IRWD’s price target got upgraded by analysts and is making another run today, it looks like.
Sounds like me on friday. IRWD? 😂
I'm surprised I've not seen anyone else mention IRWD. I managed to get a quick flip of 15% upon open. Still looking at it for re-entry later. Also monitoring UAVS and DVLT today.
$IRWD nice profit today, currently sitting at 2.6$... is the rally continuing for a couple of days or is that it?
Has IRWD been mentioned here yet today?
Shout out to OP for earlier contributions. Comparing **IRWD vs ABCL** risk/reward (used LLM as well). What am I overlooking in ABCL? # IRWD – Upside Case * **Close**: $1.43 * **Fair value**: \~$2.10 (DCF on royalty stream) → **\~47% upside** * **Q2 Highlights**: * LINZESS rev $85.7M, adj. EBITDA $50.1M, net income $23.6M * Cash $93M vs. \~$199M notes due 2026 * 2025 guide: rev $260–290M, EBITDA >$105M * **Valuation**: \~$120M FCF/yr, discounted over 6 yrs → \~$2.10/sh equity “floor” * **Risks**: optimistic FCF conversion, royalty erosion, working capital drag, unmodeled liabilities # ABCL – Snapshot * Rev $17.1M, R&D $39M, net loss –$34.7M * Liquidity \~$753M (cash + funding) * No stable cash flow; valuation tied to pipeline progress & clinical milestones **Contrast**: IRWD = royalty “floor” undervalued \~47% upside; ABCL = strong cash but pure pipeline risk.
IRWD has some decent momentum upwards. Solid stairs. Eh volume

$IRWD keep an eye on the linzess owner as Barclays just increased their holdings to a 6% stake and the company has another drug coming in Apraglutide which has an NDA filing and has shown excellent results. Info on drug: NDA rolling submission initiated January 29, 2025 with submission to be completed 3Q 2025. Feedback from recent FDA interaction indicates that a confirmatory Phase 3 trial evaluating apraglutide in SBS-IF is needed to seek approval, noted April 14. 2025. New Phase 3 data demonstrated a steady treatment effect across patient demographics and SBS characteristics. Safety results showed high treatment compliance and low rates of adverse events, noted October 28, 2024.
On your list, the only one I would touch is COIN For myself I like AMD, IRWD, and LAC. Although I don't expect them to pay off for a year or 2.
IRWD sub $4 is an absolute steal. Not sure on the exact timeline, but this will triple within a year.

LAC is about as beaten down as they come. It is also the one that I would peg as the best chance at a 10 bagger over the coming 5-10 years. IRWD is another play I am in right now.
Why do you think IRWD will have a 50% increase?
I guess they are more on the pharma side than biotech, but I like IRWD for a nice little 50% increase in the coming year or 2.
nothing man. Break that shit up into 4 or 5 pieces. Long CVS, IRWD, DJT(up to 51), BLINK(up to low 3s) or Short S(but nice and ladylike), NVDA(short term down to low 800s). See what you think of those trades. I'm curious. I'm not perfect but that is what I am seeing.
Hey guys so I’m new to stock trading. I would love to know if you were going to pick a couple stocks to invest let’s say $1,000 into what would they be? I’m realizing that pharma and tech are hot right now? I would love to hear thoughts on some of the stocks I’m looking into. They include RVNC, VTVT, IRWD, and C3 AI. I recently bought SOUN, and GME. Let me know if you guys agree with these stocks and what others would be good investments with upcoming earnings.
I am holding 4-5 stocks, mostly mid-cap ones, for example, BCDA, IRWD, AKBA, and ORTX. I am also conducting due diligence on some larger companies, but I do not expect much movement from them!
IRWD. 400 at $13.33 Srsa. 500 at 10.90 Cash cash cash.
Denner is the buyout KING!! This company IRWD WILL BE SOLD!!!!
Check out the volume on the 8/20 15c for IRWD. They recently brought Alex Denner onto their BOD. Dude is known for selling these companies. Something may be brewing…
For fun I'll call some entry points. Check up on me in a week or 2. AAL 20.7 CX mixing up da mud in Mexico. So close a few more pennies FLR leave it alone or pray 17 holds IRWD 10.7 low confidence MCFT it might bounce off 25 but not looking good after that TTMI 14.6 that one is so boring it's hard to read the chart. Yea it is a sell off what do you want from me? Did ya use a stop loss? Did ya watch /ES? I mean lol it is what it is I made plenty off the ones I watch like IRWD or AQST
I booked profits and repositioned 15% of my portfolio into EVRG and IRWD. I like EVRG because it’s not entirely correlated to oil. I’m also playing March 12 calls in NCLH but not with leverage. I think tomorrow is green or flat and next week is a bloodbath. I think we go lower by at least 10% on the S&P before this is over. The only unknown is stimulus. Usually that’s not in play with these intra year draw downs. My best guess is we bleed, followed by a post stimulus pop which eventually bottoms out the markets. Personally I’m just reallocating 20% of my portfolio and parking cash in places that won’t bleed over the next couple of months. Good luck!
Invest my available cash in $IRWD or $SDS. This market is definitely getting challenging.
The calls where just to cheap not to buy for seeing the insider trade on the 2nd. I’ve bought on the assumption that the director wouldn’t have purchased 12m in shares unless they are expecting a big break in the near future. Alexander denner (PHD) the guy who bought the 12m shares is on the board of directors for IRWD but also has been a was the founding partner and chief investment officer of Sarissa Capital Management and prior was a portfolio manager at Viking Global Investors and Morgan Stanley. He wouldn’t be buying it it wasn’t soon to run imo There are a ton of calls on the cheap right now and if my assumption that by April-may it’ll push up serves true it will be a massive pay day.
I have short and long calls on IRWD. 5/21 @ 10c is up 12,000% today.
Here i go! Im new into this, hope I'm not doing something wrong. I've been a few months reading a lot and learning things about trading. I've been a while with paper trading and I felt I wasn't taking it serious enough. Last week, I put 1.800$ (still have other 4.000$ saved in my bank account) into a broker account. I've been a week already and it feels like I'm not on a good spot. I don't know which is the best way to keep going without smashing my bank account. As I work 9/5 I think, swing trading suits me better than other styles, coz I'm quite busy and could only have 1-2h/day for trading and it would be at night time, mostly closed markets. I don't know if I'm going the right way. My plan was to start Stocks/Penny stocks and then put a bit into FX. After those, the plan was to move to an US broker and start with options too. Am I doing right? Which steps would u recommend? I really appreciate the help, thanks! Personal info: * **How old are you? What country do you live in?** Spain, 28 yo. * **Are you employed/making income? How much?** Employed, 2410$/month * **What are your objectives with this money?** (Buy a house? Retirement savings?) Get married and then buy a house. Wedding around end 2022 and no date for the house. * **What is your time horizon?** Do you need this money next month? Next 20yrs? I don't need any until 2022, more or less. * **What is your risk tolerance?** (Do you mind risking it at blackjack or do you need to know its 100% safe?) I wouldn't mind taking some risky plays and others a bit more safe. I would say I'm on 70%-80% risk. * **What are you current holdings?** (Do you already have exposure to specific funds and sectors? Any other assets?) I've got the following assets: * 10 AMC @ 8.20 * 20 RKDA @ 3.31 * 16 CLSN @ 2.38 * 5 GME @ 122.336 * 22 IRWD @ 9.48 * 25 OEG @ 6.756 * 22 REE @ 13.85 * 8440 RRR @ 1.05 * 32 TBLT @ 1.17 * 8 TPB @ 51.28 * 8 UNA @ 44.835 * 37 VCNX @ 4.36 * **Any big debts (include interest rate) or expenses?** I need around 1500$ as month expenses (rent, groceries, etc) * **And any other relevant financial information will be useful to give you a proper answer.**
Found IRWD and liked the financials before I learned they made Linzess. I work in a medical office and our Linzess pharma rep is cute, so I'm in!
I was looking at IRWD the other day and didn’t hate what I saw, but not sure I can bring myself around on IBS especially with just the one drug. It doesn’t seem there’s too much else in the pipeline
