RCKT had a tiny market she announced the same day that it wasn't going to market the product and had picky like 12 people a year to use the drug.. i lost on this announcement.. got crushed... Is it the same situation with this stock? What is their market size?

I feel that DRTS is the safest biotech play due to having PMDA approval and it having Q2 catalysts. If uw riskier but higher rewards. I would say CING due to pdufa at end of May but FDa required more info for its CMC but the drug is safe. Reminds me of RCKT but hopefully its not sell the news due to the ADHD market being worth billions. If uw non pharma. Im looking for an entry into PLSR and QIMC after a pullback from their recent spike. PYR looks interesting because of their recent development for their plasma torches. Im also keen on FLT and esp KRKNF for their upcoming earnings and their plans for their battery factory.
I hope not also. But I think IMRX is a lot different than RCKT . IMRX has a pile of cash, and they are in a much larger addressable market. Pancreatic cancer is the hardest cancer to cure , so if they can make a drug that has 2x survivability, that will be massive . I’m not saying it’s a guaranteed win, but I have a lot of confidence in them over the next 3-12 + months . That being said, if you have a chance to grab some nice profit , I always recommend people take it
Well I sold my shares in SIDU yesterday and today they went up 50%. The pain is real. However I'm looking at the same for RCKT. It's was sold on great news but they've got a fast track FDA voucher with $100-200 million they can auction off without any dilution. So I am in on this stock to get a launch soon if they sell this voucher... not financial advice.
Hopefully with IMRX the price action isn't similar to RCKT for FDA approval or similar with IMRX itself in January that the run up was the peak pre positive news and macro in the background doesn't mess up the market at the time when positive catalyst for IMRX occurs. It sucks that I can't trade stocks after market close in my broker aswell. Whatever happens, I stay patient anyway though with IMRX and other stocks I have strong conviction in.

I read that ATM + option exchange combo the same way you did: they were planning around approval, not reacting to it. When I went through something similar in a small biotech, the board basically signaled, “We don’t trust the market to fund aggressive growth on this news, so we’re stretching runway and keeping the team from bailing.” That usually means slower hiring, fewer new trials, and more partnering instead of going fully solo. What helped me was modeling everything at different market caps and share counts so I could see if the upside still made sense after dilution. I’ve done that in Koyfin and TIKR for public names; for my own startup’s cap table I bounced around Carta and Pulley, but Cake Equity clicked better for us because it made the impact of every raise and option tweak stupidly obvious. For RCKT I’d treat this as a derisked science story but a capped upside trade unless they surprise with a real growth plan, not just “extend runway and survive.

Totally agree, feels like geopolitical events just exposed the overvaluation sooner. I'm keeping cash on hand and watching RCKT; their earnings might surprise folks, but it could already be priced in after the approval news.

Here are some of the reasons why the stock sold off despite the FDA approval: Main one is that simply they're not going to see much revenue from the drug. First, the disease is ultra-rare: 1 in 1 million have the disease. Also, they're going to do a minimal viable launch strategy aka they'll only sell for providers that go out of their way to seek it out. No marketing spend will be deployed. Only 5 hospitals in the world are likely to use it. The bearish bet is that they'll have to eventually dilute to keep their pipeline running. But there's a lot of uncertainty there. The RP-A501 lead asset caused a patient to die, and seeing if RCKT's alteration to the drug will get rid of that risk is not certain. Bull - from the approval they got a Priority Review Voucher, which they should be able to sell for at least 150M. If their other pipelines succeed, then the stock price now would be super undervalued. But the chances aren't great, based on the info available so far.

biotech pharma is almost always sell the news, the industry insiders and institutional investors know the approval is coming way in advance, the time to buy RCKT was Jan / Feb, I sold yesterday for 20% gain. I'd love to be wrong on RCKT but will be surprised if it runs. Also, if the approval means next stage is commercialisation, you have dilution risk as v often you'll see a raise post approval at the elevated share price

Something odd going on with RCKT. This approval was posted on the FDA site 21 hours ago and no PR from the company? I've never seen this before. Stocktwits users have been talking about trying to figure it out so the news is out there.
They tend to spike unless the news is priced in (which it doesn't appear to be, from looking at RCKT's 1-month chart). RCKT has a pretty big float so will need a lot more volume than a nano- or microcap to move it.

I've seen stock prices plunge even after receiving FDA approval. So I agree, it really comes down to your risk tolerance. This upcoming decision is interesting because it's CMC related rather than efficacy. RCKT initially received a CRL solely due to CMC deficiencies.

It depends what you consider short term. RCKT has the fda decision march 28. So that would definitely be considered short term in my opinion. IMRX has lots of catalysts this year, so it’s probably a 3-12 month play at minimum . MRAM is a longer hold for me. I’m just buying it and throwing it to the side right now . As data centers and technology gets more and more demand, MRAM will continue to benefit. Avalanche put out a frivolous lawsuit against MRAM. So as soon as that is resolved, the stock price will likely bounce 20% immediately. But either way, MRAM seems to be a good longer term bet, if you don’t need the money asap .
