PIXY is heating up, had some crazy runs few months back
Needs a proper catalyst to squeeze. Even the company itself could do something to shake off the shorts like issuing some special dividend, shares buyback, some sort of bullish announcement. I've seen other companies do that in the past with that specific purpose (example PIXY). Perhaps the upcoming earnings could be such event.
**SYTA** just completed a 7:1 reverse split on Monday, leaving it with a free float of only 500K shares. It did jump to $4.93 USD on Tuesday, but that move came on relatively low volume (under 500K) and it's back down to $3.50ish. Low floaters like this have been the hottest thing in the market the past couple weeks (MINM, CMND, YOSH, PIXY, etc.).
Okay...the types of companies that recover after a financing tend to be bigger and on stronger footing. Able to raise money with actual brokers not these sleezeballs like Maxim, Roth, H&W Wainwright, Yorkville, Lincoln Park, etc. EYPT is an example of one. Its financing was at $17 and it actual rose to $20. Companies like BETS are dilution scams. Similar to MCOM, GMBL, CEI, PIXY and a host of other shit stocks. It doesn't matter what industry they are in. Kala is part of the theme of reverse split micro/low float plays. These stocks do a huge reverse split like 100-1 ratio so the OS is reduced to a super low number. Makes it an ideal play for a pump because it's easier to lock up and pump a low float stock. Key is they have to reduce shares to a low enough number. Reverse splits with higher floats tend not to do well Here's a few other low float reverse splits that had pumps but eventually they dump: PIXY INM PALI SINT NRBO ATNF SINT NUWE So with all that said, if you can find a reverse split that hasn't pumped yet and is also down, give it a look. A lot of these will dip first then get some kind of news. The only one I've found that hasn't pumped yet is THMO. OS is 1 mil shares which is less than kala. TLDR - THMO is part of the kala themed plays of reverse splits and hasn't pumped yet.
Seems like easy money when they tell you their book value is cash $4.30 a share, but we could be missing something. I remember PIXY ran around 200% with a similar set up earlier this year. Many plays going on today though, this one could stretch out for a few. Impossible to know what will happen. Good luck!

Both Moon Market and Brendan Guastaferro mention DBGI on their youtube channels. They are only a few who mention it, but there are more. DBGI is heavily shorted and as of Friday it has a free float of 500k shares. Sooner or later, shorts will be forced to cover their positions, if not on Friday, then next week. DBGI has better fundamentals than PIXY and PIXY went up to $35 after the reverse split and DBGI has much lower free float than PIXY. DBGI also has a catalyst underway where they will announce the acquisition of another company with high revenues in relation to their low market cap.
Ok so what exactly makes this comparable to PIXY that people keep referencing? And here's the big problem: how many plays this year were ruined by immediate Dilution following the split? I'm in but I'm watching this like a Hawk. I fully expect Friday for another filing to kill any momentum it might have and tank it back. You cannot just sit here and guarantee that A. People will quickly eat up the low float or B. The company doesn't have "$" for eyes and wants to capture the spotlight for some good old extra shares added I see a filing I'm bailing

ADTX, GTII, doubled down on APRN and got out of PIXY due to a possible offering (if it happens, likely will get back in).
Of course! And the lessons learned :) Today's spike is on the FedEx news using the ADTX tech in one location. Hopefully this is the catalyst that then gets the shorties covering. Lucky-ish timing-wise, and I obviously didn't catch the bottom, as I paid 3.70\~ on Tuesday and the low was $3.20\~ -- I was almost closed out on my stop loss for the trade. Got into PIXY same day, and closed it for a $100 loss today due to a likely offering soon. Will get back in after the offering news (if there are any) The most interesting play I'm in right now is GTII. Do some research for yourself. It's barely been noticed in this forum. Copy pasta rasta 👇 $KPRX - could go like PIXY ATXI Reverse split last week and now has a 810k float and sitting at $7.6. Saw a big move to 10 from 6.3 yesterday before dumping but this clearly has legs. Other splits like ATXI has 685k float and is sitting pretty in double digits (high of 16.65 today). PIXY has 505k float and is still at 14, and as we know went as high as 44 lol. There’s no way KPRX doesn’t get an insane pump to above 10 again. A lot of downside on this one though since low is 5.6 (-26%). I’m in at 7.6 today just to see what happens. Just can’t see why this wouldn’t pump.
To the people who complain about losing money on $APRN, if you got in early, you would not have lost money. Two different stocks are very high on cost to borrow, and both are about to go. It is time to get in early, especially with the market as it is. $PIXY float is so small our community could break it and make it run. Another one is $ADTX which is really low right now. The float on PIXY is nuts and it did a reverse merger causing the float to decrease. I think they want it back up to move it so they can merge the stock into two entities. The calls are from before the reverse splt.

After the split the float will be reduced significantly and there is a better chance of a squeeze taking place. AVCT could easily become the next PIXY or NRBO It wasnt the reverse split responsible for the price drop but shorts wanting to drive retail out of holding before the reverse split happened.
The float will be not 4 mln but in a range between 315 k and 950 k cause now they have 47.44 mln float and the r/s that they are playing is between 1:50 and 1:150. They will do a dilution for sure cause it has no sense to do a dilution at these prices. There will be a classic pump and dump just like before every R/S and usually the pop is between +50% and 100% from the bottom. If float is very low could spike right after the conversion (just like PIXY and others did). So nothing special and nothing new. It's a pump and dump. Accumulation til the bottom and distribution on the pop.

Looks like RMED has been trading around 14 to 15 cents a share the past few days. If someone got 50,000 shares at 14 cents, that would be $7,000. Those would become 1000 shares of RMED on September 30, so $7 per share. Then, ***IF*** it does a low float run similar to other low floats, it ***might*** go to $15 on October 3rd, the first day it trades post-split. Of course, it might not. And might want to be sure how your broker handles splits, to be sure you could trade it first thing on October 3rd. Some of these low floats run for a couple days or more. PIXY, for example, went from around $14 closing price (post-split) on August 31 to hit a high of $44 on September 1, the day of the split, only to close at $20. It then trended down to $11 von September 7. only to run to a high of $39 on September 9. It closed at $21.50 today. Some only seem to run for a few hours, though. ADTX did a one for 50 split on September 14. On September 13, the low was (post-split price) was $7.60. On September 14, the high was $28.50, but it closed at $11.40 and hasn't been above $12 since, closing at $4.19 today.
GameStop is a stock. Just a regular stock. Stocks explode I. Spectacular fashion then go right back down never to explode again. It's always happened. Always going to happen. The thing with GME is people who never saw such a thing got way to excited and now they can't let go. Look at Kodak.. look at PIXY.. these stocks made some incredible black swan event move and now they are acting normal. GME was an incredible move but now it's time to move on and stop expecting something that's not going to happen.
Not true.. It depends on float.. Take a look at PIXY and many others.. PIXY popped hard with a very low float (1.5-2mln shares)
I’m interested in PIXY. Volume kinda died down but it’s still holding fairly decent plus that HTB over 1000% always gets me 
If it acts similar to PIXY and NRBO I could go up after open expect a shake out around 10am or so then a continuation till about 11 I grabbed 1000 shares yesterday when it was .30 going to scalp off as the morning goes, nice little swing. Keeping an eye on NRBO as it might pull a PIXY consolidating down and Jump on Friday
U think it’ll move as much as NRBO and PIXY? Those two has lower floats. It’s moving now tough.
