I take you are referring to AVTX. They lose over 5 million a year, and their share price is higher than profitable pharma with FDA approved drugs. There will be late adopters early next week, but I will be surprised if it isn't heavily shorted.

Im stuck with this one. RS already got through, they were transfered 1:240 or smth. Don’t even care about it anymore eventhough I lost a lot of money. AVTX was the reason I asked you guys though, bc before the RS got through they already started selling AVTX 2.0 for the same price as AVTX 1.0 (which was still 0,04€), after the RS it got up over 18000%, so I think I could’ve made a lot of fucking money just buying the RS stock before it got up to over 8,00€. Anyway, I could be wrong, but now I‘m interested if smth like this could happen again.
I think you've got a mistake in the price that you bought at, do you know what day (or even month) you purchased you shares? AVTX didn't trade at $1.50 prior to the reverse split, it was more like a nickel. When a company effects a reverse split, all of the price charts are adjusted all the way back to the first day the stock traded, by whatever the split ratio is. So all of the quotes you see that are prior to 12/29/23 have been multiplied by 240. The $11/share price was after the split. Before the split AVTX was trading at about $11.00/240, or about 4 cents/share. If you looked at your account on 12/29 or maybe a day or two after that, you might have seen your account in the process of updating both the stock price and your share count. It takes some time because all the brokerages have to deal with the little fractions of a share left over after the split is effected.
Before the 1:240 reverse split, you had 24,500 shares at like $0.04 each, not eleven dollars. After the 1:240 reverse split, you had 102 shares (ie, 24,500/240) at about $11 each (ie, $0.04*240). And yeah, the price has gone down from there to whatever it is now. The effect of the reverse split is your shares are reduced by the same ratio that the price is increased by, the total value of your position does not change. All of the history of the stock price is also adjusted by the RS ratio. If you look back a few years on the AVTX chart it will show a value of something like $15,000/share. It was never actually that valuable, that's just the effect of them reverse splitting their stock. It's trading at $8.31 /share now, so your 102 shares are worth $847 total.

Even though I'm out, nothing would make me happier than it suddenly rocketing and a bunch of short selling vultures get massively screwed over.

If by "back on track" you mean ready to continue declining after yesterday's pump brought in a new batch of bag holders, you are probably right. AVTX stock is a perfect example of how a penny stock's price movements have little to do with a company, its products, or its performance and almost everything to do with how much wealth market makers can extract from hopeful retail investors. I'm not going to tell anyone what to do, except do your due diligence and look at how the stock price has acted over the past few months, paying special attention to how it responds to good news and how every move upward is immediately countered by massive shorting and other sells offs to keep the price depressed. I personally will never touch this stock again. I have no faith that it will ever be allowed to take off, though I do wish for the best for everyone still stuck in, and would love to see the shorts and MMs get burnt. I just don't believe it will ever happen.

Not financial advice, but this is my take on it. It will absolutely go through because delisting is the alternative and they do not want that at all. As I type this they are trading at around .06/share, the only way they will reach a price of over a dollar a share and stay there for the required time is this reverse split. That's because they have no way to generate enough interest and volume to cause such a dramatic rise in their share price for this to happen organically. Thus the reverse split of $AVTX is almost certain based on my experience.
Well the reverse split is definetly coming, do with that what you think is best. The money i yeeted into AVTX was my gambling money anyways, so i will just hold untill one day it might be worth something

AVTX Stockholder meeting on Dec 5th
A lot of folks, myself included, thought the same when we didn't sell T2 when it hit .70+ (pre-reverse-split numbers), holding out for more. Look how that turned out. A lot of folks, myself included, thought the same of AVTX. They haven't RSed yet, but the MMs are doing a great job of keeping that down until it has to. Maybe TCBP will be the one that bucks the trend. But I doubt it. Ate my 30% loss and got out. If there is true potential here, I'll try to get back in at the bottom if it actually starts to reverse. These are penny stocks. Those with actual potential will probably get bought up by bigger companies, but not before their value is so depressed by MMs extracting wealth from retail traders that whoever buys them out gets a really good cheap deal. In my probably paranoid opinion. Lesson I'm learning for myself is to cut losses immediately and take profit when it's there. On the off chance I happen to be aboard a rocket that takes off, yay, but no more holding out on the hopium that it could happen if only the right news were to hit. Especially not for any stock that has been hyped up before hand around these parts. Those are particularly juicy targets for short sellers.
I think it's pretty straight forward. The news yesterday made for a good pump and dump (which stupidly I did not dump when it was up, because I too had bought into the hopium). They got their approval for clinical trials in the US. But now the question is "how will those get funded?", and since there was no immediate partnership news to keep investor confidence and the only thing since basically being a tweet about 2024 plans, the short sellers are having a field day tanking the stock and taking our money. This sort of happened with T2's FDA approval news. This happened with AVTX's asset sale news. And now it's happening with TCBP. The MMs are in charge now, and they are not going to let retail have any wins if they can help it. For me, the lesson is "take profit when it's there. Forget about holding out for hopium moon rockets. Shorty's gonna short, so don't feed shorty."
I'm done. Ate a 32% loss, but I'm not going to hold for news while TCBP gets manipulated down into the .2s or beyond. Feels too much like an AVTX situation. Maybe with this lesson I'll FINALLY have learned to just take profit when I can and stop trying to hold out for rocket rides. 🤞🏼
I don't think the MMs are going to let AVTX rise, regardless of news. Every single move upward is immediately countered. They aren't going to let it get above even .10 before it is forced to RS (and you know the Dec 5th stockholder's meeting is going to announce the vote to approve an RS, which will depress the price even more). Look at how much volume that stock does every day and how little it actually moves. Sure, the 45million payout news may happen, but I doubt it will happen before an RS and further shorting into the ground, at which point, maybe the news will just maybe allow some lucky folks to break even, depending on how heavy their bags are. IMHO. Honestly, if you are still in on AVTX, best of luck to you. I hope it rockets and you all can burn the shortsellers to the ground.

Rather than just sit there and bag hold, I'm going to hopefully swing trade the TCBP shares I picked up at .445 as if they were the only position I am holding. Hopefully there will be some recovery for the price today during which to sell them, after which I will then buy the next cheap chunk in the end-of-market sell-off when it tanks the price again. If by some miracle it climbs back up to .55 today (and honestly, I'll be surprised if it gets above .50 at all), I'm going to sell everything except what I stupidly picked up at .65. Sure, it'll leave me with a smaller position of heavier bags, but then I'll just keep swing trading a few times a week to chip it down. I'm not having another AVTX of doing nothing but hoping I can just break even and never doing so while each day the price range gets lower and lower (which was a dumb play that ended up with me cashing out at a 30% loss after bag holding for months). I'd rather free up what I can to make other plays. Maybe TCBP will rocket some day, but with no more rumors to buy on, I think the institutional shorts and MMs are going to have free reign to extract what they can from retail for the time being. Anyway, that's my plan. Not financial advice. Do your own thing. yada yada yada

Oof. Best of luck. I considered this one a lost cause awhile ago when there continued to be no updates about the XTI merger and then there was news of a different merger or something that did nothing to the price and I felt like it was all really dodgy. I think I got lucky that there was a little swing upwards that either minimized my losses or let me break even, but I'm pretty sure I didn't make anything fooling around with this stock. Best of luck to you. I don't know how deeply you are in or if it's worth trying to average down as I haven't really payed any attention to this company since I cashed out. If it swings around those low amounts enough, you could try swing trading at the bottom to slowly chip away at your cost basis. I.e. buy a chunk at the bottom, sell it again later that day or the next day if there's an up swing, repeat as necessary. In a sense, pretend your original shares don't exist and swing trade at those low amounts. If it works out, it will bring down your cost basis a tiny bit at a time. Of course, there's every chance it won't work. I was planning on doing this with my AVTX bags, but every time I bought in at what felt like the new low, the MMs pushed it down a little further, first from bouncing around between .10-.11 to bouncing from .09-10, and then finally not allowing it to go above .09 any more. So I ate my losses and got out. Up to you what do to. If INPX feels as manipulated (I felt like it did), then you might just need to cut your losses (maybe leave a small position that, in the off chance it rockets, it could make up your losses?) and free up that money for other plays. I missed out on so many potential plays while money was locked up in AVTX, so now that I'm out, here's to hoping I can turn that around and play a little smarter. Anyway, best of luck. It definitely sucks to be in such a position.

Right i just read up on the current status and it seems i connected that date with the wrong thing. The Company previously announced it entered into a purchase agreement with AUG to divest the 800 Series on September 12, 2023 (the Purchase Agreement). What else am I reading for here? They already divested, and may or may not receive another cent for the 800 series depending on how it goes with the FDA.
Nah, not weird. Just blatant obvious manipulation. Make a bunch of money from shorting a bunch of shares while giving their co-manipulators a cheaper entry to get more money when it climbs back up. Probably not legal, but as long as they are screwing over retail investors and not big money, no one cares. At the very least, this one seems to be about making money rather than constantly keeping the stock price artificially depressed, like we seem to see with AVTX (where every single up-tick, even the tiniest, is immediately countered by a big sale that puts it right back down, like clockwork).
Ate my losses and closed out of AVTX. The manipulation is blatant and disgusting. I will honestly be surprised if the MMs let it get above .09 again, much less .10. So, you win, manipulators. Hopefully now that that remainder is freed up, I can put it into something that is actually allowed to move.

If you are not in AVTX, I recommend staying out. It is manipulated as fuck and I have no expectation that the MMs / Hedgebros will let retail get a win on it. They are going to keep it depressed until it RSs and then they are probably going to short it some more. If you are holding but haven't been paying attention, then like me and many of us, good luck finding a decent exit. I'm going to hold through the weekend and see if anything happens on Monday, but I'm likely going to eat my losses and get out. I've been holding way too long (avg. \~.13) and have missed out on a lot of other plays while that money was tied up. It'll probably rocket to the moon right after I get out.
I've liked the looks of BTTR for awhile and will probably get in as soon as I free up some of my tradin-around money by deciding to eat my losses on AVTX. 😅
$ID seems ripe for a pumping and like any significant volume would cause it to take off. Only potential catalyst is upcoming earnings which should be soon, and no real indications or news that I know of how it might be looking. In case anyone is looking for a cheap, speculative play. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, of course. For all I know it could be as manipulated as $AVTX and so any move in a positive direction might end up getting immediately countered by MMs, but since it hasn't got as much hype or attention, maybe not. (dislaimer: I am holding some bags at .11)
In AVTX news, there's a [new Form 8-K](https://ir.avalotx.com/all-sec-filings/content/0001628280-23-039211/avtx-20231114.htm?TB_iframe=true&height=auto&width=auto&preload=false) that seems to say they have until 29 December to become compliant, but will not face being delisted for being below .10 before that date. I doubt this will cause the manipulators so hell bent on tanking this stock from letting up, but at least we have something to throw in the face of the chicken littles screaming that they must RS immediately or be delisted. 🤷🏻♂️ Still holding and waiting for a good exit. Still wishful. Not particularly hopeful.
