In your opinion what looks more primed $NEGG or $TSAT
Telesat (TSAT) and MDA Space (MDA) are the largest players in Canada.
If its really the squeeze season, people should pile on NWTG, OSRH, LCFY, AIRS, TSAT, NIVF Am i missing something?
Not pure penny stocks but small to micro caps $FIP 700M market cap, owns railroads, terminals, power plants and the only LNG port on the Atlantic coast $OPEN 500M market cap US real estate trading firm. Think stand alone RedFin $BKSY 700M sat surveillance $TSAT 300m Australian LEO sat $ESP 140m rugged electronics for military use
$TSAT. LEO competitor to Starlink. Low float mess unfollowed. Company projections have it doing $50/share + of EBITDA in 2031. Heavy short interest. This is because dent trades at $.50. Short thesis is flawed, though. The debt has no recourse or claim to the LEO. Assume a 10x ebitda multiple and you get a $500 target. The LEO (lightspeed) is differentiated because it has inter space links (good for defense applications) and is telco compliant (it’s not IP/ best efforts). Totally under the radar. Trades $2.5 mm on average a day- liquid enough, but not enough for huge sophisticated funds to buy.
TSAT will be launching its Lightspeed constellation from Canso NS in approx 2yr. Canada is about to strike a deal with a the Germans to build them the rocket. Exclamation mark remind you 2 years

I’m thinking it went up 12% because ASTS went up 16%. Picked up some of both on the dip a few days ago. What the hell, I just might buy a little TSAT tomorrow, even though I usually avoid microcaps.
The market cap of $TSAT is like 200 million and the Canadian government gave them a 2 billion dollar loan….
I’m mostly in ASTS for the long haul but trading wise TSAT could be could shorter term and NNE is a good short term hold I think
I rode the Aug 2023 rally in Telesat. Deep cut of a ticker, never thought would see on WSB. Kinda surprised it didn't rally more with this ASTS surge, but ASTS grabs more headlines and imagination, and is easier to trade options Fun fact: Telesat has large stake from Mark Rachesky fund, former Carl Icahn protege. Rachesky plays the long game. Like his Lionsgate IP film library, he buys up tough-to-reproduce assets at a discount, with a view to long term holds I had bought TSAT first, then later added ASTS as a stablemate after looking at the sector for Starlink alternatives for the Everyone-Else-but-Elon. Sure wish I would have held the ASTS longer into this year's ripper. Look forward to when one of these tech companies launches a proper consumer time machine

TSAT short interest keeps getting misreported and jumping around. I think there are some discrepancies out there around the float size. That’s why I bring in so many sources and avg them all together. Trying to smooth out the variations in data… 🙌
Loaded up on SPWR yesterday and holding. Any thoughts on TSAT?
SPWR is so bizarre - i's had an insane SI for months, but has mostly done nothing. I checked Squeeze Finder software and it currently has a squeezablility score of 107% with a juice target at $13. 👀 I'm jumping in, but I'm afraid of it pulling a $TSAT.

SPWR seemed like it was popping over the weekend. TSAT last Friday had decent movement so I jumped in on both then. Hmm. I’ll keep an eye might opt out

You guess. Monitor volume and short interest. Do not go into anything that's had a significant spike within the last few months. Put in a small portion of your port into what you're monitoring and hold until it makes a move, take profits quickly then set a SL People advise against holding in the sense that they get into an already pumping/pumped stock, they either don't take profits or buy the top, and then hold it into oblivion hoping that it'll pump again. Position yourself before something happens. FWIW, I currently have a small position in TSAT. Check a historical volume chart and the short interest on it.
Playing ABIO 100 @ 3.65 and TSAT 1000 @ 9.40 right now, with a limit order at $6 for the former and a $20 for the latter in case it reaches AH. Not sure what plays I'll go into next week seeing as how the market is going down in general.

TSAT doesn't have the good numbers that CISS does so I think CISS is an overall better stock.

You guys totally missing TSAT. Dropped 5k before closing, and up 25% already. If someone with short squeeze data wants to give an accurate number that would be great. It’s at the beginning. Look for yourselves.
If you were so lucky that it did go to $10, I would absolutely pull out *if I were you*. I bought in at $3.90 after hours yesterday and sold at $6 today as it was tanking. The SI isn't there anymore so I think the play is over. I wish I sold at $7.50 but I'm lucky to have made the money I did! Looking at TSAT next.

I bought TSAT an hour ago as well for the same reason. It seems like a fairly safe play to hold for a bit and hope for a squeeze.

Is anybody here watching TSAT? I invested 10K CAD around 10 CAD/share, then they announced a new deal with MDA to build the satellites for their LEO satellite constellation the stock exploded upwards since the new deal had cost savings of \~2B compared to the previous supplier. It IPO'd a couple of years ago for 55 CAD and currently sitting at 28 CAD. I just YOLOd 80K after it's already shot up 180% so hopefully this wasn't a horrible idea..
