I believe the healthcare industry is turning towards stem cells peptides etc. this will be the new pharma. It hasn’t happened yet. Some companies are already quite large and maybe don’t have the upside. I have considerable money in CELU. It’s near lows at the moment but hasn’t gone down year over year. They took care of their debt in August. Their current market cap is only 50m or so. Earnings are due next week but it isn’t hard to imagine a world where they post a positive earnings and the stock price goes 10x from where it currently is. The ceo and insiders have options in the $30 range which I assume they wouldn’t like to get to at some point. It’s massively owned by insiders. Not much float at all.
Can you try CELU and tell me how it’s doing now.

CELU. It’s a lotto ticket. Is due for news any day. Also facing delisting. But it’s about as beat up as it can be. I think it’s gonna pump prior to an offering within the next 2 weeks. But we’ll see.
CELU should be on everyone’s watch. They are shorted to an all time high. They are facing delisting due to late filing and not paying their annual dues. They are 65% insider owned. Have near 0 volume per day in the last few weeks. Over 1.6 million shares short with over a 200% borrow fee. All sounds bad right? They just paid their annual dues. And have stated that their financials will be filed imminently. I think either this afternoon AH or tomorrow PM because they have not communicated that they have appealed and tomorrow is the deadline to appeal. They file and give decent guidance and this thing is gonna rip!

Without a doubt CELU. Been holding since December. Down about 30% atm but fully a believer that this should be a 5-10X in a matter of weeks or months. Big things coming.
Fintels short squeeze page has RGC, CRVO, DOGZ, VCSA and BLUE as their top 5 I’m still holding and bullish on CELU. Fintel has them ranked 22nd. Any good news and I think we see a few hundred percent gain.

I’m going to continue buying CELU. It’s almost too big to fail at this moment. They are in trouble with cash atm but they have a beautiful facility. Great technology and patents. And already working with huge companies like Regeneron. Regeneron is so big they could buy them out for less than 1% of their MC.

Celularity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELU) announced that on November 21, 2024, the Company received notification from the Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company does not comply with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements due to the Company’s inability to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024 Which is old news as they already reported they were going to be late on 3q earnings. But people always freak out anyway. At least is getting into people's radar. 3q revenue is expected to be really good. I'm not selling any, and added some more at 2,2.

Well they have decided to invest in CELU, a very small and comparatively miniscule company. This is part of an initiative of theirs created in 2020 to begin investing in healthcare and wellness companies for a more progressive investment approach and somewhat diversify their portfolio. As far as what you mean by bets, its a free market. And CELU is frankly unappealing to the gross majority of investors/funds/alike due to the sheer risk of it possibly even going under. not exactly a safe bet but genting can reasonably afford it probably. thats my guess

Actually I apologize. I was mistaken for another stock I am following. CELU regularly posts Q4 results March 31st. They released Q3 results delayed in 1/24 though at -0.06 loss, breaking 4 quarters of positive results.
Looking at riding a little momentum with the CELU reverse split but nervous any momentum will take a hit once the PCE numbers are released that morning. Thoughts?

Two days ago I posted about VNCE, and since then it got started with a +30% jump. More to come. Next up, as I see it, is CMRX, CELU and HLTH; all three trading below their book value and in a squeeze.

"Celularity (NASDAQ:CELU) CEO Robert Hariri acquired stock worth ~$3M in the biotechnology company as part of a shares repurchase agreement with Sorrento Therapeutics (OTCPK:SRNEQ). CELU shares were trading 12.12% higher Wednesday pre-market. Hariri bought 9.06M class A shares for $0.1655; 6.31M shares for $0.1586 and 3.05M shares for $0.1586. The shares were purchased from Sorrento Therapeutics. Sorrento Therapeutics had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Texas bankruptcy court in February. The director and 10% owner now owns 28.57M shares of direct holding in the company. In the last 3 months, CELU has seen 1 open market buy transaction with 875,000 shares acquired, and 2 sell transactions with 15,371,697 shares sold."
Smoke and mirrors with the buyback. Numbers were dull so they had to distract. No better ideas to deploy capital? Seemingly everyone missed it, but ex Palantir SPAC Roivant was the accompanying play from May. RVT-3101 seems to be something special, and Roche is circling with others. Not clear if Foundry helped in finding it. I will hold until the sale announcement, but maybe they just keep it in the end. Another SPAC , CELU, has great shareholder communication. Vivek will be on the big stage next month. Probably playing for the FDA chair, maybe playing for it all. Peter has a candidate in the race. Music to some PLTR ears. Crazy FFIE - casual 67% intraday swing between low and high of the day, lmao wtf CZOO - all star management goes sub $2, fuck you Och, lost tons of money on AJAX when it was a SPAC BBLN - ridiculous that it’s close to $1.50, I don’t have a single dollar more to invest but no way this stays anywhere near this price OWLT - baby monitor was down but not out, crazy come back from around lows of $1.50 not too long ago OPFI - just smh, unreal it’s this low SFT - fuck you, lost lots of money here but think this pos will make it or it sounded like last earnings. Seems like a lot of de-spacs from months ago are starting to come around again too. EVTL flew (off wsb pump piece) but sst, bbai, brcc, etc... Going back through the list and finding stuff like SATL, BOXD, CELU, all look promising too. It's odd how the latter 3 just start drifting up on low volume and minimal retail eyes.

Agree. The 424b / EFFECT notice registering new shares has been coming 1-2weeks after S-1 on the last 8 cos I checked (LIDR, XOS, MNTS, OTMO, JOBY, DOMA, REE, CELU). This squeeze play has a very short window left. Be careful!
