Therefore, SNDK IPO price was somewhat derived by public investors and already kind-of had a price discovery unlike new IPOs. That also means that alot more years and years of historical fundamentals data was available even from the dates before the IPO, which does not happen with regular IPOs. $SKHY IPO is same as $SNDK.
