Multiple top tier dexs couldn’t handle the liquidity vacuum created by the flash crash and started auto liquidating participants on top 50 coins because of liquidity pool issues. some assets were so illiquid they went straight to 0 (ATOM) and then instantly recovered 3-4X from there to liquidate both shorts on the way back up and passive longs that set black swan bids on the way down. Some people were even liquidated twice because of the massive price swings that happened in seconds. The crypto market wrongfully failed its participants yesterday in a way that exposed how unprepared the entire crypto market really is for massive integration into tradfi.

For ATOM: • Market Cap: ~$120M • Revenue: Pre-revenue (licensing model – no heavy capex) • Cash: ~$22M (Q2 2025) • Debt: $0 • Burn rate: ~$2.5M/quarter → ~2+ years runway • Key point: One license deal can flip them into profitability instantly due to low OPEX. For CPX: • Market Cap: ~£12M • Revenue: ~£4.5M (FY2024) • Cash: ~£1.5M (mid-2025) • Debt: Minimal • Growth driver: Demand for supercapacitors across EV, IoT, and wearables is ramping → multiple new supply agreements signed in 2024. Both are IP-heavy microcaps with asymmetric upside — high-risk/high-reward plays where a single contract or adoption wave could multiply valuation.

The question is where do we go from here? I hope by what has happened of the course of Thursday and Friday with the GLOBAL FINANCIAL MARKETS CRASHING will hopefully be the final straw that says to those that are followers of the rapist, fellon, all a total piece of shi* person that in the midterm elections that any republicans that were apart of this will not be elected for another term in DC. On top of that I hope the Democrats start to develop a better stragety to EDUCATE the republicans that voted for him and the Demcrats who voted for the felon in November, why no republican should hold a elected office ever again. Do not take me wrong, even the Democrats have fault in this as well. But what I do not understand is that the felon told the American people that this is EXACTLY what he is going to be doing and brushed it asaide. People in the United States of America, have very short memory spans. American's had forgotten what actions he did in his first term in office. Then when he told us American's what his "plans" were going to be for this term as President, and did the total oppisite by DESTROYING this country first with the government departments that helped so many American's; then decided to add fuel to the fire by droping a NUCLEAR ATOM BOMB, larger than what was dropped on Japan in World War 2 to end the war, on the global world by tariffs. What we need to do also is to elect people who will use what ever resources we will have left when this autocrat / dictator leaves office to elect people who will come up with ideas to rebuild this country from the inside out. Create programs through loans to companies to build manufacturing plants for whatever our country wants. That includes the minor companies that will supply the big manufacturing plants.

The problem with carbon nanotubes is that each batch produces a different spread of semiconducting and metallic nanotubes, with different radii. Hydrograph produces identical batches of graphene, and their flakes are much smaller than their competitors, which is better for most applications. To answer your question. I see the next frontier in advancement to be what they all "silicon photonics", which is communication between chips via light rather than copper wires, this would produce an increase in speed and lower power use. POET are are working with Mitsubishi, Foxconn and one other big company to bring optical connects to the market in 2025. Nvidia and the much maligned INTEL are also working in this field. Some forms of "silicon photonics" involves integrating with Gallium Nitride (GaN) which is a semiconductor with very optical properties. NVTS have a lot of GaN related IP. ATOM, is also working with Sandia Labs to see if its oxygen modified silicon is compatible with GaN. ATOM, is current working with STMicroelectronics who might license their technology which will give ATOM a regular income, in fact their modified silicon can have a positive impact on most silicon chips. I have shares POET, ATOM, and NVTS, though its a small proportion of my portfolio. Other emerging materials are "quantum dots" for optical applications, and Perovskite solar cells. I am also on the lookout for a company that produces transparent solar cells which can be applied to windows.

ATOM. The company is called Atomera, a small cap semiconductor company. They in the process of licensing their modified silicon to help optimise silicon chips. The details are too technical to go into, but you can read the transcript of their Q3 earnings here [https://www.fool.com/earnings/call-transcripts/2024/10/30/atomera-atom-q3-2024-earnings-call-transcript/](https://www.fool.com/earnings/call-transcripts/2024/10/30/atomera-atom-q3-2024-earnings-call-transcript/) A webcast is available on their website. If they get their licensing deals through then this company could be a ten-bagger.

It was over hyped at the time which is why it fell hard. Now that the hype train is gone and they have a real player licensing their tech, (not to mention Intel's heat woes) we have a perfect setup for a resurgence.

Well bitcoin won’t revolutionize a thing when it comes to transactions for first world nations, e.g. you probably won’t ever use it to go buy a coffee. It’s slow, and has no utility besides transferring and storing value, which is measured in USD. You’re talking about something that employs “smart contracts” like ETH or Solana, or Cosmos ATOM. These blockchains have the ability to be used for the back end on a credit card, where you’d actually have no idea the transaction was settled on say the ETH blockchain. But yeh I’m skeptical about the above. Bitcoin is here forever though.

I’d hold them all at this point. It seems you’ve already written them off, considering them 0. You did buy everyone of them at their peak, and you’re probably never getting your money back with them, but each of them have catalysts that could net you a much larger portion of your initial investment. Federally legal marijuana would likely send MAPS into the 7-10 dollar range overnight. SPCE has a lot of work cut out for it, but there’s a lot of people with a lot of money that would love to go to space, if they can stop sucking at their job for a little bit then you could see 300-400% from them very quickly too. I don’t know enough about ATOM to really comment on that. SPCE obviously is a loss, but after holding my it for 3 years, you might as well just wait for them to not suck before you sell, same for MAPS.

HBAR/XRP/ATOM/ADA are different digital asset technologies in the cryptocurrency field. They may all have different advantages. For example, HBAR uses the hash map consensus algorithm, which is more scalable than traditional blockchains. Winning on my long term account where I bought the crap out of the SPY, Q's PLTR and COIN in October-January. I'm up big on my crypto portfolio (made a decision to put 33% of my total portfolio into BTC, SOL, ETH in June of 23, now I'm at well over 50% and might need to tone it down a touch lol). Over 50% of it is BTC averaged in at around 25-30k. I have 20 Solana tokens averaged in at $21. ETH, DOT, ATOM, ADA have all been solid for me. Probably going to increase my positions in MATIC and ARB going forward. My margin account went from \~+-10% to just straight up -25% after unity earnings :( I recently liquidated my margin account and fortunately put a solid amount into crypto in the past 10 days or so, right before the big boy candles we had this week. I think I'm done margin trading and day trading, I haven't been nearly as successful day trading as I have swing trading.
