Lmao im just a regular guy learning about this stuff and have a lot to learn still. Curiosity and interest drive my investment portfolio. Its a risky game but its a long hold for me. There will be successful quantum companies. Hopefully its the one im holding lol. GO NEUTRAL ATOM!

Does anyone know about the stock ATOM? It had a pretty steady growth in price these past few months. But for some reason all of a sudden there is a MASSIVE drop today (50%ish). Did something happen? Was there some big news that I missed?

Multiple top tier dexs couldnโt handle the liquidity vacuum created by the flash crash and started auto liquidating participants on top 50 coins because of liquidity pool issues. some assets were so illiquid they went straight to 0 (ATOM) and then instantly recovered 3-4X from there to liquidate both shorts on the way back up and passive longs that set black swan bids on the way down. Some people were even liquidated twice because of the massive price swings that happened in seconds. The crypto market wrongfully failed its participants yesterday in a way that exposed how unprepared the entire crypto market really is for massive integration into tradfi.
