ASBP: Just a reminder that the FDA stated they would provide ASBP a written response no later than January 2nd. Didn't mean there would be an announcement by January 2nd. My guess is Monday or at least next week some press about the FDA response.
I am holding happily as I bought a few weeks ago. If you look back, I was one of the earlier ones talking about ASBP. Your "DD" didn't offer anything new....it's not like you found something new from yesterday and shared. You sold accidentally and was like I am going to post old stuff and put out some negative spin on the stock...that I accidentally don't own any more. You then mention you may get back on, lol. I would understand if you brought something new in your post.
I suspect the news might be delivered to ASBP and then they need to release it?
So everything I’ve read about ASBP seems favorable. In these yahoo articles covering their phase 1 and pre-ind submission it says the trial was safe for the patients involved. “The product was also observed to be safe and well-tolerated.” And apparently it works 4-5 times faster than chewable aspirin. “…within the first two minutes after dosing (p<0.02) with Aspire's sublingual aspirin, acting approximately four to five times faster than chewed conventional aspirin.” They also say they’re just seeking guidance “The Pre-IND meeting initiates formal dialogue with the FDA and is intended to gain agency guidance on the clinical development strategy and confirm the proposed 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway for Aspire's sublingual aspirin.” So not necessarily a binary good or bad? But a chance to fast track because the company CEO claims “Our clinical data is not just promising; it's a breakthrough in MCI treatment.” Combined with the price action and AH climb i see positives. Anyone else have any other sources? Seeing anything else? I know about the RS potential and compliance issues already. The 3:58 red candle for ASBP is my entire position being liquidated after my .14 stop loss hit, only for it to rebound so well in AH. A bummer, but I still came out with a 15% gain. Good luck to all still in it! I hope the news comes Monday and it’s even better than we all imagined. I will say, I spent a couple hours deep diving their product today to see if I was willing to hold over the weekend. I’m honestly not super bullish on the fast track designation but it still could be positive news from the FDA regardless. I also can’t find any tangible data from their phase 1 trials that speaks to safety data points (other than a one line summary). I think this is what the FDA is going to hone in on for this product, because the acidity of aspirin can potentially cause damage when administered sub-lingually. I also found some conflicting research that shows that chewed aspirin is more timely than ASBP indicated in their trials, but I am not a clinical researcher so take that with a grain of salt. I knew nothing about the composition of aspirin before today, but it was a fun rabbit hole. Also, look up Instaprin (the patented product ASBP acquired), and you’ll see some previous fraud/misrepresentations from the prior company that held the patent. They also usually drop their PRs at 9:00 EST, so you may have time to dump your position pre-market (likely at higher prices than today) if you aren’t super bullish on the FDA news.

ASBP getting some FDA correspondence before the 2nd of Jan. Might be a buy the hype, sell the news situation, but I think they are expecting guidance/approval to pursue fast track designation for their aspirin product. Historically looks like they have made their announcements at 9:00 EST before market open. Take note, they have approval to issue new shares and are likely looking at a RS in early/mid Jan. Otherwise i’m decently bullish on the stock in the medium/long term. I started DD’ing this after the strange run up yesterday. They have alluded to upcoming partnerships a few times in their past PRs. If they couple a partnership announcement with the FDA correspondence PR, it could really fly. NFA
Everyone hating on ASBP they are is looking to get FDA approval for their aspirin in the beginning of 2026!! Sublingual Aspirin (Instaprin): The company's lead product targets cardiology emergencies (suspected heart attacks) and pain management. Aspire plans to submit a New Drug Application (NDA) to the FDA for this product in the first half of 2026.

Got into ASBP at 0.09 this morning. Looking for 0.10 or higher (i.e. I just want a 10-15% gain) It's been waffling between the high 0.08 and mid 0.10 range for a while now. So I think it'll go back up.

I posted for a guy who's trying to appeal cause he posted in too many subreddits at once. I've only got a few posts. Look at the posts I've actually made. I've got one about bynd nfe and some other thing asking why people keep talking about them when they are obviously pumps and dumps. Good insight. I have money in ASBP and MAXXF and the rest in NASDAQ and SPY. I'm also in a community looking for pennystocks that actually have real growth like ASBP. The MAXXF is from my own research and because I know people in the company. Idk why you're telling me to fuck off when everyone's promoting bs investments that are pump and dumps when I'm against that
