Awesome! Aside from the shift in sentiment towardsa SQNS now that they are commited to their core buisness and have scrapped their Bitcoin Treasury strategy I strongly belive we will slowly organically recover over time. The next two big catalysts are a RF drone/defense license deal in Q2 and the debt elimination process (if they announce it by June or at the Q3 earnings call) CEO Georges Karam clarified during the Q1 call that they are actively negotiating up to three RF transceiver licensing agreements and expect the deals to be valued a total between **$5** million and **$15** million.
While that might be true, SQNS successfully capitalized on the Bitcoin Treasury Company hype that flooded the stock market last year. They were in delisting territory by market cap and share price so they needed a large capital injection. This was the way, getting the 384 milj pipe and convertible loan saved the company from just that. A severe dilution and a 1-10 reverse split later all Nasdaq listing requirements have been met an fulfilled by January this year. What we have now is a 100% debt free company in seven days if not already, name me one company in the semiconductor business who carry absolute no debt? And as a bonus they will have 600 bitcoin left to sell off at any time to increase cash position, strategic investments, continuing with their buybacks or partnering adventures.
Makes you really wonder what $GCTS has left, if anything. This stock seems destined for the OTC markets as larger players like $SQNS or $QCOM just steal their business.

SQNS (Sequans Communications) - 0,97$, 140.2M market cap, currently recovering after ATlow after rev split announcements and PIPE sell off. Holds 3072 Bitcoins, has a core business breaking even 2026-27 at the latest and making a lot of partnership and licensing deals with their 4G/5g IoT business. 3.5 - 7,5$ share price by two analysts, I think +10 by next year.
10-1 reverse split announced for Sept 17… thus will keep SQNS listed on NYSE
SQNS, trading heavily under Mnav and very undervalued. If their Q3 shows they are on the path to break even it will go parabolic amongside Bitcoin rise.

Wrong direction imo $SQNS now has 3,171 $BTC $SHOT or $RVYL Heck even $BTOG is showing more promise.
I don’t do options, but I got good profit on the first run from $1.50 to $4. Now, if BTC heads toward $140K (even in a bear case), you’ll see how this flies. I’m just waiting for some news — when it drops, watch it go up. ⬆️ SQNS went down because of short-term pressure, and that liquidity hit in just one day.
My portfolio is locked into SQNS and TSSi as a whole now I'm afraid, it's just a patience and waiting game for me now :)
My first entry was around 0,89, didn't sell at the top when it rallied but did sell for profit nonetheless. I made a re-entry and lowered my average to 1.89 at 7400 shares. Men and a bunch of mates hold between that and our biggest bag holder has +60k shares :) We are convinced SQNS is extremely undervalued and at the rate BTC will grow so will SQNS in due time.

Crypto treasury stocks? Long term ok? Lately these tickers have been going up a lot.. $SQNS $BTOG $BTBT $BTCS the top two being most active and up % wise today. Is this rally just or is this a BMNR I am legit asking cuz am into all 4 , but only first two are super up The first two also don't have much mentions specifically SQNS anywhere on reddit, so what gives driving it up Since bTC is at 116K and atH will these continue to go up.? There doesn't seem a short squeeze at play here?

To be fair, I sold a couple shares of $MSFT last week ($NVDA too, you are welcome community because price has gone up $10 in that week) and immediately put them into higher risk/potentially high reward smaller semiconductor and tech plays like $LTRX, $GCTS, $SQNS, $SONM and even plays like $GPUS and $GNS.
