And Mattress Firm was founded in 1986, a year before yours, since you value that metric so much. But that doesn’t really matter. You can see my post history for my take on PRPL. Pitch is valuation. Mgmt turned down buyout in 3-4 range so they clearly think it’s undervalued themselves. I’m still buying. Look at the earning report history it tells a great turnaround story that is already pretty much done. They are about to break even EBITDA. Tempur Sealy acquired Mattress Firm and PRPL has a big and growing partnership with them. And now they have begun a similar partnership with Costco. It’s in the earnings report. They also might get acquired if the price is right. Those are the broad strokes of my thesis. But I appreciate your post and hope you make mad money. Maybe we need to start a mattress ETF

I'm not invested, I just want a honest conversation with you guys on the Ticker PRTS. Chart wise, its overly bearish, and possibly due for a swing; aswell as their profitability is generally speaking getting better per a share each quarterly report. Fundamentally they look promising with goals to secure high value partnerships and free cash flow in 2026. Aswell as them expanding and cutting assests that ether generate or take funds away from the company. NDLS strategic shift did it wonders, however other companies like PRPL show just how long those shifts can actually take. So how does you the pennystock group feel about it on a unbiased level, like I said I'm not invested so if you wanna rip on it go ahead; but I'm here for a fully productive point of view.

Shout out to PRPL, and NDLS. Their debt restructuring is gonna hit hard in 2026, NDLS is already hyping up its momentum now that its not wasting funds on unprofitable stores. And Prpl is doubling their retail position, so expect those commercials to start back up soon, and with commercials comes short term retail hype BB <3

How do you feel about PRPL, NDLS, BARK, AND IGC
NDLS is looking into a part or full sell off with, aswell as debt restructuring. Plus product wise the food isnt bad at all (I personally like it). PRPL actually did a fair bit of debt restructuring themselves recently, aswell as It looks like covid was the reason for their initial decline. So with them expanding mattress exhibit slots, and possibly expanding manufacturing in utah; aswell as they been getting EBITDA benefits (15$-20$ million). So in my speculation I feel like this company is making attempts again, at its former glory.
Well im a huge loser rn so take with a huge grain of salt. But BLMZ, PRPL, NDLS, BARK, AGGY have all been on my radar for having possible pops. However I have not bought into any of these other then NDLS which I sold before its last pop.

By trimming profits with shares in swing trades today I was able to gain (23 DFLI shares, 120 SCWO shares, 51 NDLS shares, and 21 PRPL shares) For 100 FEMY shares, and 25 BLNK shares. Thats capital right there, and if any spiked hard tomorrow; I can liquidate it on the spot for easy profits. You dont always have to realize negatives!

Purple Innovation Inc. $PRPL This company is about to make so much gosh dang freaking money lmao. I got in at .85 and been buying for months.
What about the new undisclosed partnership or the exclusive luxury line they're developing with SGI after SGI acquires stake with Fullpower AI (AI biosensing tech for bedding). There's a number of different things happening with Purple Innovation Inc. I'm hoping PRPL doesn't get acquired by SGI and we see this ride into potentially a multi billion dollar evaluation near 2028. But, I'm surprised the snowball hasn't rolled down the hill already.

It only needs to close above a dollar for *10* consecutive business days in order to regain compliance. It's been closing over a dollar for 17 days, just as you said, but they're still somehow noncompliant (officially). Losses are ongoing and are expected to continue through 2026. PRPL has a history of losing compliance. And finally, the chart is showing buyer exhaustion on the weekly. The last 4 weeks show it pinned between 1.05 and 1.18, trading briefly outside that window. I see it as bearish, both for trading and longer-term investing.
NFA but PRPL had some resistance around $1.25 so I’m waiting to see if it bounces off that and dips

Looking good for PRPL to gain compliance. I’ve been following PRPL for a long time since 2018 as I love Purple mattress and don’t want the brand to succeed. I did ride their stock up during Covid and have stayed away since the interest rate hike in 2022. But I’m getting back in. I have 40K shares and will keep adding more on down days, but they may actually stick this time and start to trend up.

All the news is good. If you listened to the Q2 call the picture is pretty clear where it's headed. Further retail expansion besides mattress firm, this company might soon have close to a 20,000 retail slot footprint from 5,000 earlier this year, and they're already gonna be profitable with 12,000. I think PRPL will exceed expectations for at least the next 2 years, but they'll probably be bought before then.

I don’t see them going bankrupt. Q3 results will surprise everyone. If you break apart the conference call it’s very clear they will exceed estimates, ramping up into Q4. They will expand retail even further with a new unannounced partner, develop a luxury line with SGI, and beat estimates again throughout 2026. The insight they shared during Q2 call made it crystal clear that the partnership is exceeding expectations and SGI was so pleased that they wanted to expand faster to fill ALL if not more retail slots for 2.0 inside showrooms. This signals they have knowledge about the markets turning that we don’t have access to.. why would SGI or PRPL risk expanding operations in the way they are.. because the data says it will work.

Staying over $1.5 will be difficult for sure as well. Looking at Coliseums average plus 14m warrants, and the fact that SGI has 8m warrants, which is literally nothing to them.. and they both have $1.5 strike... means nothing. It's just incentive for SGI to acquire PRPL at a premium price. and Coliseum wont agree to it for anything less.
That is odd, at first I thought SNBR would be the acquirer, and that’s still not off the table I don’t think, but I heavily lean towards SGI. They’re just way more prepared for a move like this, and PRPL is already heavily integrated into their ecosystem.
PRPL might announce new retail partner in Q3 or Q4. CEO said in the call “a deal has been made with one of the fastest growing mattress retailers in the country”. The two top fastest growing are Ashley’s and Bob’s furniture stores. In addition to just completing expansion with Mattress Firm and filling all 12,000 slots, If this partnership is announced it could push PRPL into 20,000+ retail slots likely finishing before Q1 ‘26 if you look at how fast they’ve moved in recent months. That’s $70m additional rev from the Mattress Firm partnership, and upwards of an additional $70m from the new unknown partner if this is the case. Ashley and Bobs have a large footprint and they sell a ton of mattresses. Even without them they likely hit close to their $10m EBIDTA target, and that’s not including the new partner. I think this may be sparking a bidding war. SGI already wants PRPL, but Coliseum has taken strategic control and pushed PRPL to maintain IP rights and expand into other retail partnerships in order to obtain a premium offer. All of this data is laid out right in front of our eyes. Also, they further incentivized SGI to acquire PRPL by giving SGI 8m warrants at a $1.5 strike, this is the icing on the cake, because they’re not gonna sell the damn thing for anything less than $6.5 and SGI knows Coliseum won’t allow it. Why would Coliseum do this? It’s because Coliseums average is around $5. Anything less than that they potentially lose 10s of millions, plus years of work. If you take into account that Coliseum also has 14m warrants (60m total shares), even at a $3.5 buyout price, Coliseum still loses a stupid amount of money. I think within the next 3-9 months SGI will acquire PRPL somewhere between $6.5 - $8.9 / share. That would cover Coliseums time and commitment, because they’re the true driver behind the wheel of PRPL. They need PRPL to trade at a premium, just look at their track record. You could justify Coliseum makes an average of 15-20% profit off of their investments, and their average holding time is a lot less than the time they’ve been involved with PRPL. Anyways, the rest of the information you need is all available, but we’ll know the play for sure in 3-9 months. Hopefully we get rate cuts within that timeframe and also enter into a new cycle.. if that’s the case and SGI doesn’t acquire, data suggests organic growth and further expansion will push PRPL upwards of $11.81 - $19+ per share. I own 7,500 shares, plan to add more in the coming weeks. Thoughts?
