MIXE - AI, end of story. This is a bubble that's going to pop real soon. The time to have MIXE was when the ticker was first acquired by Hawkins. It may go up a few pennies from here, but I just don't see it as a stable company long term, and it's likely not going to generate the massive returns at this price that a company like AMFN or AEFI could if they accomplish what they claim. Has GGSM been merged into a healthy company? Just merging a ticker doesn't do anything unless there are actual assets to go with it. That said, my concern on AGCI is that I follow the junior minors space a bit and actually own a few companies at the moment and have traded others periodically at profit. With gold, silver, and pretty much every commodity realizing that inflation is coming, metals and miners are a really good play. That said, here's my issue with AGCI. I own a couple junior minors right now (WPGCF and RVLGF). Their market caps are only \~6-8x of AGCI and also penny stocks. They are actually mining right now, and doing so on much larger plots with big names in the mining sector backing them. I don't see a lot of room for AGCI to run at its current value, especially considering the mine it has acquired rights to is only 14 acres compared to hundreds of hectares that these others have. Mining is also VERY expensive, which is going to require some serious capital raises. The amount of metals in those mines would have to be absolutely absurd to allow something like this to run. While there's probably some upside at AGCI's current price, I would definitely be doing some massive derisking had I gotten that one early. I'm definitely open to taking a position with GGSM at its current price before a healthy company gets moved into it, but if it's another AGCI type play, I probably exit that one pretty early too and happily take my profits.

I'd be curious on hearing your reasons for staying away from both. From a couple interviews I'd be curious if they will try to merge AGCI and GGSM together and ultimately taken by a bigger company. I see that as a time to sell AGCI. I get a vibe that its a play for them to gain capital for AMFN and/or AEFI.

186k shares and I might load up on more. Even if this moves to a penny or two on hype, that’s a solid swing trade. I’m also in about 17k shares on AMFN, hopefully they can deliver on what they are promising to some extent 🤞

I’m interested to see where this stock sits in a years time. I started to invest in AMFN as there are little options for fusion energy stocks . I’m hoping it follows suit and hits similar increases. Still have a lot of research to do with this company but the price right now is hard to pass for an entry point.

Mentions:#AMFN

SPYR is just acquired symbol. That's it. Though in the last month you're seeing trading activity against it. Right now, you could get about 10M shares for around 4k. If you trust Hawkins and have a few thousand sitting around, it's not bad. Also of note, he has another ticker in an AI company that you didn't have listed here. I can't remember it. I'm not touching that personally which means that will be the homerun lol. But I've got AMFN and AEFI.

So all the Hawkins companies are: AMFN AEFI AGCO GGSM now SPYR Any more I missed? I'll look into SPYR.

"Still hidden from wallstreet" is code for "please hold my bags." If there was even a remote chance of viability for this, investors would be dumping money into it. It's the same shit as AMFN's "we've definitely unlocked fusion energy, no we can't show you anything." OP is pumping and dumping both of these companies (they made an identical post for AMFN a month ago).

AMFN, which is Hawkins Sister company to AEFI …just recently got up-listed to the OTCQB and I mean recently like in “ last Friday” The SAME management team are doing the same for AEFI

Mentions:#AMFN#AEFI

I also have shares of both AMFN is going to solve the energy crisis, not just for AI centers, but for a whole host of needs…. Imagine having a power cell putting out “positive net” sustained energy, that puts out zero harmful radiation ….that you can fit in the back of a pick up truck. Not to mention, these machines are stackable, which means you can amp up the necessary kilowatts you need for your applications. And as far as AEFI goes … this SAF fuel they have engineered will run any engine that is currently accepting gasoline or diesel So there’s ZERO retrofitting of engines necessary …it’s a “drop-in” ready fuel To be used in commercial and domestic Airline… cargo ships… cruise ships …cars.. you name it… and a lot of these larger means of transport cannot be run by using battery power… it’s just too heavy Not to mention, SAF fuels are already mandated as part of the fuel usage in Europe And since it’s green energy, neither political side can argue against it.😎 I suggest everyone do your due diligence and then you will see what I’m saying …and yeah, I loaded up on both✌️

Mentions:#AMFN

Good shit tho bro. I’m not for promoting shit but if you wanna a safe long term play I’m talking for decades. Look into AMFN. They are about to demo and release the first commercial compact fusion reactor. You’re gonna say that’s retarded no ones close blah blah but trust me you can do your own research and see for yourself. They are at Texas tech testing it as we speak and they are deadass releasing a behind the scenes short video this week to show how the setup and testing is going and they have highly qualified and educated people on their team. It’s hovering around .18-.19 cents rn if you wanna hear more DM me I got some stuff to back my claims up.

Wait wait wait this isn’t in connection right now with AMFN correct this is just a seperate company that acquired the mine no?

Mentions:#AMFN

Vs AGCI that is being ran by the same executive team as AMFN and AEFI, Richard Hawkins and Brent Nelson?

I have that same perspective on comparing them. While AEFI is behind and is expected to report results on agreements with airlines and locations for source capturing for fuels, where I see AEFI competing with AMFN at the moment is it's price point and it's potential for movement with potential contract and proof of concept advancement. It may not have the potential to move beyond $50-$100+ like AMFN, but having a couple million shares and AEFI moving up to $1-$10+ per share is still retirement potential

Mentions:#AEFI#AMFN

I jumped in RNWF /AMFN fat at the moment like every dollar based off signals. AEFI doesn’t show any of those signals that were as bullish. Don’t worry AEFI is a real company in the otc! It’s a great investment. But if you’re comparing Gold to silver, it’s a huge difference. Imagine in ten years AEFI gives you 500% gain and AMFN gives you 50,000% you still win. But not saying that happens because I’m not a genie. But that’s the way the charts are screaming at this rate

Mentions:#AMFN#AEFI

Have you looked into the executive teams others company plays, specifically Amerixan Ecofuels (AEFI)? Curious on your thoughts with that seemingly lagging behind AMFN 3-6 months with progression. And just simply not having the fusion hype, but a huge energy and fuels potential

Mentions:#AEFI#AMFN

Everyone also needs to look into the executive structure and their deep connections with Kepler Aerospace. Richard Hawkins and Brent Nelson, at a minimum, and the standout physicist in merit and beliefs John Brandenburg, carry over their leadership in building up American Ecofuels (AEFI) and American Gold and Copper (AGCI). Especially for AMFN, these boys are likely backed. These moves look like the set up to something much bigger, with fusion putting the team on its back.

Yes. The potential on both is very high. AEFI is one catalyst away from explosion and right now it’s accumulation stage. AMFN has proven itself to be the most profitable and successful with the speed so I have my money where the movement is. It’ll be like this forever and this week is going to be phenomenal. They solved the HE3 issue today in the mines, tested positive so that’s huge hurtle as well. The demonstration video comes out this week. I might make a new post to show Reddit about that if no one else does

Mentions:#AEFI#AMFN

I honestly believe that yes AEFI won’t be as enormous as AMFN but I can’t imagine the SISTER COMPANY under the SAME PRIVATE NAME KEPLER with shared management is going to do shit when they are literally making the biggest company in history at this point. I am holding for decades and I believe that oil is still going to be more than vital even if AMFN solves fusion. I can’t believe that AMFN is going to be a multi thousand dollar king of the market while the duke, his brother AEFI stays at sub dollar levels. Just does not make sense one bit. Regardless I’m already feeling rich and I’m a patient young man 😀.

Mentions:#AEFI#AMFN

I got in AMFN sub penny and it was sub penny for one week only. It was so hard to buy in that cheap. I think AEFI will always be sub penny but people on Ihubz are making bank shorting it, calling the best stock to short in the otc. People think it’s MM but it’s just retailers making flips

Mentions:#AMFN#AEFI

All I know is I missed AMFN in trips and sub penny but I am not missing AEFI. I was able to secure 3 million shares for me and my family. I only have 62500 shares of AMFN but even that is going to make me a 9 figure man within the next decade or so. I’m going to utilize Brent Nelson as well as Richard C. Hawkins as much as I can. They’re not working together for no reason. They work together because their expertise and their ideas are a dangerous mixture.

I don’t want to press anyone’s button because a lot of die hard fans for AEFI. If AMFN wasn’t around that would be the second choice here most likely which seems bullish right? But the reality is AMFN is going to be all over the world one day with infinite time behind the infrastructure. AEFI didn’t even start their pilot demonstration before the factories. Each factory will probably produce around 200m a year and I’m sure they won’t have more than 5 manufacturers producing SAF. So let’s say they produce up to 1billon of SAF fuel a year. Of course they will sell every drop but all of Europe is already in SAF. So AEFI is late to the game by years, and Brent Nelson said in the AEFI interview this company is going to be on for the next 20 years. After 20 years they will be replaced by something else, but AEFI won’t even be on board for another 2-3 years. Especially since AMFN will be so successful, what would be the drive to focus their time on SAF when one Texatron will beat the entire AEFI company lol it’s silly

My AI Slop Analysis: AMFN -- HARD AVOID One-liner verdict HARD AVOID. American Fusion Inc. is a 26-year-old shell corpse that got Weekend at Bernie's'd into a fusion energy concept in March 2026, slapped a ticker change on it, and is now trading at half a billion dollars in market cap on ninety-nine thousand dollars in actual cash -- enough to cover their operating burn for about 22 days before somebody has to print more shares and start the whole sorry dilution treadmill over again. --- Three names, zero businesses, one very tired shell. This company was born in the nineties as Tech Laboratories Inc. and proceeded to accomplish absolutely fuck-all for a quarter century before becoming Renewal Fuels Inc. -- another concept that dissolved into the OTC ether -- before finally landing its third identity as American Fusion Inc. in March 2026, roughly 72 hours after completing a reverse merger with a private entity called Kepler Fusion Technologies on February 27. That reverse merger is where a pre-revenue helium-3 fusion concept called Texatron got stapled to a zombie ticker and handed a nearly three-billion-share float, which is not how legitimately transformative fusion energy companies typically launch themselves into the world. The management team assembled to steward this corporate rebranding was not some seasoned deep-tech VC consortium flush with strategic capital. It was one guy holding every C-suite title simultaneously -- CEO, President, Secretary, Treasurer, AND Director, a full royal flush of corporate governance in a single pair of hands -- who has not spent a single goddamn dollar of his own cash buying open-market shares in over two years of running this company. A Costello-shaped hole in the cap table. The share count story for AMFN is genuinely unhinged, and you need to understand it before you think about touching this ticker. The 10-Q for Q1 2026 shows 2,997,301,029 shares issued and outstanding on the balance sheet as of March 31 -- call it roughly three billion shares -- which at the current price of $0.1671 makes the market cap approximately $500.8 million. That alone should give you pause. But Note 10 of the same filing discloses a subsequent event that is wild even by OTC pink-sheet standards: a court-ordered cancellation of 1,683,000,000 shares tied to a dispute involving Justin Costello, the prior RNWF-era operator who pleaded guilty in January 2023 to federal securities fraud for running a $35 million pump-and-dump scheme -- posing as a Harvard MBA billionaire war veteran to systematically defraud retail investors across a web of OTC shells. A federal court nuked 1.683 billion of his shares. By the May 20, 2026 filing date, the cover-page share count had dropped to 1,636,801,029. But here is the part that tells you exactly what kind of operation you are looking at: between the court cancellation and that cover-page date, the current management had already issued approximately 322 million fresh new shares. The court blew up a billion and a half Costello ghost shares, and the new team's immediate institutional response was to dilute right back up. This is not an accident. This is the whole business model. Twenty-two days of runway and a share printer. At March 31, 2026, American Fusion had $99,594 in the bank. Their Q1 operating cash outflow was $415,931. Their net loss for the quarter was $669,750 -- more than six times what they lost in Q1 the prior year -- because now they carry public-company overhead: patent filings, IR marketing, compensation, and a physicist on salary developing technology that has produced zero prototype test results, zero third-party validation, and zero published test data. That $99k is not a strategic reserve. It is a rounding error with delusions of grandeur. The only reason this company breathes as a going concern is that they raised $513,000 in Q1 through unregistered stock sales, and a May 6, 2026 8-K shows they were back at the trough immediately with a new material agreement AND a dilution event in the same filing. Add up what the market is actually buying: roughly $500.8 million in market cap, plus $491K in debt, minus $99K in cash, gives you an enterprise value of approximately $501.2 million for a company with no revenue, no prototype, and 22 days of runway. The CTO has real credentials, a real plasma physics career, and a published theory about nuclear war on Mars. Dr. John E. Brandenburg holds a legitimate PhD from UC Davis, spent real time at Lawrence Livermore and Sandia National Laboratories, carried Top Secret clearances, and built a decades-long plasma physics career. He is also publicly and on-the-record the author of a theory that ancient nuclear weapons annihilated a Martian civilization. He presented at a Fermilab conference on July 23, 2026 -- a real venue -- and American Fusion's own accompanying press release felt morally obligated to include the sentence that participation "does not constitute scientific validation or endorsement of the technology." When your own promotional material preemptively disclaims scientific endorsement for the thing you are promoting, you have reached an entirely new tier of accidental corporate honesty. The Texatron concept is an idea wearing a patent portfolio as a costume, and ideas in patent-portfolio costumes do not deserve half-billion-dollar market caps at development stage. The catalysts have already fired, and you are standing behind the confetti. The July 23 Fermilab presentation and the Texas Tech Testing referenced in the concurrent news release were the freshest catalysts in this story -- and the market had already taken the stock on a nearly 60% single-day rip to approximately $0.20 on July 21 before handing back about 16.5% to settle at current levels. That move is done. If you are looking at AMFN right now thinking you are getting in front of a catalyst, you are literally standing behind the curtain trying to catch confetti after the party ended. There are no upcoming binary events on the calendar -- no dated readouts, no FDA gates, no earnings inflection, nothing concrete on the horizon. You are post-pump and post-peak, sitting at the part of the chart where early buyers are deciding whether to hand their bags to you (3/3) One hundred and sixty-seven thousand percent, and the crowd already did its job. The stock's 52-week low is $0.0001. At $0.1671 today, that is a 167,000% move -- a number so cosmically stupid it wraps back around to being clarifying about what this thing actually is. Penny-stock communities have been flooded with explicitly promotional language around AMFN, breathless comparisons to legitimately funded private fusion companies that have nothing substantive to do with this ticker, and the classic "you still have time to get in" energy that means, with zero ambiguity, that someone who got in cheaper wants you to fund their exit. A sentiment alert on this name fired in mid-July at $0.079, and the stock subsequently peaked at approximately $0.20 -- a 153% move from that alert price. That move is in the books. There is not a single institutional shareholder in this company. Not one fund has touched it. The people who got paid on AMFN got in at sub-pennies, and the only remaining question is who writes their exit check. VERDICT: HARD AVOID. American Fusion Inc. is a zombie shell with three names and zero businesses that stuffed a physics concept with no test results into a nearly three-billion-share float, handed it to a one-man management operation that hasn't spent a cent of its own cash on the stock it runs, carries the legacy of a convicted federal fraudster baked into its corporate DNA, has 22 days of cash left as of its last filing, and is valued at north of half a billion dollars on the strength of promotional press releases and a retail crowd that already ran it 167,000% from the 52-week low. The pump is done. The catalysts have fired. There is no fundamental thesis here. Stay far the fuck away. .

AMFN and chill.  You're welcome. Told you at .024 and i will tell you today at .167. Hold for a $1 by years end the latest. Downvote all you want.
