LPSN. Their client list is full of huge companies who need white glove AI orchestration. Debt management occured last year, google cloud partnership, aws integration, synthetic AI testing is gathering steam. Its gonna be a good year for them, deep value play but still very risky

LPSN. Turnaround story, but I don’t think it meets market cap requirements of this sub. Low float. very low. Projected profitability end of 2025. still yoy decline in revenue but stabilization of recurring revenue, ARPC increasing, adoption of ai suite tools increasing (meaning customers they already have are spending more for the product). New ceo (started early 2024) John Sabino, is a “turn around Junky” worked with splunk and VMware. Also was a captain in United stars army. I’m thinking if the turnaround plays out and the 5 year downward sloping broadening wedge breaks we are looking for $50, $80 and $130

I'm wasting time in this Sub while I wait for the turd that is LPSN to fly. As I was stupid enough to invest in LPSN take the below as you wish: \- Your valuation doesn't have supporting evidence that CSAI actually generates meaningful recurring revenue, positive margins, or cash flow. Latest filings show the company’s quarterly revenue base is still low and profitability metrics deeply negative. Without concrete data on gross margins, burn rate, or cash runway, the valuation assumptions are speculative. \- Have you verified the liquidity source was it funded through debt or prospective credit lines for the $5m buyback? \- CSAI’s client verticals (affordable housing, construction) do not guarantee proprietary moat or switching costs, and its AI video analytics face competition from better-capitalized firms (Verkada, Eagle Eye Networks, Motorola Solutions’ Avigilon). \- No insider buying evidence appears in recent filings?

AI play - LPSN - more revenue than SOUN Outstanding shares: 11.6m float is around 6 million Market cap of LPSN = 72.13m Market cap of SOUN = 7.52 billion LPSN ATH is $1,073 ($72 pre-RS price)
LPSN. Only 4.5 million share float. Company projected to be profitable next year, possibly this year (or break even) Once FCF starts flowing, possibility the market applies a growth multiple to the stock price. Currently trades around .2x revenue. Just did a capital restructure and extended runway to 2029. I’m looking at $7.45, $13-15 (there are other targets in between but I’ll skip to) $50.
LPSN has less than 5million shares in its float. If this happened there, price would go to $1000.
LPSN has higher short interest % than Bynd, anyone eyeing that?
This would be a good follow play to $BYND in terms of a degen play. . This and/or $FLWS. However, $DNUT has lower options cost, while $FLWS has a higher shorted float. Not sure if they would run though. $LPSN is another one.
LPSN, executing a turnaround, projecting positive free cash flow end of this year, and an increase for next year. If a growth multiple gets applied by the market to the valuation we will see big moves. Plus the float to trade is less than 5million shares

LPSN anyone, seems like a nice entry point after the earnings?
LPSN but it’s risky at the moment. Worth adding to a watchlist if you’re risk averse, then when/if fundamentals improve it could be the “worst house on the best street”.
LPSN reports tomorrow. We will see if the run up is just due to that and not merely the deal with Google.

LPSN. Finally turning the tide. Previous CEO ran it into the ground. It’s been a slow turn around, but the earnings on Monday should continue to show the bleeding has stopped and it’s prepared to move forward. There’s risk for sure, but do some dd and decide for yourself. Cheers and good luck. 🍻🆙
