Top 5 from my screener! SMR OKLO SPRY TLRY ASPI
Nevermind Boomer age range is61 to 79 I am a SPRY 50 AND LOOK LIKE IM 30
Today’s Picks for me: ADVM. I’ve had it for a few months. SPRY. Held for a week so far. TARA held for a week. 🤞🫡
$ASTS HOWEVER I MADE $. I’m not on this… BUY & hold and you shall be rewarded. Opinion only. Not advice. $SPRY is positioned to disrupt the $3billion plus epinephrine market. •First & only needle-free FDA-approved nasal spray for anaphylaxis (also potentially for hives) •Patent protection through 2039! •Global approvals expanding (EU, UK, Japan Approved –Canada China and Australia on deck). •Market share set to eclipse traditional auto-injectors like Teva Game-changing therapy, life-saving potential, massive upside. Today’s 52-week low in SPRY is not a reflection of fundamentals — it’s manufactured optics. Shorts forced the tape lower on ~2,000,000 shares traded, which is right around normal daily volume. With ~96M institutional shares locked and ~45% of the float shorted, the true tradable float is razor thin. That lets shorts stage exaggerated downside moves even on average volume — especially absurd right after Japan approval, which should have been a de-risking event. Bottom line: The new 52-week low on normal ~2M share volume shows this was a tape-painting move, not real selling pressure. Every engineered dip only coils the spring tighter — and once real buying volume returns with catalysts like Canada approval or earnings, shorts won’t be able to defend these levels. Looking ahead, the setup points to a squeeze timeline: • Q4 2025: Canada approval likely sparks the first covering wave, pushing shares into the $15–20 range. • Q1–Q2 2026: With global sales momentum and strong earnings, price pressure builds toward the $25–30 range. • Late 2026: If Big Pharma enters with strategic interest or MA, SPRY could rerate into the $40–50 range. AGAIN OPINION ONLY!

The bear case that this doesn't work is bunk. SPRY just published real world clinical data on the effectiveness of Neffy and it is on-par with injectable Epi pen. I've spoken with multiple allergists who all confirm this works as well as the pen. The new bear point is that insurance isn't covering it and AQST's Anaphylm (oral strip Epi) will get approved and beat Neffy. 1) Insurance always drags their feet initially, good products get covered over time. 2) Even if Anaphylm is approved, I think Neffy and Ana split the market...how many people trust themselves to not lose their life saving device when it is the size of a band-aid (the oral strip)? Especially for kids and teens. I own a lot of SPRY and a little AQST, this is the first innovation in Epinephrine in a long time.
Just in case anyone is following me- nothing interesting here for me. I still have: CHRS, ANAB, NUVB, AUTL,HRTX, SPRY, PHAT. Will buy back BEAM, it was a mistake to sell it.
I'm in NUVB, ANAB,CHRS, SPRY,PHAT. Also HUMA and HRTX, but these 2 I don't recommend
Does that mean SPRY is definitely getting an FDA approval and will likely go up? I’m new to all this.
I forgot to mention that now I'm in NUVB, ANAB, HRTX, HUMA, CHRS, STOK SPRY, PHAT and plan to enter BEAM
One more thing...it looks like that there is small potential ahead. If we are not breaking today 20, I'll most definitely close the trade. Also I will open today PHAT,SPRY,BEAM
I am heavy into SPRY. I’m hopeful their DTC campaign will result in improved guidance… we’ll see
Anyone betting on SPRY and JD.com? Call on both
Anyone getting SPRY puts
$SPRY just might hit that Breakout point today
I like SPRY… one product pharma, but that one product is an epinephrine nasal spray. I see a world where they have >75% of the epinephrine market in the next 5-7 years. Who would rather stab themselves with an auto-injector when there’s an alternative that is just as effective? They have enough cash + st investments for ~3 years of runway, approved in the US, approval pending in most EU countries + China. Epinephrine market size is projected to grow between 8.3-11.8% annually through 2032 (depending on which study) from $2.8B in 2023. Additional label expansion is also in the works, which would increase TAM.
Bit of onfo. I work in the pre-production of advertising campaigns. We recently worked on a major campaign for LENZ and another for SPRY. These are all high $$ advertising campaigns. I've tracked others (Wegovy, ZEP, Ozempic) in the past that we have work on and they all worked out.
SPRY big winner this summer before the school year
SPRY approved by the FDA this morning, drug is called Neffy https://preview.redd.it/tuwg10cg44ne1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0b89cdda52948b1773e98782e1ba491d3f6a2673
SPRY and SCPH FDA decisions tomorrow
SPRY is an interesting play. I have a few hundred shares in it. An alternate to Epipen given its inconsistent pricing and somewhat traumatizing delivery method really seems like it could be a game changer.
I see $SPRY has a 93.22% Gross Margin and their EPS Y/Y TTM is 79.1% and a Target Price of $32.50 - so I took a small position in the company. I don't think this nasal spray is going to hurt their business. If anything, I think it will help their business. I didn't buy in because of one product.
SPRY is the only thing saving me rn
Don't think it qualifies as a penny stock but I've been following SPRY for a couple of months, sold for a profit a few days ago, bought the dip and waiting again. Neffy has been gaining attention The other ones that I've been following for about 6 weeks or so are BOF and HCWC, made a nice profit with them a few days ago. Bought some more and I think they might get a bit of traction again in the next days. As always, do your own DD Think MGOL is cooking but I also fear it might drop even more, can't take the risk right now but hope it goes well for others
SPRY, will overtake Epi-Pens and generics
So SPRY just put out a news release saying that on the 13th at 8am they are hosting a web conference call for share holders to discuss its 3rd quarter financials and business plans. Smack dab in the middle of the trading day huh? We already got the earnings yeah but I don’t know, just makes me nervous for some reason.
I’d be cautious. ARS pharmaceuticals (SPRY) is already has a EpiPen replacement that is approved in Europe and further ahead in FDA approval schedule than this company. Also ARS has a cash war chest for marketing theirs. That said, I’m going to do DD into AQST as it is an interesting play (I have a anaphylactic allergy kid)
Certainly: ARS Pharmaceuticals (SPRY) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the current price at $17.15 significantly above its 10-day SMA of $15.45 and 20-day EMA of $15.02, indicating a robust uptrend. The RSI values are in overbought territory, suggesting potential for a pullback, but the MACD histogram remains positive, supporting continued upward movement. Given the broader market's cautious optimism, SPRY's recent price action suggests resilience, likely driven by sector-specific catalysts or company developments not detailed here. For today's session, consider entering around $17.00, targeting $18.00 as the first price target and $18.50 as the second, with a stop loss at $16.50 to manage downside risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is high due to strong technical indicators, while the second target carries moderate confidence given potential market volatility. Keep an eye on volume spikes as they could signal further buying interest or a reversal.
Aquestive therapeutics. They’re pushing an epi-pen alternative that uses a listerine strip sized film. Studies have all been positive. Haven’t found any legitimate criticism or concerns that would keep it from being approved. That being said I bought in when it was at risk of delisting years ago around 70 cents. I have thousands of shares of it sitting around and it’s now holding strong at $5. One of its major competitors, SPRY, just got approval for a nasal spray of epinephrine (neffy). SPRY has very little going for it outside of neffy yet it is now at $16 a share. I see no reason aqst should be valued under $10 post-approval. A conservative estimate would be $10-12. This would be a 100% gain. I won’t be buying any more shares because i’m a pussy but I would strongly recommend anyone to look into it. If you find anything concerning let me know cause I really would love to cash out but can’t bring myself to
SPRY is yummy. first ever nasal spray of epinephrine, coming out october. everyone pumperoo pwease
Everone is sleeping on SPRY. 10 bagger by January.
I think SPRY has pretty crazy potential. A lot of people hate needles.
What if you sneeze right when you're taking the only SPRY-style nasal spray you have left. XD
I sold a bunch of SPRY today when it was up 14 percent and then got more when it dropped back down lol 😂. I think everyone is basically still sleeping on this stock.
Oh and BTW I was going to take the SPRY play but settled funds weren’t available. Really awesome call on that one (and I agree with the concept of Neffy greatly!)
Gunna keep it relatively low key, selling most of my portfolio, averaging down my position in SPRY and then waiting for the Canadian Rail news to go in on Puts Thursday Morning.
SPRY making me fucking rich over here wtf
What do regards think of SPRY? coming out with the first Epinephrin nasal spray instead of a $100 needle to poke yourself with if your dinner accidentally has tree nuts. Already FDA approved, set to release september
Lol, I have no clue why that’s a pet peeve of mine, but it somehow is. Anyway, SPRY sounds interesting, I’ve got some needle averse friends that need epi pens and I bet this is high on their radar…or will be. Been on a good run already, you don’t think it’s priced in?
no one likes Neffy Here ? SPRY
SPRY just had a nasal version of epi pen get fda approval. Could be huge
SPRY taking off, might completely phase out epi-pen, wish I jumped in earlier
I'm still slagging through the aftermath of the $SPRY PDUFA CRL so I know how this can go, no matter how "guaranteed" approval may seem (even with majority ADCOM votes For). That said, I still bought DOTM Cs & Ps for 8/16 on HUMA just for fun.
SPRY, inhalable adrenaline. Theoretically, it should work, but FDA approval doesn't mean shit for these pharma companies. There needs to be a demand for the medication. Not to mention the CDMO/manufacturing side needs to get their batch runs on point.
pre-earnings investor call in 30 mins for $SPRY, everyone aboard? anyone else got in at 2$? train’s departing, last chance 🚀
This stock has a lot of potential. The data that came out in the last few days is very promising. I think the FDA denial is a head fake — those who read only the headline are those who blew out of the stock in September IMO. It’s rare that the FDA goes against their advisory panel, and a lot of concerns the FDA raised have been addressed with the most recent test results. I’m not ready to declare victory yet, but this all looks very promising. Disclosure: I am long shares of SPRY. Opinions are my own and this is not a recommendation or solicitation to trade any security. Do your own due diligence.
SPRY is my current play on any dips below $3.50. They have developed a nasal spray epinephrine delivery system for allergic reactions that will completely destroy the epi-pen. They were supposed to get FDA approval a month or so ago but got held up on some bullshit repeat dose study data that wasn't included or didn't meet FDA approval somehow. They will get the trial data in hand I would suspect within the next few months. Im shooting for mid March approval and a rip on licensing deals or a buyout. Ive got shares and mid March calls that ive been accumulating for 3 months now. Its shown solid support around $3.50 for quite a while. Just my .02
$SPRY ARS Pharmaceuticals New non-injection epinephrine halted by FDA for further testing. FDA has reversed their decision. Get in on this! Will be back up to $5 or $6 by end of day.
Whoever said SPRY +/- 50% yesterday thank you
Anyone following the $SPRY FDA approval today? that stock is either going up or down 50% tomorrow
Absolutely shook that SPRY isn’t running up harder to this massive FDA decision for basically their entire company on Tuesday
I’d go $15 SPRY calls for October. FDA approval or denial is due by Tuesday of next week. Probably going to get approved. Worth the YOLO
That and SPRY and NVAX currently
SPRY has FDA decision scheduled for Tuesday on the first ever needle free epipen. Stock could double if approved
SPRY climbing all week in anticipating for FDA approval September 19?
If SPRY gets an early approval this week and runs to $10+ I’ll donate $5k to charity
May have made a boo-boo when I went all in on Sept 15 calls for SPRY when FDA said they would make PDUFA announcement before Sept 19.
AAPL puts, MRNA SAVA SPRY and NVAX calls
calls on biotech… NVAX, MRNA, SAVA, and SPRY
SPRY sure is looking promising leasing into FDA decision before Sept 20. $25mil block buy from RA capital
SPRY is starting to climb with FDA decision looming to be made before Sept 19
90% of my port right now is… SAVA: curling up nicely SPRY: awaiting FDA decision before Sept 19 NVAX: Covid momentum play
SPRY gonna keep mooning until FDA announces approval fellas. Doesn’t matter what the market does
3 bio companies you should fuckin love right now. SPRY, SAVA, and COGT
SPRY just getting warmed up fellas. You don’t buy a $25m block of shares before an FDA decision without a strong hunch…
You know someone with serious food allergies? I bet they don’t carry epipen with them because it’s a pain. SPRY has a nasal spray to administer epipen without the needle. It will be revolutionary. FDA decision in 2 weeks. This shit is gonna double, book it
I think SPRY might pump as if they got their FDA clearance today after the $25m block of shares purchased by RA capital 2 days ago. Eyes on it…
You guys in on SPRY? FDA has until September 19 to approve or deny their revolutionary non needle delivery of Epipen for people with food allergies. $5billon annual industry. RA capital bought $25m block 2 days ago. Sounds bullish AF to me… do your own DD
RA capital just bought $25mm block of SPRY when they’re supposed to get FDA decision by September 19 about Neffy. Hmmm… CALLS
Maybe some action finally on SPRY? They have FDA decision about Neffy that’s deadline is September 19. I am LOADED with $7.50 calls. Might be life changing
SAVA and RAD and SPRY for upcoming FDA imminent approval
SPY puts, MULN calls, SAVA calls, SPRY calls
FDA makes decision on SPRY revolutionary treatment for non needle epinephrine administration before September 19. Thinking it runs to atleast double digits on good news.
Pretty sure biotechs are going to rip for a little while. SMMT and SPRY are my picks for multi baggers.
I think today is the day SPRY breaks out big time. Look at chart and you’ll see once it breaks $9 resistance convincingly that it has none until the 20’s. Volume has been heavy.
SPRY tried to dump but got bought up immediately. The strength is unreal
Anyone else here balls deep in SPRY calls?
SPRY $10 calls, BUD $58 puts, GOTU $4 calls, SMMT $2.50 calls… all going to be big winners
If SPRY breaks that ~$9 resistance it can run to the mid 20’s without hitting next resistance
Seriously thinking SPRY calls are going to make some millionaires
SPRY is legit the most obvious calls play I’ve ever seen
SMMT calls for shareholder meeting today, SPRY calls for pending FDA approval
You guys ready for SPRY to reach $10 today?
SPRY is poppin off. Next week gonna be 🥜
SPRY is edging right now. Ready to explode next week
