$ATHA - I need to look at a similar company
Athira Pharma Reports Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results and Business Update
$ATHA Biggest overreaction on news that does not affect the company. Big block buys since the open with pending Alzheimer’s drug news about to pass. Was this an attempt to cover and buy low? Thoughts as I continue my DD
$ATHA easiest play buying at cash value!
ATHA hammered - no way BOD attorney allows release unless true patents, science good - will recover as soon as smart ones here read press release - CEO on leave over many years ago research yet remaining on the BOD does not conflict or affect the patents, science or good results

ATHA patent play, in and out. Hopefully announced next week. BURU holders, how are we feeling? If the news is confirmed then surely a rise from its current 0.31is a given? The recovery from the dips up there looks fine?
You staying with ATHA over the weekend or sell for profit?
Stuck some free cash into ATHA, patent approved without PR currently, similar to BIAF (Alzheimer's rather than cancer). Had more success with these plays than chasing runners
BENF and ATHA, could be next
ATHA. There won't be much movement today but they have recieved a patent for treating Alzheimer's disease. No PR yet but can expect a pump when it releases.
For anyone doubting ATHA, I pasted a news article below posted 2 days ago. Insiders are holding more than 111% than previous year. They bought in at $2.28. Current price is .28. They def see this company becoming reaching higher! https://finance.yahoo.com/news/athira-pharma-insider-increased-holding-131621238.html
Don’t worry, more plays today. Did you re enter ATHA? I did at .27
I loaded more for ATHA for round 2! PR still hasnt been released by company yet.

ATHA up 20% so far from this post!
ATHA received their patent on Alzheimer's yesterday, I entered here at .31. Could see a nice run if company releases PR this morning https://preview.redd.it/qljjdbd0ov3f1.png?width=517&format=png&auto=webp&s=52fb4a81b298cad374be936e3469a2ea9d95ce21
Im watching MLGO, WHLR, and ATHA
ATHA 10/18 2.50 put is worth 0.98. ATHA is at 2.83, the holder will get the stock for 2.50 if he exercised. If he Sell to close the put for 0.98 and buy the stock for 2.83, the net cost is 1.85.
ATHA. Biopharma stock with some decently successful trial results. Until it turned out the PhD thesis that was the foundation of their drug contained manipulated data lmao. Was alright though biopharma burns money anyways in 9/10 cases.
ATHA! Biotech company with an alzheimers and parkinsons drug. Recently has had some great news, and indicators that the drug may work. over 85% of trial participants have re-enrolled. 85%! A $40 stock ate $3!
Ridin' the CEI, ATHA dips
Shit, missed the V in $ATHA, picked it up a little bit late.
I am in $ATHA and $CEI - looks like $OCGN is in the dip so I am in
it would take 10 more days like this to make ATHA
Haha! I love it. My smaller positions I cash allocate going in, so the group as a whole should act like a market cap weighted ETF over the years. But 60% of my capital is behind five picks: 1) Ford (F) 2) Athira (ATHA) 3) Discovery (DISCK) 4) Nasdaq (QQQ) 5) S&P 500 (VOO) Netflix had become my largest position until I sold it in it’s entirety last year. Started selling once it crossed $600. My cost basis was around $60. Something about seeing 1,000%, lol. Price target for F is $50, ATHA is $100. DISCK is hard to say since it will become Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD) soon, but I’m thinking around $200 billion market cap in ten years...
I currently hold about 100 positions, outside of about 20 ETFs (foreign and domestic). My big sell in 2021 (Q4) was Netflix. My big buys in 2021 were ATHA (Q3) and DISCK (Q4). My medium buys in 2021 were MU, INTC, BHP, VALE, BRK-B. Cost Basis is my over riding principle and ultimate determining factor. My small buys so far in 2022 are DIDI and HOOD. Also been swing trading Turkey (because of their new fiscal/currency policy) but don’t really enjoy swing trading. My five year goal is to transfer my entire portfolio into a fully automated system that I only tweak annually. As of now, I enjoy keeping my mind entwined with all this stuff; but I have other goals and need to free up more time and mental energy. My big recent loss has been EDF, when I tried to position in Q4 2021 for the upcoming European energy crises, particularly in Germany. The thesis played out but my position was incorrect. Was a small position but still sucks to be so wrong.
Honestly, for the most part I’m keeping a steady flow into index ETFs: VTI, VXUS, VOO, QQQ, SPMD, and SPSM. Then QYLD and RYLD, for volatility. My high conviction plays of 2021 were/are: BRK-B from Q1, ATHA from Q3, DISCK from Q4, as well as airlines and cruise ships. ATHA has the most upside and is in my circle of competence/have an edge. F is my largest position, from the Covid Crash. I panic sold a bunch of my covid crash stuff end of 2020, but kept a few, including F. I’m hedged for war, inflation, and deflation.
#1 for 2022 is ATHA. Top line phase 2 data reads out for Alzheimer’s, and I am intimately familiar with the science and this drug in particular (incidentally, one of the only biotechs in this space actually double blind). I never intended it become my largest position for 2022. There was a controversy in 2021 I knew was irrelevant to the performance of the company or it’s science, presenting one of the opportunities Warren Buffet talks about—the choice being whether you act on it or not. ATHA represents 20% of my portfolio now at it’s current market cap. It’s only up 25% in the last three months now, since resolution of the controversy (because the stock is still infested with swing traders and day traders from the huge price action that occurred with the controversy in 2021, and because SAVA has attracted that crowd to this particular market segment). Price target: $100 in 2022, $150 2023. Currently trading at it’s lower resistance level of $12, in the swing trader band. About 70% owned by institutions; so these swing traders will get washed out soon. I also loaded up about 10% of my portfolio in Q4 2021 with a basket of other stuff I thought would do well in 2022, even if the S&P stagnates or droops: MU, DISCK, T, VALE, VIAC, BHP. The basket is up about 20% from my 2021 cost basis.
I’d put half in ATHA and split the other half between QQQ, VOO, VT, VTI, SPMD, IWM, and a few derivative income ETFs.
Swing to mid-term biotech micro-caps is my focus, and this is what I do: I get in early, when it's been trading sideways for awhile at its bottom. Here, I'd want to have gotten in at \~$10. If they run out of money and have to dilute it will find a new floor, but I don't set a stop-loss, I ride it out (understanding that I might lose my whole investment eventually). For an exit, I look for the peak before an approval decision. The week before the decision, they often go up quite because now they're on people's radar, and people assume that good news will send the stock up. This is often the peak. Sometimes not. But often approval doesn't happen, or is partial, or it does happen and then people look at the books more carefully and realize it might not make that much money. Approval can send it down slightly. Or up a lot. But generally, because of low volume, it will have gone up a lot in the week before. So that's when I usually sell, if it is above my target. And if it goes up more after approval, I don't feel bad, because I've seen so many go down on approval. And if they spike for any other kind of reason, if I'm up a good percent I sell. Some ones that I had success with looked like: AEMD (I sold before the big jump, but did fine on a swing trade) BLPH this chart shows what happens if try to hold these too long! I got in in Dec 2020 because it had dropped below the moving average too fast, and I got back out quick. But if you look at the single-day volume pop and price spike in June, with no following sell-off, that's the main buy signal I use. I'd be happy to go back into this if it has another one of those. If it has three or more of those positive-volume day while slowly going down-but-mostly-sideways, then I'm really happy to buy. That's way more important to me than whatever drug I think they're researching and if it I think it will save the world. ENOB I got in and out of in a few days at the end of Sept on it's big one-day drop. Why? Because it had that big positive volume day recently, and still didn't have any sell-off! ENSC I got in and out when it was much much higher than it is now. Imagine holding? But notice how it had never had any volume up or down? I just did a swing trade based on some technical analysis, but if you look at it now, after it fell (on low volume!) it has had some big positive volume spikes without any following selloff. This one is ripe to actually hold now! As you can see, you've got to sell these when they're up. Very long-shot for them to stay up if they go up. That's why I buy the rumor (for me the rumor is the volume spikes) and sell the news. And for me, the news is actually that an approval decision is about to happen, not the actual decision, which is sortof... the end of the news. And notice with ATHA, the only volume move was to dump. I'd be happy with any gains on that, if I touched it I'd want to be out within a couple weeks with 5% or something.
Personally I am going balls deep in ATHA for Alzheimer's medicine. They had a major dip some months back on claims that some images in the CEOs dissertation were altered. Well the CEO just resigned a week or so ago and the price is just beginning to go back up. Check the charts, because this is one I truly believe in will at least double in price by the end of next year.
ATHA is trading around book value and will likely 10x in the next 18 months. You can check the nootropic subs on a molecule called Dihexa. ATHA advanced that and is clinicals for neurodegenerative diseases. It induces neuro and synaptogenesis—1000x more potent than endogenous neurotrophic factors. Honest data. Mind blowing preclinical data that reaches back a decade. Heavy institutional investment. Hit piece took it down 60% a couple months ago. Blackrock bought the dip. About to start going. P.S. genius is that it doesn’t play the causation game—it’s not trying to figure out what caused any of these diseases. It just regrows the brain and knows that will help. Like if a random muscle disease made you weak, anabolic steroids would help.
ATHA, very positive results; stock price is around 10 and with a price target of 41.50 I am buying before it triples
I think it'll dump more before recovering, but it'll recover. The "news" that came out doesn't look like anything at all. It's the same shit that ATHA just went through, almost to the T.

ATHA, very positive results; stock price is below 10 and with a price target of 41.50
ATHA got beaten up over CEO but the company is still solid [https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/ATHA?p=ATHA&.tsrc=fin-srch](https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/ATHA?p=ATHA&.tsrc=fin-srch) 1y Target Est = 41.50, stock is at 10.30. Should be a good long term investment

what do you guys think about ATHA ?
Anyone else been watching ATHA? It lost nearly half its value a week ago due to ethical allegations its CEO, and is now selling at only about a quarter of its target price. It's gone up 6% today and starting to recover lost ground, and there's a lot of it.
I am a bot from /r/wallstreetbets. You submitted one or more banned tickers: ATHA. Message /u/zjz if they're above 1.25 billion-ish market cap and not related to crypto/pennies/OTC/SPACs.
Might want to look into ATHA-- it recently collapsed under an investigation into the CEO maybe fudging data in university, but anyone who was going to sell has and it's currently vastly undervalued.
ATHA is about to get me fifty percent gains this week Wish and WKHS boom and I’m rich LFG

ATHA isnt a pennystock
Probably will be buying stock or calls in ATHA tomorrow. The COO is being investigated for research misconduct during their doctoral program. This caused a major sell-off that might be a nice overreaction play.
I sold both and went balls deep into $ATHA
ATHA. Lost 40% today on noise. Will rebound quickly
I’m playing the ATHA run up next week, already made an easy 15% going to get wild
loaded up on $13 ATHA calls. jacked to the tits 🤑🤑🤑
ATHA for ez gains when it rebounds
ATHA on sale half off cause of CEO scandal. stock will rebound, easy 100% gains!

I am a bot. You submitted a picture of a banned ticker, ATHA. This check will fire if you included unnecessary pictures that have bad phrases or a bad crop with news about cryptocoins, for example. Repost with the useless pictures omitted if you did that. Yell at /u/zjz if it's above 1.25 billion-ish market cap and not related to crypto/pennies/OTC/SPACs.
Anyone know anything about ATHA and the Alzheimer's med they are developing? I've heard good thing...

Im not personally, but if you wanted to diversify its not a horrible idea. I haven’t looked into ATHA. AVXL i think i looked at previously but turned away because of non US trials and somewhat opaque timeline. ANVS just released 1 month data that looked good, but p values were high. ANVS (and others) have such a small cap though it might be ok to take a small position into it - im seriously considering doing this
Thanks! Another question - are you in other AD plays such as ANVS, AVXL or ATHA?
Last chance to sell ur puts bears, we going to ATHA EOW
I added to my Atossa Theraputics (ATOS) holdings, and I'm taking some profits out of my Enphase Energy (ENPH) and adding to my Athira Pharma (ATHA). ATOS has Covid treatment stuff, and ATHA is onto an Alzheimer's treatment drug. They're both down from when I first got them.
