Post is by: willofscott and the url/text [ ](https://goo.gl/GP6ppk)is: /r/Monad/comments/1ru03qi/coinbase_ai_reporting_mon_incorrectly_related_to/ I meant to type action against Bitthumb, not MEXC. The news report is from MEXC which is also getting mixed up into this false AI, narrative. I had to correct my post title, ok now read ahead…my apologies for that "The reports regarding a MON suspension on Bithumb are FALSE. This is a South Korean isolated regulatory issue involving Bithumb’s internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. It has zero to do with the Monad network or its technical health. The Monad (MON) blockchain remains fully operational, and this 'news' is simply a misinterpretation of local exchange legal drama." I am posting this because false reports can cause in-needed FUD and confusion. I have been doing a lot of my own AI research and AI research validation work, to gauge how many times AI seems to give misleading trading ideas related to crypto and specifically MONAD. AI makes A lot of mistakes, it can utilize scam news reports, or news reports about a incorrectly reported item that’s trending and think it is valid data due to its prevalence in the Internet forums and such. It also grabs intentionally false reports by a short seller or others and merge the false data into its findings and create a narrative which goes down the wrong path of suggestions utilizing this incorrect spam FUD/ Be very careful! I actually made a trade which was bad, and circled back to AI to review the trade and AI told me the completely opposite answer, when I didn’t let it know I was the same person it was talking to earlier when it presented the complete opposite idea. I then continued to question why are you telling me to complete the opposite ideas? Why are you doing that? What makes you do that it admitted to the fact of how it has mixed up false reports with some accurate reports and create a narrative that was not investable. So everybody be super careful grill your AI in every way possible to prompt it to tell you the most in-depth most accurate research it can present to you and then ask it. Why is that true and where did you get the info and everything you can think of to validate what it’s being told to you is Accurate. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Unneeded FUD is definitely unneeded. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Just like any industry there will be critical infrastructure which replaces the old infrastructure. The tokens/coins related to these projects which are critical infrastructure, will do well, and trust is not really an element. If it’s necessary people are forced to use it and in time they trust it from experience and continuity. There will be older projects with a proven track record with older tech, like ethereum and there will be coins like BTC which achieve the pinnacle of a niche, niche being a digital gold, or store of value, there will be newer projects proving themselves as a financial avenue for transactions, and then there will be brand new projects which have solid up to date tech which strive to prove themselves to be better then the older versions, such as Monad is a eth code compatible, copy and paste migration capable from ethereum, with speeds 1000’s of time faster then ethereum, and extremely cheaper to transact on. On Chain finance is the future of finance, it’s a known thing by all financial players in trad fi, dex and cex. It’s the automobile when horses were the primary form of travel. Trad fi is the horses, give it time and everything will be on chain driven. Why? Because you maximize profits and speed all things transactionary, so it’s inevitable. Profits drive innovation, greater profits channel the world into the specific network which achieves this. That is blockchain. So is there any other coins/tokens of course, but they are not so much based on trust as BTC is, they are based on the value they deliver to the ones utilizing the system, and the transactions deliver the value to the coin in form of gas fees, liquidity for lending, paid expenses of transactions, etc. Crypto, it’s not nefarious or mystical, it’s the delivering of value like any business that thrives does. Crypto for “the utility”is the business model, which adds value. The question is which ones may or may not end up adding value to society, but we know the ones that do add value, their tokens will climb in price. The older they are the lesser the gains but less risk, the newer they are and have well telegarphed tech advantage have less risk and medium to high gains being a bunch of the gains are baked in due to the recognition of high quality tech and stellar team building it. These traits are all in Monad as it is right now. Then You have the unknown non-telegraphed new ones with minimal backing that are a crap shoot, which if they make it are parabolic winners becasue they start from next to zero, but frankly most don’t make it and choosing the ones that do is extremely difficult if even able to, it’s more about luck. Many a crypto millionaire was just in the right place at the right time buying something they had no idea what they were buying or if it would make it or not, and they got lucky to buy the right one, by luck. My assessment…BTC buy, Solana buy, Ethereum probably buy, Monad 100% buy, Chainlink buy, etc. The reason Monad is in that list, is ethereum has big limitation issues, well known in the industry, they are institutional level secure but cannot scale to even close to what is necessary and critical without some very creative reworking which has not even been planned yet and obviously not even commenced yet, and it happens to be the main core for trad fi right now. Monad is purposefully built to exactly solve the ethereum scaling problem, by copy and paste eth code so no down time migrating and instant access to lightning speed, instant finality, massive ability to scale volume as it stands right now and operating successfully right now, without even ramping up its core functionalities, which in the future it can be scaled up when needed, even more with ease. It is the new super highway rapidly on ramping apps and services at a pace that’s getting faster and faster, as this is happening ethereum is losing its apps and services. The migration is based on profits of the apps and services, it’s inevitable. More speed, cheaper fees, ready made scale, means more profits and greater success for the apps and services moving over or building from new, all utilizing Monad. When you help businesses succeed they will come, It’s a sure thing, it is happening. It’s the better new super highway. The project is and has been understood to be solid tech to the tune of having 250 million in funding to build this tech. That would not happen without grave scrutiny of the quality of the proposed tech, and the excellent merits of the team. 250 million isn’t planted into a project without massive due diligence and review. That alone says a lot for the objective of this chain. Its main net is live, its adoption is ramping up everyday, its chainlink and other core systems compatible from its birth, it’s a primary contender for the top 5 chains, its new so its behind older ones, but it comes with better more up to date tech, so it can quickly outpace other more established chains. It’s going to be a winner. A little more risk, but not like unknown projects, a little more muted returns possibly being some of the appreciation is “baked in” to its value from the start but that’s due to more confidence in its actual achievable value. It makes it safer not a disadvantage as some people tend to misrepresent this dynamic, as in claiming “VC pump and dump” uniformed, misunderstood statements. As if invested capital which builds important ventures in this world somehow poisons the project just because it has institutional investors, and no other reason. That’s a very immature opinion indeed. Anyone in business knows it takes money and in a lot of cases a hell of a lot of money to build systems, pharmaceuticals, technology, etc. These VC investors will rightly take there profit over a period of time, and then retail which bought after they did will have the next period of time to ride up and take profits, it’s so natural an occurrence, why it is deemed evil is a mystery to me. I think it’s a bit of jealousy that investors which can plant 250 million are buying when the coin is .00001, and when it comes to market the coin is .025 so they make a ton of money, BUT they took a huge risk when they bought in, because there was nothing to hang your hat on accept due diligence and proposals. So when they sell, the profits they get have been earned, then it’s the next period which is ours to reap, and getting in early to a high quality project can be a very very rewarding action. Plus, if we had that kind of money, 250 mil, we would of bought along time ago too, and be selling around this time, it’s so normal and predictable type of event, it confuses me why people have a problem with that. I understand if it’s not backed with solid tech then its not so good, but you would have to be out of your mind to plant 250 million in a sketchy project just to pretend it’s quality and hope everything subvert goes to plan and goes ok…that’s way too much “what ifs” built on nothing special , for any investment firm to risk. That’s just silly thinking. Monad is built to solve the problems of the most secure and utilized utility chain today that has flaws, ethereum, even Vitalik discussed these issues and limitations and is still in the potential concept phase of solution discussion…all the while the solution is here and operating as we speak, and absorbing ethereum apps and services every single day since its launch in November of 2025, Monad is the solution to ethereum ills, the ethereum antidote, Monad, is the operating cure, its built for the future which started yesterday,. As of March 2026, several automated and "robotic" trading services are emerging on the Monad blockchain, which is specifically designed to support high-frequency and capital-intensive financial workloads. High-Frequency & Automated Platforms Monday Trade: This platform is operational and focuses on high-frequency trading (HFT) and automated market environments. It has already accumulated $137.2 million in lifetime trading volume since its testnet launch. KuruExchange: A fully on-chain central limit order book (CLOB) DEX backed by Paradigm. It is designed to support the precision and speed required by automated trading bots in a decentralized setting. Perpl: An on-chain perpetual futures exchange that eliminates off-chain components to offer centralized exchange-level performance. It is optimized for automated market makers and high-speed order matching directly on the Monad EVM. AI & Autonomous Agent Integrations Agentic Commerce: Independent teams and "SuperApps" like Based are expanding into AI-driven commerce, building autonomous financial agents capable of executing trades on behalf of users. Chainstack Boilerplates: Infrastructure providers such as Chainstack have launched ready-to-clone boilerplates specifically for trading bots and decentralized applications (dApps) to help developers deploy automated services on Monad. Key Ecosystem Support The recent integration of Chainlink CCIP on March 2, 2026, has bridged over $5 billion in Bitcoin liquidity (cbBTC) from Coinbase to Monad. This massive liquidity pool is expected to drive a new wave of automated trading routes and Bitcoin-backed structured financial products. Additionally, the MONAD_NINE network upgrade in February 2026 enhanced the chain's efficiency and predictability, further optimizing it for automated strategies. But to your comment, maybe you know as a lot of people know in the early period you have airdrop farmers, exiting as the new projects are entering so, there is a reason activity isn’t spiking with the two way flow, that will wrap up soon, and the transaction and TVL will pile up quicker. It takes some time, but it’s happening and happening as we speak. This is a quality chain, and it will attract adoption due to the increase revenue with speed and finality that comes with migrating. It’s somewhat inevitable. 250 million isn’t invested in things lightly, there’s a lot of verification of team quality and project validity that goes into a decision as that, hence it was destined from the beginning to be something extremely special that the market is in need of. Go MON!

Naturally, you build for the growth before the growth takes place, you build for future needs such that as it happens your system can handle it, it will appear like a super highway in the desert as the real estate grows around this main corridor. What’s important to know is, this super highway heads to the exact spot everyone needs to go, the place they are going anyway presently at a much more expensive and much slower pace utilizing the paths created prior. It is a guaranteed that almost everyone/apps/services who needs speed and cheaper fees will soon find this highway which helps their businesses grow and be prosperous, it’s a missing link to their enterprise growth. The fact that on ramping to this new super highway is as simple as copy and paste code, makes it an easier on-ramp then any other possible option. Ethereum has limitations, MONAD is pre engineered and developed specifically to alleviate this limitations, hence why it’s built right, built this way, cost a lot to build, is well funded, all due to the critical necessary element of what it provides and because it’s new…it hasn’t come up to full capacity yet, which is why the opportunity exists in its most fulfilling dimensions now, before the highway has full lanes 24/7 and not after. Your early that’s the blessing in this opportunity. The highway is built, the traffic is on its way, because this super highway allows all users better company growth, speed, finality and profit. What company won’t seize these benefits? All will seize these benefits or risk a loss of profitability and having to explain to their stockholders or constituents why they are not maximizing their ROI. The growth is coming to the new better super highway. If the incoming flow of vehicles was already here, the next phase of gains would be done. Your job is to invest in the real estate along side this new thoroughfare, and watch property stake appreciate. Plus the magic potion is the 14-16% staking rewards one gets while waiting. Tell me a guaranteed 14-16% return while letting the system become fully utilized, is not the best deal in all of finance. 14-16% blows almost all portfolios, just while waiting for the traffic to ramp to capacity, on a network prebuilt for that level of traffic. GO MON! The future is built NOW for the future!

He shorted the pre-ICO price, that’s good for him, yet he still knows nothing about the thing he shorted. Knows nothing about how building a new chain infrastructure from the ground up takes dedication, hard work, long hours, high salaries of very talented engineers, lots of resources, IE why VC money is necessary. So you see “VC” and you think pump and dump, why? because it’s the hip thing to say on Reddit or in crypto circles, your lucky you didn’t get burned on that short it possibly could of ripped your face off. This chain and its functionality will be here for along time gaining traction, adoption, transactions, momentum because it came online in a strong condition. Sure VC will get there gains, as they rightly should, and this may delay retails investment appreciation but this appreciation will come indeed, due to the quality of the build which is made possible from the investment of the VC. When this will happen is the unknown, hence why I’m building a position now, and ride out any dilution or volatility, which maybe be less then expected due to its rapidly increasing growth and launched projects on its rails. The money invested laid the soul to grow within, not to invest 250 million to build a pile of crap to dump, that would be so ludicrous. Sometimes you need to think, research and get educated not just short shit and build nothing. But good for you, you got your short. I look forward to being a long term investor in a thing of quality, which MON most definitely is.

Post is by: Dr_Jecky1l and the url/text [ ](https://goo.gl/GP6ppk)is: /r/CryptoMarkets/comments/1rhldlj/36_billion_in_stablecoin_inflows_on_monad_in_past/ Has $MON been accumulating and quietly attracting capital recently? Monad has just set a new daily all-time high (ATH)—stablecoin inflows reached $3.6 billion, nearly all driven by USDC (\~96%)! Today (February 28, 2026), Monad surged dramatically, recording a historic daily stablecoin inflow peak of $3.6 billion within just 24 hours. Of this, USDC accounted for approximately 96% (\~$3.46 billion), demonstrating the immense appeal of the leading stablecoin within the Monad ecosystem. This indicates: - Liquidity growth is exploding—Monad is attracting massive capital, particularly from USDC. - USDC dominates—nearly monopolizing all stablecoin transactions on this chain. DeFi potential and on-chain activity are accelerating, likely pushing TVL and trading volume to new highs in the near future. — From a technical perspective, $MON has been accumulating consistently in the range of $0.01–$0.02 for some time. What’s remarkable is that this accumulation has persisted even during prolonged market sell-offs. Prior to its listing, the project raised $196M in its ICO and secured substantial funding across multiple rounds. The key question now: Will the project inject more of these funds into $MON in the near future—or will they be deployed elsewhere to build new infrastructure? - via KuCoin *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Appreciate your passion but I’m gonna bow out. This reply has too many false facts and social media misconceptions, not what Monad actually published. Example 1: “70% of MON is owned by the team and insiders.” Not true. Monad’s published tokenomics puts team at about 27% and investors at about 19.7%, with roughly 4% treasury. That is about 50% combined, not 70%. And those allocations are locked and vesting over multiple years. Repeating “70% insiders” is a Twitter narrative, not what the actual breakdown shows. Example 2: “Only 7.5% was public sale” is being framed like that’s the total community allocation. That ignores the 38.5% ecosystem allocation plus the 3.3% airdrop. Ecosystem supply is specifically for grants, incentives, validator programs, and broader distribution over time. Public sale percentage alone does not equal decentralization. Example 3: Saying “tokenomics make it impossible to crowdsource security” is not a fact. It’s a prediction stated as certainty. Decentralization is about validator distribution, stake dispersion over time, economic incentives, and governance structure, not just day one circulating supply. And there’s clear Hyperliquid bias in the comparison. Yes, Hyperliquid markets around “70% to the community,” but that number depends on how categories are grouped, and it still includes meaningful allocations to core contributors and the foundation. High community allocation does not automatically equal stronger security or immunity from centralization pressures. Supply distribution is one variable, not the entire security model. You can prefer Hyperliquid, ETH, or even XRp (hehe). That’s fine. But misrepresenting Monad’s numbers and reducing decentralization to one headline percentage is not objective analysis. Appreciate you. Hope it all goes up.

My point was that it doesn’t matter. Sonic, Sei, Monad, MegaETH, etc… can all handle parallel EVM execution. That’s great but they also all have the same problem. 70% of all MON is owned by the team and insiders… only 7.5% was public sale. How on earth do you decentralize the network when a small group controls almost 3/4 of the supply? Hyperliquid (in contrast) is pretty slow for a gen 3 chain but it’s been wildly successful because 70% of all HYPE goes to the community. It’s already more decentralized (and more difficult to attack) than MON or S will ever be even with fewer validators. Having the fastest chain doesn’t mean much when the tokenomics make it impossible to crowdsource security. I’m not saying no chain will ever surpass ETH… I’m saying no centralized chain will ever surpass ETH.

>SOL is bleeding pretty damn bad. yeah, that's the point behind this thread, everything is cheap, meaning unless the corresponding fundamentals dropped as much as the price, then it should be a more attractive asset. Solana is far and away the most competitive chain to ETH, it took the opposite approach to scaling which now looks even smarter as Vitalik is questioning the execution ETH's L2-centric roadmap, onchain metrics are already top of the industry but even then they've been improving, tradfi inflows are steady, RWA adoption continues to increase, Solana is still the preferred chain for most project launches and is generally the first place where emerging narratives and use cases proliferate(AI agents, DePIN, etc). Not to mention we're now 2 years away from the last outage, and since then 10+ other chains have had downtime(mostly ETH L2s and Sui), yet no one cares. New L1s have popped up, but none of them have really gained any traction. You had Plasma launched by Tether, Monad super hyped up, Tempo, Keeta, none of these are really doing anything, so it seems clear that the networks effects of Ethereum and Solana have given them a strong moat. I can't see any new L1s challenging them if the recent launches are trending this way and I doubt any old L1s will catch up. Outside of Solana lacking a more competitive perps protocol, there isn't really much specific weakness in the ecosystem. Solana has been steadily progressing towards the original North star of "decentralized NASDAQ", teams from other networks understand how important Solana is and now even L1 coins like MON, ZEC are getting put on Solana. Coinbase/Base has upped their Solana support, devs from Near(who are very respected) made SolSwap. Even if you kind of bearish on crypto in general, you should be extremely bullish on Solana relative to the industry IMO.

For better or worse, my long term holdings are XRP (Ripple), SOL (Solana), ADA (Cardano), DOT (Polkadot), TRX (Tron) and a little MON (Monad). Most of these chains are Proof of Work, meaning you're not only hoping for the value of the coin to go up, but they are actively earning you "interest" for staking them. XRP is the notable exception, but even that can be staked in a round about way. I'm holding XRP because I truly think it will start to replace SWYFT in the next decade or so and it has a lot of utility. Some of my holdings have done well, some, like DOT, have lost value, but over time, I feel the interest will pay off. I am not any sort of crypto guru. I'm just a retail day trader that dabbles a bit in crypto as part of my long term investment strategy. If you are looking for a well diversified portfolio, crypto should be a part of that portfolio, but not the entire portfolio. Crypto right now is very volatile and is still a very "young" market, so it is very hard to say where it will go in the future, but it looks promising at the moment.

>Thats why i said you need to have a seperate mon bag in case of price increase. But if you think MON is going up, then you're better off just holding MON rather than providing part of your MON bag as liquidity paired with a stable. >And no extreme high volume needed at all, my earnings are from a volume of 1.5m - 5m It's simple math, if you're getting good yield off low volume, then there is also low liquidity. It's all relative. To get good yield you necessarily have to have high volume relative to liquidity, keyword being relative. The only exception is added incentives, which are obviously not sustainable either.

Mentions:#MON
r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

It's generally not optimal because of impermanent loss and because the high rates aren't sustainable. It's only when there is extremely high volume and relatively low liquidity or you get lucky with price movement where you withdraw your assets at the same price ratio as deposit. In your case, over the week it started at .02 and came back to .02, paired against a stable that means you should still have the same amount of MON and USDC, lets just say $100 of both. Now if MON pumped to $.05, then it would balance your MON/USDC, essentially selling the MON on the way for USDC and you'd miss some of the upside. I think most people here have tried and given up on providing liquidity because it requires more active management to actually be beneficial compared to other things like staking or lending.

This works if you are bullish on the underlying asset. In my case im bullish in general on monad but want to take advantage of bearish price movement aswell. I have a seperate monad moonbag for it the price rockets. And i have one way $100k usdc to the down side, so no 50/50 split. I provide 100k with chosen range between $0.01 and $0.021. As the price goes down my 100k will slowly convert into MON. I remember when price went down to 0.016 my 100k was worth 95k so a signifact portion was still usdc. Now the price is back up at 0.02 and im again at 100k. But i have been making bank on fees. The “risk” here is if the price goes down to 0.01 and your 100k will be converted to MON then its up to you if you keep holding your position or get out. You will basically dca into mon if price goes down but if it goes back up again you go back to usdc. The risk is ofcourse if it all goes to zero but thats with any coin and monad is a legit project so i dont mind holding it, but as long as the price ranges between 0.01 - 0.02 i make bank on fees

When market is shit tall know you can switch to high apr% yield farming right? I have a $100k position doing LP on Uniswap on MON/USDC pair for a week now and earning between $500 - $1300 per day from trading fees. Meaning even when price goes down i’ll make bank as long as volume is there i operate as a mini exchange earning fees. Yall need to learn defi instead of just holding. Times have change we need to adapt

tldr; Arthur Hayes, former BitMEX CEO, warns that Monad, a newly launched layer-1 blockchain, could crash by 99% due to its high Fully Diluted Value (FDV) and low circulating supply, which he claims puts retail investors at risk. Hayes criticizes the project as a venture capital-driven 'VC coin' with limited long-term potential. He predicts most new layer-1 networks will fail, with only a few like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Zcash surviving. Got you. Here's the simple version: Monad: New Layer 1 blockchain, built to be a much faster version of Ethereum. Coinbase: They're launching their new token sale platform with MON, Monad's official token. MONAD vs MON: Monad is the road, MON is the car you drive on it. (Monad = Blockchain, MON = Token) Purple Pepe ($PURPE): Just a random meme coin on Solana. Totally unrelated.

I find the Tokenomics leaves a lot to be desired. Some people signed up the Airdrop (who were eligible) and didn’t even receive 1 MON despite grinding their time in their Discord. Monad is a new block chain layer 1 that's been in development for some time. They choose the ticker MON for their token but there is already a MON token that was claimed way before them by MON protocol a web 3 game company. MON protocol just released the alpha test phase of one of their games on Google and iOS stores called wardens ascent So basically at the moment there are two MON tokens for two different companies Since Monad is the bigger company with higher raise funding most likely MON protocol will migrate to a new ticker name

Post is by: Apraemio_ofc and the url/text [ ](https://goo.gl/GP6ppk)is: /r/CryptoMarkets/comments/1oiycli/crypto_market_insights/ GM, APRA Fam, Welcome back to Crypto Insights, your weekly guide to the boldest moves and biggest shifts across the digital asset space. Let’s break it down: 1️⃣ **Is the long-awaited crypto rally finally here?** 🚀 The long-anticipated crypto rally may finally be starting. The United States and China have taken major steps toward creating a mutually beneficial trade framework, easing global market tensions. In response, Bitcoin has climbed back above $115,000, Ethereum is holding near $4,100, and Solana has once again crossed the $200 mark. The crypto market has been positioned for escalation rather than relief, meaning even modest positive news can now trigger strong upward momentum across major assets. 2️⃣ **MegaETH launches its long-awaited sale** 💎 Between October 27–30, MegaETH kicked off one of the most anticipated auctions of the year. The event, held on the Ethereum blockchain, offers 10 billion MEGA tokens available for purchase exclusively in USDT. The low starting price was no coincidence, the team’s goal is to provide fair access and establish a committed, long-term community rather than quick speculation. With strong demand and growing visibility, MegaETH could become a noteworthy player in the Ethereum ecosystem. 3️⃣ **Japanese banks move toward crypto** 🏦 Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) is considering allowing subsidiaries of major banking groups to offer cryptocurrency trading services. This would enable bank-affiliated firms to buy, hold, and trade crypto assets directly. If approved, the move could mark a major step toward integrating traditional finance with digital assets in Japan opening the door for broader institutional participation and accelerating crypto adoption across Asia. 4️⃣ **What to watch next** 👀 • AAVE: Ongoing discussions around a $50M buyback program to strengthen long-term token value. • MON: The project’s first early airdrop is scheduled for October 28. • ETH: BlackRock’s Ethereum ETF staking program reaches its next key milestone on October 30. • SOL: The first spot Solana ETF launched on October 27, marking a major milestone for institutional Solana exposure. We’ll catch you next week with more insights and updates from the ever-evolving crypto market. — **Team APRA** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. For the avoidance of doubt, I like what you’ve done here. If I can make a suggestions: I think the labels, dates and titles in the chart could be clearer. They should be self explanatory by looking at the chart itself. Date format under all titles are ambiguous and I needed to cross check to the bottom axis to be sure. I would use DD-MON-YY for absolute clarity as I’m not US. In chart 2, the title is Global Money Supply (M2) but isn’t this chart showing just Chinas part? I know there’s a little CH:PRI.CE under the title but it could be clearer. It’s also ambiguous in that the CH number is actually the USD value of CH - CH presumably being the Chinese Yuan, CHY? Then for the final chart, the title is, YoY Percentage Change in Global M2 Versus BTC* *BTC what? My initial thought was what, BTC supply, because we know that M2 is money supply. The answer when I look at the axis label is YoY percentage change but in what, price, and in what currency, USD? I think the reason I’m making these points is, I followed the link before I read your post and all the points I’ve raised are an issue if you look at it there. Especially if you’re on mobile. When I read it here, the charts are clearer, but I need to either cross reference the titles and the labels more than I should to know I’m reading the charts correctly and getting the right answer. And you still need a bit of narrative as well. My apologies if it feels like I’m digging you out. Really small changes make a massive difference to how information is received and retained. Good info doesn’t make you work to find it. Good work though.

A historical immutable archive of the air quality data seems to be a perfectly legitimate use of blockchain. However, one clarification - it's not the raw data from the sensors that is posted to the blockchain. According to the Planet Watch: "Before data gets into Algorand blockchain it goes through CERN data acquisition framework capable of receiving and validating high-frequency data streams from thousands of sensors worldwide (CERN Control and Monitoring Platform (C2MON)). C2MON enables heterogeneous data acquisition with configuration, persistence, historical data browsing, as well as alarm functionalities. " In addition to acting as a ledger for the final processed data, Planet Watch pays the sensor owners through the blockchain for providing the data.

Not the first nor last time I have been accused of not understanding what I'm saying. And you are correct that government has a monopoly of violence that it can use to compel compliance. I was hopeful that people would wake up to this and become more attentive and involved in their government, but alas it seems internal division, coupled with a steady diet of bread and circuses has put that down for now. My last comment on this, because it was, as I recall, a thread on NFTs, and not a discussion of the value of crypto nor the technical shortcomings thereof. Nothing has inherent value. Value is a complex, ever changing, natural algorithm. One factor that is unchanging, though, is that for currency to have value, it has to have something akin to a "large installed user base" or it has no reliable demand. XVG might have better anonymity than MON, and there might be better coins than XVG or MON, from a technical standpoint. If nobody uses them, they are irrelevant. If you own an NFT, and nobody wants it, it's valueless. I own three like that, the only NFT I own, and I paid nearly nothing for them because I made them. However if the government decided that they wanted my three pathetic NFT, I'd be compelled to give them up, because the cost of resistance is more than my attachment to them. Government has a monopoly on the application of violence, and while we can debate all day long the hows and whys which limit that application of violence, I don't think any rational person would want to live in a society where there isn't a monopoly on violence. Revolution is temporary anarchy to reset the rules limiting the application, but no revolution has ever had a final goal of anarchy. Because we don't live in anarchy, we need a government that is both responsive to the preferences of the majority, as well as protective of the rights of minorities. Somewhere in that mess comes property rights. NFTs are unique by their nature. Currencies are not. The value of an NFT is highly variable. A widely distributed currency is much less so. But government has rights under all systems to seize property under various restrictions. And as long as they have this, there's not a technological solution which can overcome this long term.
