Abaxx will be using Minehub for their clearing operations. So they will capture much of the success from Abaxx futures deliveries. As a result all companies on boarding that go to delivery which utilize Minehub in some perspective. I think Minehub continues to grow their platform features and likely will captures all of these players. Aka Trafigura which would generate millions for Minehub alone. Minehub has a finished product and is growing their customer base. The CEO said they have 1000+ potential customers in their pipeline at varying stages. Currently only 13 pay. As paying customers grows their network grows exponentially. One paying customer on-boarded 50 counterparties as an example. FDT will also likely onboard a lot of companies. From there Minehub is the source of truth for ALL commodities. So you have to ask what value is that if the worlds commodities are all being traced by Minehub. Then can also sell add on services like custom brokerages as well which would sky rocket the TAM. I wrote a lot more on my latest X article on them which you can find in my profile. The latest raise secures essentially three years worth of funding as it will carry them over to the next warrant expiries which I suspect will be in the money.

Wow, comments have never seen a pre break-even company in a niche market. I like the comparison to SpaceX. A fully stacked and licensed commodity futures exchange and clearing house takes years and many $MM of dollars to develop. If you include their FDT technology, in my mind they either continue executing to $50-$100B or get bought out for a minimum of $5B at this point. Great undervalued find Sherlock! I’m in for 5600 shares but got in later so my gain is only 300%. Also I heard about them in 2020 on MacroVoices, Erik Townsend loved them so much at the time he did a special on them.
Fantastic write-up and responses Sherlock, I have been invested since 2020 with a share count of ~5600 now between accounts. I am typically a conservative investor but have essentially gone all-in considering how undervalued I believe they are and the potential they have. The exchange and clearinghouse was 7 years in the making and volumes are growing fast. Not to mention the 1-of-1 tech for tokenizing MMFs and RWA. The CEO Josh Crumb is, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest visionaries of our time with the rare ability to execute. His world-building view is what has really sucked me in and I know he has some huge backers like Robert Friedland and Jeff Currie who see his vision. There are so many near term catalysts between the FDT gold and MMF pilots, FBOT approval, and growing exchange volumes. I try to keep a level head but the deeper I dive the more I think I may be even underestimating what they can become.

FDT but ya this is needed. I wish it was more a forced incentive though that would help without banning it. My idea would be taxing these companies way more, like at 90% gross profit, but give them tax breaks on things that would help Americans, like if 90% of their workforce was based in the US, and then another tax break if its local to wherever the job is located. Tax break for employees and not contracted work. Tax breaks for paying livable wages, etc etc, with laws on top that state the highest paid employee can’t make more than a certain percentage of the lowest paid employee. Stuff like that.
