To be fair, fiat funny-monies exist in forms other than the greenback; it's imaginable that the linked OP said the truth for their $ of reference. E.g., in Mexican pesos it was $1 100 000 exactly three years ago, and it is $1 100 000 now, so *you made (MX)$0* truly as stated. Furthermore, while the current date to make that post might be cherry picked, the use of the 3 year time interval is very standard in investing.

i have been using it for the past few months and it honestly feels the same as binance. they use MX instead of bnb for cheaper transactions. plus it has a lot of lower cap/meme coins which bigger CEX's dont have. the daily pop ups when you launch the app are annoying as hell but since binance has been having a lot of issues i have moved all my money there.
Well said, I agree with all of that. I just have had experiences that have made me lose trust and confidence. Chase is a great bankβ¦in the US though. What happens when I want to go to a different country for a longer period of time, I have investment property in another country, Chase is worthless when I have to convert my USD to local currency. Also idk if you have ever dealt with foreign banks but a lot of people donβt realize how good we have it in America. I had to wire money to MX and almost sent money to unknown entity. People donβt understand the level of corruption is even at the civil level, bankers in different countries can wire your money to themselves if they wanted and there is no recourse. They arenβt going to be responsible under US jurisdiction and their own countries arenβt going to do anything. I have some money put aside for unexpected cost but I believe if I need money that bad I can use a credit card or worse case scenario just sell some BTC and transfer to my bank accordingly. I just donβt understand how thatβs different than keeping more holdings in a bank. Iβm no big wig so FDIC insurance is good enough for me but still, with negative returns in real terms. Canβt justify it. Stocks just donβt seem worth it to me. Itβs still third party risk for measly returns. Bonds I canβt wrap my mind around why anyone would hold government debt when the government has more debt than any other country in the world and is only expanding at an infinitely exponential rate. Even foreign governments are starting to turn away from US debt. Precious metals is just another third party instrument to me. Unless Iβm actually holding the real precious metals, i canβt justify giving my money to a third party and not knowing exactly how much gold or silver they actually have, if they even have it. And we can all understand why no one would hold the real metals in personβ¦.
You could try MX linux. It has a nice built in tool to create a writable usb with persistence. Make sure to choose encryption when making the USB.
Now this mexc drama I should probably transfer all my out. Insolvency, CEO removed his Twitter account, MX token dumping on this news.
I JUST WENT THRU THIS TOO; I was helping my wife, (with NG passport) to get an account, and I was VPNd in from MX. And BECAUSE I WAS NOT VPNd from NG, IT DID NOT WORK! So, as soon as I followed all their instructions, which are lengthy, and used NG VPN, it works flawlessly. So keep in mind seemingly little things like this.. make all the difference to their automated security over there at Bitget. Bitget seems to get rave reviews, really looking forward to trying it, best rates, but their security can be a PAIN!

One thing you could do is check the e-mail headers on that e-mail for signs of spoofing. It should normally end up in a spam folder, but it depends on what e-mail/MX servers your organisation uses. The headers and some of the routing should look at least mildly suspicious if itβs a scam e-mail. In any case, I would definitely recommend changing your password at a minimum. If itβs a Google Apps account, also log out of all devices and set up 2FA if you havenβt already.
Just the exchange coin of the exchnage that your using. But the coins need to be on the exchange rather than on your wallet. Works really well if you day trade and have loads of dust from different coins on the exchnage. On binance you press convert small ampunts to bnb button and they get converted! As far as i know mexc dors it as well for the MX token

Ok, so like 1 MX is enough then? Thanks :)
I have $1.75 from a shitcoin that went really good then really bad haha. Then converted to MX
Ah ok. But if i should hold some MX how much would u hold? Thanks
How much MX? Does it automaticly help if you hold it? Whats the limit?
Not much. Have a little MX for trading fees
If you spend thousands of dollars to buy their exchange MX token, you can get airdrops of these shitokens.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVDH3MX4MYI&ab\_channel=YogiRodriguez
It's the same as with other "shady exchange" tokens (Kucoin's KCS, Gateio's GT, CoinEx's CET). It gives you discounts in trading fees if you opt to use that, and qualifies you for some "airdrops" You have to lock a certain amount of MX tokens (around 1k, I think?) for like a month to qualify for a bunch of obscure shitcoin airdrops. It began pumping when a lot of airdrops started appearing in quick succession. But it's price action is bad near the end last year, when I didn't notice any airdrops happening. If you're willing to lock your funds to an exchange coin for a month, then best of luck to you.
MX reminds me of early days binance, but with more coin listings (some good, some awful). the token they have gives you a cut of all new listings i think? wondering how that works but the coin keeps going up. nearly top 100 now.
I think government support where people are encouraged by various methods as is happening in El Salvador is important. I do not know from whom people in MX buy electricity. If it is from the state, then government support would make a huge difference -- if you can pay every month in BTC a bill then if you have a small biz that takes BTC, you do not need to convert BTC into pesos.
MEXC is providing airdrops for holders of 1000MX (~3000 USDT) that have held for 30 consecutive days. Anybody got erperience with this?!
I like Coldcard best so far, though I just started looking at all the options the last couple days. Their code is open source and their MX4 is air-gap. There are other security features like being able to display a backup wallet instead of your true balance.
For a moment I thought this was a Pumas (liga MX) logo
Yeah that's true but lots of potential altcoins have yielded great ROI of the years. In as much as I'm trading BTC and ETH, I'm also looking at many potential gems. I just added MX token to my watchlist. The token has been doing wonderfully well lately
That's through. That's actually the power of being a holder. I think it's high time to look into other potential altcoins. I've added MX token to my list and we might be seeing a new BNB
After numerous delays, SWIFT will begin migration of the payments system onto a new ISO 20022 standard from March 20th 2023. There have been some criticisms of SWIFT with concerns that the messaging does not show payment origins clearly enough which can lead to longer checks to combat money laundering and attempts to evade sanctions. Under ISO 20022, financial institutions will send messages through the new MX format which is more transparent and should enable more effective communication between banks. There will also be hopes that the overall structure will be more effective and will lower costs.
Well, though I occasionally use Coinbase I prefer MEXC Global. Have you checked MX token? It has been one of the best performers during this bear market gaining more than 100% in price hikes. But make sure you DYOR always.
Bullish on MEXC. Think I'll buy $15 of MX token.
tldr; Huobi burned about $3.3 million of its native HT token in 2023, making up around 20% of its Q1 revenues. Rival exchange MEXC burned $4 million of MX token this quarter. Binance burned $674 million of BNB token as part of its quarterly Auto-Burn program. Meanwhile, Huobi advisor Justin Sun faces heat from US regulators. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. As always, DYOR.*
pretty great start there. maybe learn about the configuration options and how you can modify them using the configuration file https://jlopp.github.io/bitcoin-core-config-generator/#config=eyJjb3JlIjp7ImRiY2FjaGUiOjcwMDAsImJsb2Nrc29ubHkiOjEsInJlaW5kZXgtY2hhaW5zdGF0ZSI6MX19 maybe even try turning assumevalid off
Yeah, I think so too. There is so much about Mintlayer but one thing is sure "opening new ways for the DeFi sector to integrate with Bitcoin". I have seen some exchanges having events for the project like Gateio and also MEXC where users on the CEX holding $MX get to share in a 433,058 $ML airdrop and it is also set to list the token today @ 10:00 UTC.
MX is more or less a governance token used by those who stake on their launchpad to vote on what can be listed on the CEX. What's scammy in that? HODLers of the MX token are usually rewarded for partaking in the voting process. This is exactly what happens in DAOs right?
MEXC looks very scammy. They have all these competitions for holding their exchange token (itβs called MX). I can safely say, not feeling bullish on MX. ποΈ
I sold at loss and bought MEXC token with that money, then MX did 3x and got my money back.
E see that XRP's economics, or tokenomics as some say, are the key to understanding the issue and seeing how a possible future will unfold. XRP is a centralized token and has "an owner", suable and some sort of stoppable. Suing BNB, MX, all of the centralized tokens in hope of stopping the growth of crypto is completely possible and I see as something that might happen - CZ has now a new lawsuit against Binance to work on, even though the allegations against him are a little different. What I see is that ETH and BTC are not "suable", once there is nobody taking care of the "on/off switch". The nature of their decentralization has this exact intention: once they go live, switching them off is not on the hands of a government or individual, even if a simple action like this was possible. Remember: XRP serves a master. The first fight from SEC here is stopping a very good competitor that has strength to take profits away from the fiduciary system. Seems to me that the objectives here, in order of importance: \- Stopping XRP alone, taking down a competitor from the system. Ripple showed that it could take the credit card system down for good, given the scalability. \- Drawing a line for crypto, trying to contain companies trying to "escape the system" in some sort of "playground" where they feel smothered or not able to expand their business without a government \- Keep the control of the environment and technology for the CDBC scenario, centralizing the power inherent to this kind of innovation. Imagine here being able to issue any currency from any country? So here, I see that we should keep an eye on this whole process, but with the mindset that XRP is our "immolation" to an "old god" that is dying, but still, can take us down. My vision? If you can, try and make money out of XRP. But rooting for another centralized power to rule over us is stupid.
This is really interesting, LSD has huge potentials and there's an ongoing launchpad opportunity for users to earn the token freebies on MEXCGlobal, by holding some considerable amount of MX tokens during snapshot ahead of its listing. Also, through liquid staking, the LSD protocol can provide passive income and farming and yield profits to their users.
I think my DYOR is really paying well for me. I'm not gonna let go of ARB in my MEXC's wallet with some MX rewards in the pipeline. I do hope in the nearest future ARB will distinguish itself clearly from others in terms of throughput as well as its subsidized fees.
ARB token was listed on top CEXes like Binance and MEXC, even though it seems like the token is bearish ATM, it will surely come around especially due to the fact that mexc is holding both future trading ARB event and ARB deposit package to give out 20k usdt and 5k MX token respective. The fact that it is designed and engineered to minimize the L1 gas footprint of the system, minimizing per transaction cost cannot be underrated.
You can use Arbitrum chains to do all things you do on ETH , use web3 apps, deploy smart contracts, etc but your favorite transactions will be cheaper and faster. I am hoping to to earn MX token by depositing my ARB on the aforementioned CEX, the token have been exceptionally bullish for the past week.
I have found mexc to be consistent in creating avenues for its user to maximize profit through their M-Day, Kickstarter, launchpad and other amazing packages. There is an ongoing launchpad event to earn LOFI by holding MX token. LOFI is a watch and earn social entertainment platform built with AI driven features for live streamers to provide more substantial rewards for their watch time.
LOFI is another way to earn crypto simply by watching, enjoying and contributing towards your life and the life of streamers. Streamers can also earn BUZZ token watching content on twitch. The token will be listed on MEXC after they round up their ongoing launchpad event to reward MX holders.
I came across LOFI, it reimagines what the live streaming ecosystem could be, by making live streams more productive and rewarding. The team is reinventing a healthier streaming ecosystem and bridging the lifestyle between web2 and web3. Mexc is holding a launchpad event to give out rewards simply by holding MX on their platform.
In the early days of BTC, i remember that i read a magazine (probably CHIP or C'T) which had an short article about egold in regards to bit-torrent and file sharing. I was pretty young and tried to figure out what this emoney was and found an platform like eBay, which did only use this internet money. I remember clearly that this was BTC and someone offered around 10k for an MX518 (btw. best mouse Logitech ever produced). Sometimes i bite my own ass for not going deep enough into the rabbit hole, but on the other side, i know that i never would have kept above 1000$ in that age. But still... i have my MX518 :-)
BTC is currently on π₯ could this be the anticipated bull season? I've been doing some research on many altcoins for the past one week. I believe altcoins will be booming soon. I just added GPT to my portfolio and I'm currently DCAing on MX token cuz it looks bullish with it steady increase in price lately.
Let's keep moving. But can it compete with gold and oil? We have seen lots of green candle lately I'm taking advantage of this period to bag some potential altcoins. I just added MX to my portfolio. The token has been on a steady upward trend for a while now.
I never regretted buy it at 16k. We all can see the result now and we are expecting more pump. I also added some altcoins ( AGIX RLC FLR INJ) during the dip. I'm now DCAing on MX. The token has been on a steady upward trend π due to the series of events going on MEXC exchange. The native token has gained over 21% as many user keeps buying it so as to qualify for the events like on the exchange
Welcome to the club. What ever be the price of BTC the bull season must surely come. I'm now looking at altcoins with great potential of 100x-1000x when the bull finally sets in. MX have been on the run for a while. It has been on a monthly gain of about 90%. I will soon be adding it to my portfolio considering that it's an exchange based token with great utilities.

Well the hype around airdrops has Definitely reduced. So far I've received testnet airdrops and airdropped tokens from mexc. Testnet airdrops aren't really guaranteed all the time but airdropped tokens from mexc are π₯π₯. All I've got to do is use my MX token to participate in a launchpad or Kickstarter event.
They have their own token MX, similar to BNB for Binance i guess. And holding it would give access to some airdrops as I see from the main page. I use the exchange occasionally but never got anything like you did and I thought you were using their coin or something
You can't, you can however stake your MX on mexc and bnb on binance; you can also stake your Lunc on Lunaswap too
It seems like Bitcoin is going to give investors some reasons to celebrate with its recent price trend. As for me, I'm a fan of low-cap gems and I'm currently enjoying the way MX token is getting momentum. What investment will be more rewarding than investing in a token that reached a 98% uptrend in just a month?
They have also been doing drops and launchpads like crazy this month. You get new coins by locking MX and itβs driving demand.
MX stakers on mexc's launchpad get free token airdrop like almost once in two weeks, if not more. Still trying to provide liquidity on myswap though, haven't confirmed the Apr yet
Well, what happens where I buy say on Uniswap, then have it stored on my private wallet only to later on transfer the coin/token to say...mexc -where fees cost 50% less if paid in MX? How will this CEX know where the digital asset I just deposited was originally from?
Users can vote on which additional coins should be added to the MEXC trading platform. Voting is possible using MX tokens, and the tokens with the most votes will potentially be listed on the market.
The token's deflationary feature, which involves using a part of trading fees to repurchase and burn MX tokens, is a novel strategy that may raise the token's value over time.
Reading about the special qualities of the MX coin on the MEXC Global Exchange and how they could affect cryptocurrency trading is intriguing.
It will be intriguing to witness how MEXC Global Exchange and MX Token develop and influence the cryptocurrency trading environment.
It has been impossible to halt the exchange token $MX. We soar to 2.95 after flipping 1.95 into support. Salute to one of the market's fastest-growing exchanges, u/MEXC Global.
I'm more of a spot person. I hate getting those liquidation emails. But truth is, when it comes to fees, mexc futures fees cost only 0.03%, which is way cheaper than the spot market fees...0.1%. Payment made with MX tokens gives you a further 20% discount
Best play will be to join their community, pay attention to what people are about there, DYOR before making any financial decision. On mexc, accounts with staked MX who participate in the voting process will even be given REDLC as reward. It's possible some cexes may he listing it anytime soon
tldr; The MX native token of the MEXC exchange platform (MX) rallied from this weekβs open to a high of $1.74 on Friday, representing an ascent of over 41%. MX is also up more than 80% in the past month and over 101% since the start of 2023. Founded in 2018, the exchange claims to serve over 10 million users in over 170 countries. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. Itβs up from .80 in early January to about 1.70 last night. They have been releasing tons of launchpad and new token offerings where you have to lock up MX in order to participate. Big surge in demand.
I regret not buying MX token of Mexc a month ago.
MX token will be busy dishing out limited editions of fine and valuable drinks like Redlight Candle and AurusX all at zero cost
Iβve consolidated on BTC and MX. Had too many coins last run. I hope to grab more AMG of DeHeroGame at the right time on discount as it's the token from the mexcβs launchpad,
As for me, I look forward to adding more MX and MATIC to the portfolio while I also keep watch on the chart for AMG as it just droppedI on the mexcβs market a couple of hours ago. I like the reaction of the price of AMG after the listing. AMG from Dehero is a BSC-based GameFi application using the base value NFT concept.
I legit like mazdas. The 3 series hatchback is cute, and the MX-5 is so cool.
π€£π€£ Tho, some happens to be correct while others may not but as far as DeHeroGame token AMG is concerned, I'm still early everybody is early since it's gonna be a launchpad on MEXC and everyone can get the token by holding some MX on the exchange since snapshot is still ongoing. Yeah. DeHero game incorporates card NFT game. I believe its gonna be much fun.
Exchange tokens generally do very well during a bull run regardless of utility. The ones with utility just do much better. They may once again pump hard in the coming bull market. Exchange tokens like MX is showing strength it appears to have gotten the memo. It shoot up to 29% yesterday.
So one thing I've noticed on Bisq is 1-There are no deals for MX pesos. But many for dollars and 2-Most are through Zelle, which doesn't work in Mexico.
Registered? We are still talking about MX :) Two blocks down there's a lion, panther, tiger cub to play with , "to play with" for $100 bucks
Story of my lifeπ₯Ή I listened to capo, thought we were going down to 12k zone, though i had a strict dca strategy for matic, LRC, MX and CRV. But then i still kinda regret not buying more. Anyway, iβve learnt my lesson and now i have enabled grid trading to help me with dcaing, that way i can capture good profit margin because i really think grandpa BTC is still low..
Yep, i also think bear season is still in effect. Before the real bullrun arrives, I'm hoping to reach my quota. I mean I wanna increase more coins including INJ, DUX,MX, and matic via dca. Also using Mexcβs quantitative trading strategy to capture good profit margin. Long-term hold will be given to those coins with strong fundamentals.
This is an outright spite on the entire Algo community. You don't treat people who choose to believe in your product that way. Binance won't do this to BNB investors, neither would MEXC Global do same to MX investors. It takes a lot of maturity to be able to manage expectations while delivering quality you know
We don't want to exchange for fiat, and even if we did there are lots of ways to get hold of government paper. The process you described is objectively worse than the process for exchanging and using bitcoin. Even if/when Revolut comes to MX, I'd still rather use BTC.
Revolut will soon offer accounts in Mexico. Both you and your counterparty would need to open an account of course (requires KYC) but the same can be said if you need to exchange Bitcoin to/from fiat. https://www.revolut.com/en-MX/
I give props to this fantastic CEX for listing possible gems to users and for offering so many ways to get free tokens from various projects through a variety of giveaways and other activities. To show my appreciation, I'll be depositing some of my FLR tokens on the cex in exchange for MX tokens.. I'm happy to see native ecosystems being served by smart contracts built on Flare that use the EVM virtual machine. This is a great opportunity, and I won't let it pass me by.
It's interesting to see that the project is still on and the airdrop distribution will be over soon. I really appreciate the project development team for keeping their words and making a positive progress on the success of the project. I can't wait to have my share and deposit it on MEXC to earn from the 2k MX tokens freebies allocations to accompany FLR listing. Check and see, Flare will provide secure cross-chain composability and interperorability.
Flare is layer 1 Ethereum virtual machine (EVM) based blockchain which enables robust interoperability. This gems seems to be listed on top CEX like MEXC which have rolled up a deposit event to give out MX token. Don't wanna be left out as I will be banking on the CEX to cement my position by bagging it when it's listed on the exchange tomorrow.
did the same and made sure to deposit enough amount of BONK to them while they have freebie event. made good profit before it hit 3000% and won MX tokens from their campaign
The Gearbox its an interesting project. I will be interacting with it soon borrowing from the protocol and leveraging with it accross other protocol platform. Interesting it allows multiple borrowing. For now still trying to increase my volume of the token which I am holdling on MEXC while also taking part in the ongoing fun deposit event on the CEX, luckily i can get to earn some rewards in $MX so i heard
To be fair, many of the people commenting indeed know what bail is (he's not buying his freedom by posting bail). But what upsets people is that a guy who squandered $Billions most likely has something substantial hidden away & if so he could find a way to escape & flee to a non-extradition country. The beaches in Bali are supposedly beautiful. So if he were able to flee, he would have indeed bought his freedom by posting bail. IDK how hard it would be to find someone to cut off his ankle bracelet, but I'm guessing if you had 10s of $Millions to pay off pros to help you, you could probably get that done, get a passport in a different name, head from CA to MX & from there travel under a new passport to Indonesia or UAE, etc.
And Charlieβs eyes look like defunct pop-up lights from an '89 Mazda MX5.
Seems like some healthy discussion going on here, i respect your decision and i also admit that cex's like OKX, MEXC doing a pretty good job besides Binance. You can see the price trend of MX, this native token of MEXC Global doing a pretty good job in this bear market, it got some huge use cases which boosting the price as well
I hold some amount of MX and BNB. I think it is worth investing in exchange tokens if the exchange itself is a reputable one because the value of an exchange token is as valuable as the exchange itself.
2011 was also bad. The last crypto winter was in 2018 when bitcoin dropped significantly by more than 50% of its ATH right in the middle of a bull market. Year 2022 has dropped the prices of major cryptocurrencies. As at July 2022, the total value of the largest cryptocurrencies was $1 trillion. That's steep drop down from $2.7 trillion as at November 7 2021. This year is one of the toughest in the history of crypto but if we see it as an opportunity, millionaires would be made. I'm buying more crypto assets. BTC, MX, HFT, Doge etc in anticipation of crypto's comeback.
