Don’t be disheartened by a so-called ‘poverty mindset,’ a poverty mindset is like a hungry LION… it will NOT rest until it is satisfied (GT3RS)
LION? PSKY? WB? wha?
I am a FIERCE LION in the stock market
Hi! Yes, I am. I am not making a bet anywhere near my past $LION just yet, but have about 30,000 shares right now. Will keep holding, it had a positive overall earnings and its pretty low debt relative to market size.
Fuck, guess that LION guy evangelizing when it was $6 wasn't full of shit after all huh.
Steady accumulation continues in LION. Big gathering shares before the bidding war starts. Shorts going to get crushed.
Been loving LION with the release of Michael. Heee Heee
When blood is in the water is best time to always buy, Like $LION, like $STRZ, like $TPC - These stocks have doubled or 800% returned since my original posts. These are consumer staples in both media and retail. They aren't going away over night.
Some major cuts to staff, repositioning and a merger will do the same thing to this stock that happened to $LION when everyone said the same thing to me a year ago. Time will tell. As always.
MJ biopic did well despite critics' reviews. Probably look into selling LION this week
in fairness WSB dude who threw $4M at LION presented a thesis in July last year about it hitting $16-$18 per share this March from $6. it's at $11.50 now and was higher a week ago for a bit. I'm up over 90% on that stock personally. absolutely not the way to do things but I don't invest in individual stocks with money I'm not comfortable totally losing. it was a pretty convincing thesis...
$LION poison pill ends May 7th. A buyout is incoming for Lionsgate Studio in my opinion once available for purchase. The company has been positioned to be acquired similar to $WBD $nflx $sony $appl $amzn Lionsgate CEO has Vesting Tranches: These options are split into three tranches that only vest if the stock hits price targets of $17.50, $20.00, and $22.50 $lion stock could easily be 2x in my opinion Let’s go! 🦁
CZR, LION, HPQ .....buyouts.

Me and LION. Sold at $6.00
Load up on Lionsgate Studio ($LION). Netflix ($NFLX) could view it as a potential acquisition candidate now that Paramount bought ($WBD). $LION has a hit movie coming out this week that likely will exceed a billion dollars in my opinion. $LION Low market cap Low float Large amount of IP
I was up %120 on the 300 shares I bought on his first posting, so I bought another 14,500 on Wednesday's dip. Up %18+ in 2 days. LOTS of ROAR left in LION.
LION Gammageddon. 6.5 million shares traded, 85% institutional owned, 8.5% short interest. A big Michael release and they get repriced. Buy the rumor now instead of the news later.
Do yall remember the dude that yolo’d like a milly on LION in the 6s I bet he’s having a great day
LION continues to impress. It's so tempting to sell where I'm at in gains but that Michael Jackson movie coming out in May might just make it gain even more
For 3 months I have been screaming LION " lion's gate studios" as a sure thing M&A target & now the rumors are flying & the price is roaring. My group got in @ $8 we are an M&A machine. 6 Biotech deals & a bank deal in the last 40 days.
Get some LION calls now before you over pay next week.
Congrats! I'm up as well net overall, some big swings these past 3 weeks, but its amazing that retail investors are selling this "specific" stock with broader market as it heads into what could be the best swan song for a media company in recent time. Far outpacing WBD in terms of share price movement from $6 and up. My max allocation will be 75-80% of my portfolio. I see $LION as a sure bet these days compared to just buying index funds and overvalued tech stocks. Media companies need massive libraries to keep viewers engaged, and locking up $LION and letting streaming deals expire at all competitors creates something truly inimitable.
I bought 1000 shares of lion a couple months back when you first posted about LION. So far I’m up 40% (even with the recent dips from Iran). I’m planning to hold it out much longer
Very simply, if you back out one time revenue factors and you look at $LION as a arms dealer of content to the largest streamers of the world, it sits at approximately $1.1 billion on evergreen and licensable content. Now that Starz is separated, LION has a backlog of upcoming releases already baked into debt which is going to be paid down significantly in their FISCAL year 27 (their fiscal year is ahead of the calendar year). Estimates based on just MICHAEL alone show a debt load going sub-three billion by 2028 (per analyst & earnings conferences). Now you take a company with $2.5-3bn in debt, a library value of $1bn+ a year, and pricing power that a single streamer could let all deals expire an bring a massive title library into their own fold, lets call it 8-10x revenue, having the company be worth without future film value, and production value, rougly $7 billion excluding debt. Warner Brothers just traded at a 22x Library Revenue, I applied a 50+% discount to account for the IP value in addition to pure library value, and other licensing/broadcasting rights that WBD owns. WBD prices their networks at essentially a nominal value, and a majority of the value on the massive IP library they already have created, like LION, the value is in the content that already exists. Simply put, on acquisition, I see a bidding war simply because LION already owns a significant chunk of content that exists on many competing platforms, but a single platform can own this library for their own massive long term benefit.
The market has not priced in the fact that the major unknown is the number of bidders about to emerge in six weeks. People are trading LION in line with PSKY and failing to realize LION is the acquired target and not the acquirer. Psky is wiping themselves out with debt and LION is about to pay down their debt load ahead of any acquisition with proceeds from the MICHAEL movie. Many speculators are not following the scenarios at play here and just trading in line with daily movement of media as a whole.
Wait. Are you saying that Impossible meat products are made of ... LION? Is that why it's called Burger King?!?!
Lionsgate receives bidder interest from Sony Pictures ahead of poison pill lock up $LION
I can see this doubling from here easily. It doesn’t take much volume these days to move $LION. Many less sellers currently of the stock heading into these coming months. My guess is news by end of June.
!banbet LION $12 7d
Commenting for posterity: $LION, current: 9.71, Bullish
Once fully invested it will be approximately 70 percent. The conviction is 8 years of listening to earnings calls, seeing management shake up’s and positioning to be sold post split from Starz. Everything Lionsgate has done since the pandemic had been the perfect storm to be sold. My further theory, totally speculation, is retail investors have a one day timeline, they never hold thru conviction, and this creates the waves of hype and pops in LION. Anytime there’s slight news the stock pops 15-20 percent. This last earnings call was transparent they are ready to be sold. Otherwise, they are purely not holding their fiduciary duty to shareholders. There will be news, just need some patience, and willing to ride the retail buy and sells until clarity emerges.
Bought NFLX and LION instead of PSKY during the WBD bidding war. I dodged a bullet.

I'm still alive! I unfortunately sold out around 10.00 on last peak and have a VERY small position right now. I'm glad so many people did so well on my original WSB post that got me banned for absolutely no reason. It does feel good to be the one person who everyone said no shot LION does what I called, and to see it literally almost double today. I'll buy back one day if the opportunity emerges. Good luck to all and happy trading.
LION for another rip! How do you all like your single malts?
Where does NFLX go from here? I think there is one obvious answer; an acquisition of Lionsgate Studios (LION).
LION back to doing things. I wonder if it'll hit the projected $11/share eventually
You’ll be humbled “to the likes which you have never seen” I’m all in Lionsgate. $LION. Odds much higher of a 50 percent return before NVDA does.
So then buy $LION for that instead of paying north of 70 billion dollars?
Likely, PSKY does collapse, but WBD isn’t likely to cut from NFLX this is a token effort to avoid litigation from the so-called activist shareholders (who own a small amount of WBD compared to the other close to 95% voting PSKY down). But, if they move towards PSKY, NFLX gets a 2.8 billion dollar breakup fee that pairs nicely with LION which has solid IP and no regulatory issues.
watch the dead LION(cat) bounce?
LION is up to stuff again
Hey what do you know? The guy talking about the LION trade back in like, July / August was right. Good on him.
That LION guy still kicking around? Didnt he throw $4M+ at it?
Wasn’t long ago many in this sub shit on $4m LION guy, it’s up 50% since those posts
LION is going to roar. Media mania.
I think LION and BULL are my main plays for 2026. LION will pull a WBD type move.
anyone do DD on LION? Am I too early?
HOW MUCH FOR $LION COME ON!
HOW MUCH FOR $LION COME ON!
$LION next acquisition target?
What’s going on with LION today? Another buyout?
Looking to buy Kraken Robotics, $20 Jan 2028 calls on $QXO, and Jan 2027 $7 calls on $LION
You might want to take a second look brother . Lionsgate just released “A Long Walk”( Stephen King) and the new Seth Rogen/ Keanu Reeves movie. “Good Fortune” …. That doesnt look like “Dying” to me …..? $LION LION STOCK
Here’s better than pics. https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/LION/put-call-ratios Look at that ratio and selections. Wild.
Are you the guy that full ported $2-4M into $LION a few months ago? lol
Its easy 🦁 LION - content king
Jumping on LION, a great acquisition target for 2026. PT $10
LION doing premarket stuff, where's that dude who tossed millions at it a couple months ago?
Big $LION ah green dildo
Totally, have to think longer term if you plant to actually hold past 12-months for long term capital gains/appreciation of value. Sure anyone can make 40% on options or weekly hype stocks, but if your timing is off, or you even win, you're paying the piper in taxes... Separate from that, sure others have hyped $LION, like any stock for years, supporting a stock with reasoning is not a pump & dump. I've held steady, through the highs, the lows, and will see what the future brings. It is truly sad people expect returns in 3 weeks these days.
Thanks for posting an interesting play and updating on it. Ill never understand why folks seemingly want anyone not posting about the current hype-stocks to lose money. For transparency: I'm buying LION as well, selling cc's against. Happy to take a lower exit than you, but also have a tiny position.
Except what is missing here is that the majority of their film slate to be released is baked into your comment above - all major releases are forthcoming, and their production budgets are seen in the past few quarters. Just like when Hunger Games sent this company to $30+ a share, there is definitely profit on the horizon in slate. Then add in the current streaming wars and the fact $LION is not a streamer, the takeover prospect is high, at least a public bid for it will come. Add in any major streamer who bought this company for cash/stock, canceling debt, they have acquired an asset that will return them millions of potential subscribers as content will eventually be locked into only their streaming platform. Think of Mad Men, Saw, John Wick, Hunger Games, Twilight, Divergent, and countless TV shows. Solo hits like The Accountant, TA 2, more.
Anyone follow LION? I’m not a trend lady but look at that 1 year chart, it’s gotta bounce right?
Damn why is LION going vertical right now
you just have to do alot of research or read a lot of news and rumors. put in the work and look for small companies in an industry with large players like the video game industry and such. I bought $ATVI on some rumor here on reddit few years ago. got bought out by $MSFT. sometimes it just pops up like $LION Lionsgate. rumor to be bought out so you just buy and wait.
The lion…. THE LION…. THE LION IS NOT AFRAID OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION
10k into LION dont miss out yall it will be the next GME
LION is an interesting case. The library is interesting, with some well known, albeit perhaps tired, franchises. The biggest challenge any acquirer would have is that LION uses international presales to finance most of their slate. It means they don’t own the rights to their library in a many territories ex-North America / UK. It makes exploiting the library a large headache. That being said, their TV studio has ramped up in recent years, so could interesting. I’ve lost enough betting on LION being acquired in the past that I’m not touching it, but the logic, especially post Starz split, is sound.
Curious if you have a take on $LION being acquired as well. Imo they should be getting bought out and this bid might accelerate that
December LION options volume increased nicely today
Where’s that $4m LION guy, I could kiss him.
You’re not too late with LION. Supposedly a merger is in the works and when it’s announced this will pop.
LION GANG CHECKING IN. My $10 December calls finally green.
My ROTH is largely made up of OPEN, LION and WULF right now. Couldn’t imagine being a boomer.
too bad my LION calls are so theta fucked!!!
LION just keeps going damn!!!
Forgot about LION I bought when that guy was promoting a couple of months ago. Nice surprise today.
LION saving my ass
Is anyone watching $LION? Is a merger close to happening?
Up $24K today thanks to LION. Sold. Time to take the rest of the day off.
No one talking about LION in here?
