Docebo (DCBO) Substantial Issuer Bid (SIB) Opportunity
DCBO should be a winner in the long game, but where to put 5k now? Talk dirty to me.

Also in DCBO. Betting on the same, as Amazon and Dayforce becomes the past. Proving they continue growing
u/Spins13 DCBO looks very interesting, as well promising. could you please explain your thesis or analysis about it?
AMZN. This is the year they will pull a GOOG. META. Their Capex will explode even more but growth will be strong so it won’t matter as much as feared. DCBO. More dubious but I think they will post reasonable numbers and the fearful sentiment will shift
DCBO just got fedramp authorized and it hasn’t been announced yet (unless you look it up on federal marketplace). Should pop 10-20% when they announce. https://preview.redd.it/50wwfn065k2f1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=299bca7d8d0aa6309b3f1b3bb32536509cfdd182
There was a guy that posted about DCBO a few months ago and I didn't buy but been watching it. Up almost 40%. He must feel great.
RSI on DCBO overbought af. Earnings tomorrow
DCBO overbought on RSI. Earnings 11/8. Puts y’all
DCBO. Small cap. Trading at $42. It will be $60 my mid next year imo
For a little hidden gem for yall, DCBO. That’s all I’m gonna say.
Anyone following Docebo (DCBO)? I recently added them to my watch list. Market cap a little over $1B with lots of potential in the long term.
I bought some DCBO shares before earnings. Glad I am not alone in regardness
Alright I'm usually not that smooth but I can't figure out the catch for this transaction. DCBO has a tender offer out for repurchase of shares at $55. Stock is currently at like $51. It is literally guaranteed money.
So - basically - it's a buy back done through a tender offer. You didn't mention the stock but I'm guessing you are asking about Docebo - DCBO. Looks like a potential odd-lot arbitrage opportunity for anyone interested who doesn't already own the stock. If you already - own the stock - it's really up to you and if you have an odd lot. The details are in the tender offer filing - [https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1829959/000119312523282534/d559699dsc13e4f.htm](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1829959/000119312523282534/d559699dsc13e4f.htm)

I do have small investment in FSLY. It was down most of the time since I bought but now I am up. Tempted to sell out and look for better buys. Other clunkers I have are COIN, ORGN, DCBO, FVRR, SMLR, NET. They are balanced by INMD, PANW and CELH. I hope to only hold companies I believe in long term and so I have some pruning to do but short term some of these clunkers could still go up based on how the market is today :-)
DCBO is a strong buy right now. Should be up 20-30% soon. Do you research yourself but I like it.
Some mid to large software types you don’t see much on Reddit: NOW, PCTY, WDAY, VEEV, PAYC that are growing at near the same rates as the megas with solid profitability. Some small newer to market software companies like DV, DOCS, ESMT, DCBO, KNBE are profitable but closer to break even levels. I think the thing with these types is that they’re generally significantly more expensive than the megas by typical metrics, and there’s always some levels of risk for the smaller players that a mega takes market share before they can really fully establish themselves. The megas can basically give away software in any niche if they want to until they have leading market share to try to make it a profit driver.
Great stuff. Thanks. Where is the bottom, indeed. My LEAPS on MSFT, Z, ADBE, AMZN, DCBO are drowning in blood. They haven't expired yet, but May/June/July is coming soon.
Any ideas on why it fell way harder in % than $LSPD, $NVEI and $DCBO today? I'm rather clueless.
I'm in DCBO, and looking for leaps. Docu maybe
Yeah, I like it, too. Ed tech in general is big and only going to get bigger: COUR, DCBO, PWSC, etc.
Yeah AMWL gaped me hard. I took both proceeds into SE so turned out OK. I intend on holding it there through thick and thin. > every loser stock i sell ends up going up like crazy lol I feel you. I cut half my DCBO at 55 and watched it climb to 90 in less than a quarter. Just holding everything now with minor rebalancing and adding to positions vs selling out; unless fundamentals/outlook changes like with AMWL and TDOC.
LSPD is great, let me add a Canadian peer: DCBO. Different industries but both are high-growth Canadian tech startups
Beginner question here: I'm looking at Docebo Inc. It trades on TSE (DCBO.TO) and NASDAQ (DCBO). If I want to get a grasp on the true Market Cap for the company do I just add the two Market Caps together or is the Market Cap listed for DCBO include all shares on all exchanges?
Canadian Energy: CVE (Canada’s Exxon Mobil) Suncor (Canada’s other Exxon Mobil) ENBR (Pipelines) TOT (Nat gas I think?) Canadian movie theatre: CGX Canadian Tech: LSPD WELL SHOP DCBO CSU NVEI Someone do the rest I can’t b bothered
Motley Fool pump. Baillie Gifford taking out a very small starter position in Q1… $DCBO is getting ready to go to the moon next week
I have SA too, and they keep trying to upsell me. I just got an add trying to get me to subscribe to "Rising Stars" for $1500 ($500 off!). I'll pass. But they did give me one of their 10 picks for free. Apparently DCBO is a rising star.
Why are SQ and DCBO dropping like stones today... are we expecting a rebound because both have had (only SQ at this point having delivered earnings) solid years with huge growth. I know SQ announced their large BTC purchase but why is DCBO dropping hard pre earnings? Thanks guys, have a large position in DCBO n’a dits going the opposite way I want aha
