DPLS has been dormant for a while. Who knows if it will ever go anywhere, but it has gone to pennies from trips before and won’t be surprised if it happens again. The CEO is working with border security and the product has been demonstrated to work for this. Seems like a matter of time, or possibly an acquisition.
Not gonna lie, sometimes it feels that way in here. Half the DD posts read like they were generated by ChatGPT, and the "to the moon 🚀🚀🚀" comments are so predictable you could program them. I'm just a regular dude who got tired of watching my 401k grow at a snail's pace and decided to throw a little money at some speculative plays. Made some money on $AITX, lost some on fucking DPLS, the usual story. The penny stock subreddits are getting weird though - too many posts that sound like investment newsletters written by AI. Years of waiting and loading up, DPLS is finally taking off 400% this week. Hopefully something big in the works. Such a great technology and hopeful the company makes it!
With OTC/penny stocks, it’s essentially gambling. No way to know. My strategy is usually to find something tangible. A real product with real purpose. Something that solves a legit problem in a needed market. I stay away from big promises and CEOs that tweets fairy tales to investors to build fake hype. RMSL is a good example of a real product in a needed market with a quiet CEO (FDA 510k acceptance expected end of June). DPLS is an example of something I would stay far away from. It’s all gambling, but sometimes the odds are better with some than others, just do your DD and be prepared to lose.

DPLS is about as low as it can get but had a pretty good day today. They should also be reporting soon, so I hope this is a good sign.
I bought in to DPLS it was $.02 and $.05. When it ran up to about $.20 I had turned like $3-4000 into over $20k. Instead of selling cuz I thought it’d go to $1. I rode it all the way back down. 😑 it was in my early days of investing independently. Hard lesson learned. I won the lottery and forgot to cash my ticket!

I got scammed by him in 2017 during his first OTC stock called Bravatek $BVTK. Put 5k in and lost pretty much all of it when I realized it was a scam. He claimed he had a DFOS Tech. And it was revolutionary. Put out PRs left and right like the attached photos. When I realized it was a scam I said whatever and moved on.. 2021 rolls around and he starts up another OTC stock called Darkpulse $DPLS, I tried to warn investors on the fraud, he tried getting lawyers involved and threatening to sue me. I can right a book on all the securities fraud that happened with Darkpulse. But he scammed Caltrans, they refuse to speak about him because litigation, he embezzled K9 for warriors during a shareholder party, children’s hospitals. Claimed he was sending his product to the war in Ukraine, but waiting for approval. Nobody has seen his physical tech EVER. But he only releases CGI photos. I can go on and on. He claimed he was FBI, NYPD, NATO, Graduates from MIT.

My brother in Christ I bought DPLS at .008 and rode it up to .05. Then sold and bought back in again at .01, riding it up to .20. From $750 to nearly $75k. I bought into the hype of the other investors and the probably fraudulent C-suite. None of whom owned shares and all but one of whom have jumped ship now. If anything like this ever happens to you, take your profits and run. My shares are now worthless and the ceo has scrubbed his Twitter and is letting the company and it’s subsidiaries go bankrupt.

I bought in on KYNC as a “lets throw five bucks at it and see what happens” kind of deal a couple weeks ago. Today, I’m watching a lot of positions just kinda trade sideways, but ol’ KYNC jumped higher than ever and I was like “holy shit, I forgot you even exist, and then you do this?! ATTABOY!” Definitely made up for the dive DPLS and INND took. I imagine both of those will recover just fine though. And DPLS is supposed to have a deal with (essentially) free shares of their now-offshoot sister company. As for INND, I imagine it will move more in October when the final rule on OTC hearing aids is in place. OP, if you post OTC shit tomorrow, that would be super rad. The ones in my portfolio seem to be doing better than half the other shit in there.
I have invested into $DPLS which is a penny stock (~.04 cents). They have interesting tech in fiber optics used to monitor infrastructure such as bridges, pipelines, and also acquiring loads of other companies involved with monitoring things. It’s definitely interesting if you believe in the future of smart cities/infrastructure.
Take all of that money you have left and buy DPLS. You'll be a millionaire in a year
DPLS - If you're willing to take a calculated gamble. Darkpulse is a penny stock, but the technology is legitimate. Allows implanted fiber optic cable to detect temperature and stress fluctuations in a multitude of materials. Able to detect stress cracking in a pipeline days or weeks before the pipeline ruptures.
