I'm not a gamer but I believe I've heard people say SIMS has basically what Zuckerberg is trying to do and they do it better. I feel like over the years we've seen a lot of technology like 3D TVs and stuff that's never really gone anywhere. I can definitely see VR or Metaverse for gamers and gaming and while I do think say watching an MMA fight from within the ring would be cool and might be something I may pay to go do at a bar once in a blue moon, I don't see myself ever investing money into a device to do it from home.

But, South Korean gen z/x who can’t find affordable real estate are buying digital versions of physical “real estate” and the cost per tile is anywhere from a few cents to 7K per tile. I work from home and it’s a really chill game to put down and leave on in the background. It’s become SIMS in the wasteland with a little fighting. You don’t need to play the game with other people, it’s easily done solo but you definitely need an online connection to connect to their server.

I was pretty hype for awhile because my gfs kiddos all played Roblox and because I knew an IPO was coming eventually i have always paid attention to how much they play and it’s slowed down significantly . Also I don’t really mind if they play because I play the games with them sometimes and know what they are playing . It’s mostly Bloxburg , Adopt Me, Hide and Seek , Fashion Fashionta, build a boat , and other silly games but 75% of it is dedicated to Bloxburg which is the equivalent to the SIMS. But they will be going back to in person learning rather shortly and Will be going to summer school also. Along with other activities to get back to normalcy some more
