.
