also anyone thinking about picking up ASBP at those levels? seems like it actually make good tradeoff, unless we dont completely colapse the market
is the 10% on ASBP from the old news? or is there something new? can't see anything

(ASBP) ("Aspire" or the "Company"), today announced it has entered into an agreement with Microsize (Quakertown, Pennsylvania), the largest independent North American contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on cGMP micronization and particle size engineering.
ASBP- Agreement signed, low float, high shorts and over 25 DTC. Another sqeeze potential. Just bought in

ASBP news https://www.stocktitan.net/news/ASBP/aspire-biopharma-files-provisional-patent-application-for-industry-r9s7ovzamfkh.html
Is anyone looking at ASBP for a temporary jump after the RS?
NFA, high risk, high reward play for the medium term. ASBP is a buy at current prices. They just diluted a shit ton to fund their upcoming clinical trial, recent positive FDA news, NDA submission this year, etc. etc. The positive FDA news also opens doors for partnership conversations. It may squeeze after the split on the 16th, but I wouldn't necessarily bank on it.
ASBP announced reverse split. I'm playing the bounce right now
ASBP: Hopefully, you all got out last week on that move up... Just RS and is crashing.
The death of ASBP is wild lol. Actually, great news for a very undervalued company (IMO). The positive response lasted for all of pre-market and then a downward trajectory since.
Penny stock advice: don’t chase a falling knife especially one with a direct offering announced. Better off finding better opportunities elsewhere. For example look at OCG and ASBP. Dead as a brick.

think everyone expected that the FDA news would take it higher and keep it there, I personally have around 30k worth of ASBP in the red at the moment, prepared to hold it for next 6 months as I expect that now they got FDA feedback the next news out will be positive and should take it much higher.
I'm holding ASBP atm. So far I have a loss and it doesn't seem to get better. I'm wondering if I should just sell and call it a day or keep holding it. Any take on this?

Is ASBP a complete goner at this point or is it worth hanging onto just in case?
> ASBP at 0.966 I'll sell you some at a HUGE discount of 0.95 if you'd like. 0.0966, so you're only off by like 1000%
ASBP at 0.966 People are acting like a reverse split is guaranteed tomorrow

Ah, understood. Thanks for explaining. Might wait for a bit and grab some more shares if it drops a bit. I think ASBP has a chance to balloon (as in, dollars/share) if (or WHEN) this is approved for use.
I didn't say it was denied. I said ASBP asked for feedback from FDA and not approval, as requested by ASBP. They received the feedback. Nothing has changed - continue with your final clinical trial, and then apply, and we'll go from there. How is the status quo positive news?
https://preview.redd.it/ysjr2i93vzbg1.png?width=1921&format=png&auto=webp&s=b70977694a614d573f60c1ce813e9666f3a49ae3 Just needed to brag. Missed out on ASBP's premarket move because . . . well, anyway, this is me making up for it.
Actually negative news, as they received feedback from FDA instead of approval, which was requested by ASBP. This is dynamite...either in your face or in your pocket, it WILL blow up.
I had a good year. Ended on a high note from playing PRPH perfectly when it ran up, and then ASBP today. Also just had my ESPP vest for work this week, sold a handful of shares to add to my port. I also set abnormally tight stop losses and exit earlier than others probably do. Keeps my port a little safer at the expense of often missing big gains.
4500 shares here. Taking all my profits from ASBP over lol
Man I can only imagine how much they diluted ASBP today to kill that buying pressure that had in pre-market. I bet they added near 50% of their float today.
Insane volume on ASBP - Are we sure it is totally done? It couldn’t crush past $0.20?
Out of my last 5,000 ASBP. Doesn't look like its going to gain any traction during normal hours, and dilution is going to be announced any time. Maybe today. Made $1,134 off entire position. 😀

Just offering my perspective, guy. Not slamming ASBP, I'm excited to see what they do. Imo everyone should pause and carefully consider before grabbing ridiculously cheap biotech. https://preview.redd.it/okz0tgprcybg1.png?width=519&format=png&auto=webp&s=d3706b7874698e0b5192303128bf969d3538a162
Glad I hopped out of ASBP PM, nice 50% take
Alright im out ASBP again lol. Will wait for a CTM drop and get into more stable stocks.
I know only open for 15 minutes. Every time I've gotten into ASBP it doesn't move or drops.
🚨 IMPENDING BANKRUPTCY CHECK: ASBP 🚨 Cash and Receivables: $1.95m Total Current Liabilities:$13.86m Total Assets: $2.4m Total Liabilities: $13.87m Extremely concerning. Today's news is undoubtedly positive, but it is absolutely not a guarantee of future revenue; it simply allows them to conduct a clinical trial. We all know how those can go. Caution is encouraged as this balance sheet looks quite stupid. There is a very high likelihood of dilution. 🚨 VERDICT: FAIL 🚨
I think this is a good entry for ASBP. NFA
5 minutes before open, let's see who was right on ASBP, my take is that it will run ot 0.35 today minimum
Good luck ASBP bros. Like I said before I wasn't in for a rocket. Made my money and got out.
Be mindful. ASBP is just a go forward. They still have it pay for moving forward. That means they will dilute.
It’s funny you can instantly tell who bought at the peak of ASBP and is actively getting burned, it’s not gonna moon at open that stock is done for
ASBP is gonna moon at open...
Well shit, I bought at the top of ASBP in PM earlier.
Hell yeah ASBP we got a successful meeting!
I'm going to stick with ASBP, I won't have the same problem as with BYND.
Thanks for calling out ASBP! I made a few bucks.
HIVE is having a good start to the year. ASBP is rising, but it remains to be seen if it will fall.
Took profit on 15,000 of my 20,000 ASBP shares. About 65% gain in 48 hours! This is why I take the risk and hassle of penny stock investing. https://preview.redd.it/50xcer6rnxbg1.png?width=253&format=png&auto=webp&s=4a6c582885f8d4e017cfbf78c119554f2ddebaa3
What are the chances ASBP doesn’t crash to hell after this
Yea prob gonna go ASBP over CTM
Hold ASBP go for 0.2!!!!
Fuck it took all my CTM gains and threw it back into ASBP. Im leveraged to the tits! Lol lets see how this goes.
The former IU basketball coach is correct. FDA only is requiring small, 32 patient, biomarker study, then AABP can file the NDA. Note that ASBP had been planning to run this study anyway, so no extra burden on ASBP that FDA is asking for it.
The ASBP rise in pre-market is so healthy. I'm super bullish on today's run. Everyone commenting about the shorts, but with this volume, shorts can cover no problem and it won't drive up price too much IMO. I really don't think a squeeze is a factor here. This is a healthy re-rate of a stocks market cap for a company that previously held a wildly low market cap that reflected zero to little faith in their product. The pre-ind meeting shows FDA alignment with the legitimacy and clinical value of the product.
Re-read the press release my man. Its pretty clear that FDA has accepted the 505(b)2 pathway and is only requiring a single additional, small, study, which ASBP was planning to do ayway.
ASBP: Volume has trippled in like 20 minutes.....shorts have to buy to cover.....could also force a squeeze.. HOLD!!! 170,000,000 volume!!
Buy ASBP WHILE YOU CAN ITS BUSTING THE BIGGEST NUT IN UR LIFE
Their market cap is now so below their actual value so who knows. Most biotechs with the pathway they have are near/above 100mil. ASBP was at 15mil.
What's realistic for ASBP today?
Looks like the risk is gonna pay off. I don't have the stomach to put that kind of money in a stock like ASBP. Total kudos to you; you'll make some bank today baby! https://preview.redd.it/d3xgwnfcixbg1.png?width=474&format=png&auto=webp&s=c41204cd600d3a1d2fbdef1e3351f2fb857d5177

Despite all the reasons that I shouldn’t be, my gut tells me to be bullish on ASBP tomorrow. Holding through the night and really thinking this news is going to come tomorrow pre-market. It’s been good to me on daily swings, I just need it to be good to me on the catalyst now.
ASBP: Typical overreaction today. Rebounding nicely this afternoon.Nothing has changed regarding waiting for news. Get Jan 2nd out of your mind. It was never a deadline for ASBP to announce anything, just when they would receive letter from the FDA. ASBP. most likely is reviewing what the FDA sent them but also having various conversations about what's next. When they finalize, they will put out PR. Obviously, the news will be coming soon.
ASBP recovered nicely back half of the day *knock on wood* I expected a -10% to end the day.
Not to sound like a broken record, but - what about ASBP? Did the news come out? If it did, I guess it was basically a nothing burger?
Lmao you were just in the other thread downvoting me for being ASBP wtf
I am still holding 10K shares of ASBP. Their aspirin product looks promising, and the "news" we're waiting on isn't FDA approval. It's feedback from the FDA on their trial data and strategy for submitting their IND application. The timeline for receiving pre-IND meeting notes is anyone's guess. Doesn't inherently mean bad news! Just means the FDA is late. Again. Yes I'll add my position. Not much but there's your proof. https://preview.redd.it/xfw5cfcogrbg1.png?width=1066&format=png&auto=webp&s=b9c6cf5d2974f5b00a83cc7eba1454d3eaa383bd
Yeah that dude is kind of a turd. He must have full-ported to ASBP because anytime you say anything negative about it, he flies off the handles lol
