Anyone else holding TSND? Looks like they're exiting Michigan. I wonder if they'll focus on Pennsylvania. Perhaps even purchase the properties that AYR WELLNESS is exiting from in PA TerrAscend Exits Michigan Cannabis Market, Sells 24 Facilities | TSNDF Stock News https://share.google/UvcQFBnDEVIXhmAKG AYR Wellness Faces Potential Sale of PA Subsidiary Amid Financial Negotiations - TipRanks.com https://share.google/KNELyRZpUu664KWiD
Thanks for the clean and easy to read write up, you do that yourself? Terrasend's stock price movements seem to lag the sector. Keepig TSNDF is a laggard I can pickup if I miss other names on a macro catalyst move.

Luckily I unloaded a lot on Monday selling into strength. Was holding some MSOS, SNDL, VFF, VRNOF, TSNDF, from swing trades but lost on NLCP. I'm sitting fairly insultated due to rolling money into MRMD which usually shows strength relative to the ETF on these capitulatory days. Lower cap, higher risk, but seems to weather the tough days. Earnings tonight so could be a mistake, but I've been buying on the weakness of the sector today.
No matter the final election outcome (which may take a while), I was never selling any cannabis shares anytime this year. I will be holding through any short term volatility of emotional traders. There are always things out of our control. I will continue to ignore emotions and expectations. I hope for everyone to find some peace, and perseverance. CURLF, TSNDF, and ACB earnings 11/06. Take care of yourselves, sending some positive vibes to you amongst the negativity.
I am buying MSOS $CURLF & $TSNDF🍆
Green Thumb is doing well. I hold a lot of the big companies but some lesser known with good brands are TerrAscend (TSNDF) and Grown Roque (GRUSF). I also hold MSOS I think it will be the most popular etf after the initial booms.
Also looking at TSNDF and GRAM in marijuana industry.
1. CAGR higher than 25% my estimates are even higher 2. Lots of catalysts this month and building on S3, only volume is needed for it to jump to S3 announcement levels. 3. Today Manager DK moving to very large position and calls. Successfully held the rising floor around 7.70 4. I like the stocks 5. I like weed 6. Today is the med to rec switch in Ohio which is going smoother than analysts predicted. 7. The S3 process is going smoother than expected. 8.today from "reformed cannabis industry skeptic and hf manager" ... " cannabis stocks may be embraced in the same speculative way meme stocks have been. After all, if rescheduling and 280E reform is adopted, uplisting is resolved, institutions can buy and the state silo situation is resolved — this is an admittedly low probability but not entirely unrealistic scenario that cannabis becomes a meme. Trump and Cannabis What if, as Hedgeye's Howard Penney mentioned yesterday on Twitter, former President Trump said on the campaign trail...."I will decriminalize cannabis?" Answer: The stocks would rip higher! That said, I am increasing less concerned about resistance to rescheduling. Bottom Line: Reward vs. Risk We are at a likely sentiment extreme as optimism has been thoroughly beaten out of the sector. With MSOS and many individual stock prices at or near all-time lows (in absolute terms and relative to current and prospective cash flows) and given the likely regulatory reforms, the share prices' upside dwarfs the downside (perhaps more so than any time in history). Tactical Strategy Most industry observers (and the consensus) expect cannabis stocks to be lackluster this summer as we are in the "comments period" for rescheduling. But those were the same industry observers (analysts, paid advisors, etc.) have been consistently bullish (and wrong) over the last several years. Now, with the share prices ar such lowly levels they have grown "objective" (tongue in cheek!). It has paid not to listen to them in the last five years and it might not pay to listen to them now. Burned by their past opinions they have become consensus for the first time and I am not sure they will prove correct as markets tend to anticipate and discount the future. I am using the current "comments" window (for rescheduling) to accumulate a large position in cannabis equities. I am almost fearless at these levels — the lower the share prices fall, the more aggressive I will be. The following compilation of recent columns tracks a lot of my recent views and trading/investing activity: I'm Getting Close to Going Back hard into the Cannabis Pool Position: Long MSOS common (M) and calls (S), CURLF (S), VRNOF (S), GTBIF (S), TSNDF (S), TCNNF"
Dan has said a few times that while he cannot confirm that the MM are buying stocks, he can see their holdings and they continue to increase in this sector. MSOS might have $1b in AUM, but you also have to look at the market cap of the companies in the sector. MSOS is a big fish in a small pond, but they're not the pond. Market Caps: GTBIF - $3.2b TCNNF - $2.6b CURLF - $4.67b CRLBF - $842m VRNOF - $1.4b TSNDF - $616m And these are just the top holdings, they own a lot more besides. So they're roughly 5-10% of the entire market, which is huge, but not the entire pond.

Yes, thanks for TSNDF stats. I thought the quote about extremely accretive deals pretty interesting as well.. >“For the first quarter, revenue and Adjusted EBITDA increased materially year-over-year and we delivered another quarter of strong positive Free Cash Flow,” stated Jason Wild, Executive Chairman of TerrAscend. “Independent of reform, we enter this exciting stretch with the right team and high-performing assets. There are also multiple catalysts on the horizon that would further amplify our results going forward. In Pennsylvania, adult use appears to be closer than ever given recent legislative activities and comments from the Governor. At the federal level, the recent news around DEA rescheduling is encouraging and, if implemented, would dramatically improve our balance sheet and profitability. Finally, one of TerrAscend’s major differentiators is our ‘wide open map’. This enables us to strike extremely accretive deals to enter additional attractive states via best in breed operators. We can’t wait to share more details on this front when appropriate.”

I'll break it down best I can.... You want to buy US Cannabis names... Curaleaf, Green Thumb Industries, Verano, Cresco Labs, Columbia Care, Terrascend, Trulieve, etc $CURLF $GTBIF $VRNOF $CRLBF $CBSTF $TSNDF $TCNNF The ETF that focuses purely on US names is MSOS. Now, having said that...these underlying US names are listed on Canadian exchanges and therefore the volume is low and liquidity becomes an issue with making money. Tilray, Canopy, Aurora, these are Canadian names that currently have no 1st hand plant touching properties in the US...aka they're extremely behind the 8ball in the US. BUT these names are listed on the NYSE, therefore, liquidity is not an issue for them and these names can spike on news. In my opinion, it's misguided to put money into the Canadian names when you're betting on US legislation. But, I believe there will be money to be made on the news with the Canadian companies listed on NYSE. But the true winners will be the US Cannabis companies. And whenever they get uplisted to NYSE, that'll be another major win and money making event for these companies. Disclaimer, my money is in US names. But I believe the logic stands true regardless of my bias.
Some smaller ones doing well are GRUSF and TSNDF. CGC is the most volatile and constantly at risk of RS. TLRY hasn't been doing well but they are diversified and could turn it around. GTBIF is actually profitable and doing the best of the large companies IMO. Also you could just accumulate MSOS and chill.

Anyone like TSNDF? Anyone? Not calling them top 3 and more of a solid tier 2 but love everything I hear from Jason Wild.
Ive had a sink bid in for TSNDF @$1.50USD for a while. It just got filled and now its back up to $1.62? Just regular OTC shenanigans?

My pleasure, I dont have any immediate plans for AYRWF entry, my low cap play is TSNDF in my IRA from the pre up listing strength, which has certainly faded. But as I discussed in the video, AYRWF/MSOS is at a key resistance level to keep an eye on just like TCNNF/MSOS was.
Under the Massachusetts and Michigan section it mentions Schwazze (SHWZ). Schwazze doesn't operate in either Michigan or Massachusetts. If he was referring to Massachusetts I think he meant to say MariMed (MRMD). If he was referring to Michigan maybe he meant Terrascend (TSNDF)?

Yes but my point was more about the structure and overall fundamentals of the US companies over the shit Canadian LPs. The reality is this past week was the start of a major upswing that will really kickoff on Monday on Canadian exchanges and Tuesday for the rest. Look at: GTBIF VRNOF TSNDF TCNNF CURLF AYRWF (torque monster for foreseeable future) CRLBF I got into early 2020 and trimmed a little in 2021 but got greedy. I’m still heavily invested with a much lower cost basis. I’m an investor not a trader. The above cos are the top picks within the US MSOs. Good luck.
They are my retirement! I would get in on grown rogue if you can. But trulieve I received via the harvest acquisition a bit ago. They make about 15% of my cannabis portfolio. Great company, Great time to buy. I don’t own cura at this time. More debt than the others but also the biggest. Fine long term play! I also have plays in VEXTF and TSNDF. Just some of my own. Lots of good ones out there!

I don't think so, Unless I'm not understanding your point. On the OTC, they will go up, but by retail or "shady" deals. The big boys won't be playing, because they can't yet. The day it's announced, they still can't trade on OTC names. But they can buy TSND. Just not TSNDF.
TSND only brings up TSNDF for me. That's strange.. I wonder if you have some elevated trading level on your account or something
The only tickers I see for Terrascend and Curaleaf on Vanguard are the OTC tickers (TSNDF and CURLF), but I'm in the US
More insider buying by Jason Wild CEO TSNDF 15k shares @ 1.5804 Love or hate him he consistently buys his company's stock on the open market. Not too many cannabis CEOs put their money where their mouth is in that respect. http://archive.fast-edgar.com/20231206/ADZZD22CC222W9Z2222B2ZZT38WDZ22S2L52/
MRMD, TLLTF, CWBHF, GDNSF, STHZF, INM beg to differ and that's just from my holdings. ACB, TSNDF, and TLRY flat and about to turn red too. Risk-On has been coming down a little these last 20-30 minutes.
Missing: Grown Rogue (GRUSF) Ascend Wellness (AAWH) Terrascend (TSNDF) High Tide (HITI) Vext Sciences (VEXTF) Now it’s a party.

The momentum builds every week. I bought a ton of TSNDF this week and even more HITI today. Added a bunch of CWBHF today too, and even a little ACB because their improvements deserve some investor love. Have a great weekend guys!
Please lets! I've added to HITI, TLLTF, and CYBN today. Considering adding more TSNDF and OGI.

Futures pretty volatile overnight with Russell2k, strangely, showing the most strength. BTC also extremely strong. I was going to raise my HITI and TSNDF positions on open but now I think I will wait a little bit to see where market sentiment starts the week. If I can score some downside discount I'll be quite pleased because these two stocks (and the underlying businesses) have emerged from the Canadian pack to show exceptional strength. Good luck in trading today everyone.
US cannabis stocks. NYSE ETF: $MSOS CSE / TSX individual names: $CBSTF $CRLBF $CURLF $TSNDF $GTBIF $TCNNF (There are others)
Um, I don't know but the TSX lead up seemed to support TerrAscend as TSNDF outperformed the entire group (MSOS). Terra landed the TSX and they have held up well, maybe better than most with the more recent volatility. TerrAscend did raise some capital also, the market has seemed to punish them for taking the lead. Seems like a good move for CURLF. IMHO ^(Doesn't mean there won't be red rivers running tomorrow though, the Shutdown Shenanigans Loom Large.)
Lol everyone is finally coming around to understanding that Canadian LPs can't touch US, and will be so far behind that ball when SAFE happens that they won't be able to get into the market unless they buy a low tier player. I wouldn’t ask this questions here. To many bag holders and that includes me. For the love all things do not invest in ACB, unless your experienced trader. It’s a meme stock. My personal favorites are CRLBF, AYR and TSNDF.
Agreed. Terrascend is my dark horse. Its not about having the most revenue, its about being in the most attractive markets, prudent capital allocation and an attractive growth story. TSNDF has all the above.
TSNDF made it to TSX exchange right. Are there other MSOs on CSE/TSX?
A couple tickers are banned b/c market caps are too small, but I own a bunch of long term MSOS & MSOX options. Also own MSOX shares. GTBIF is my largest position, but I also own TSNDF, VRNOF, CURLF, AYRWF & TCNNF.
Hells yea Birdie. Spot on. Im certainly hoping and holding for that uplist volume skyrocket chance. It has bode pretty well for those that have. Whats it TSNDF and HITI that made the jump so far from OTC to Nasdaq. I wonder if the big old dogs started on OTC initially??
No. Buy American names or ETFs MSOS GTBIF CURLF TSNDF CCHWF CRLBF
Low volume and less regulation compared to TSX/NASDAQ. For reference, Terrascend uplisted to the TSX (TSND) from OTC (TSNDF) this year and has performed very well/stabilized (if you look at the TSNDF chart) compared to the other MSOs this past year. Could see a similar effect for Curaleaf if they manage to uplist to TSX, though at this point most of the MSOs are probably just waiting to see what happens with SAFE and whether they'll just be able to go straight to NYSE/NASDAQ instead (no one knows for sure yet).

Had time to look it up this morning. CGC & Jason Wild's personal holdings own more than 50% of TSNDF's outstanding float. Add the ETF holdings & it's a really low float name as well 👍
Honestly, I've always stayed away. I can't remember my exact investment thesis on them, but I've never bought a share. The way I look at it is when the big money comes in, they'll focus on the Tier 1s & the best run Tier 2s. It's a question of why you would invest in PLNHF when you could invest in GTBIF, TSNDF, TCNNF, CURLF, etc. which will get the bulk of the new money & attention?
MSOX is a 2x ETF. If you can buy OTC, the lead horses are GTBIF CURLF TCNNF TSNDF VRNOF CRLBF AYRWF
TSNDF has a float of around 350 million shares. AYRWF is only 80 million shares. Not sure what your talking about. Many companies have lower float than TSNDF
Yup, and if low floats are your thing, TSNDF has the second lowest float & arguably the best leader in Jason Wild. He's been insider buying the last few weeks, putting his money where his mouth is
TLRY operates in Canada mostly. It's a great short term trading vehicle to take advantage of moves, but the real long term opportunity lies with the US operators. If you can buy OTC the top companies would be GTBIF, TSNDF, VRNOF, TCNNF, CRLBF & CURLF. For a simpler, more diversified approach you can use the MSOS ETF. It holds all of those names & some smaller caps as well. For more leverage, if that's your thing, MSOX is a 2x ETF
I won't argue with that, it's my largest position. TSNDF also have has strategic advantages including the TSX uplisting. Ben Kovler & Jason Wild are definitely two of the best, if not THE best
Also in since 2018. I hold GTBIF VRNOF TSNDF CURLF & MSOX. I could not personally write the above, but I have been on FinTwit since Dec 2020 learning the narrative and this is spot on. Remember this is an election year. The Dems will move forward what they can and we should see all this completed before the 2024 election. If any of it fails the Dems can take a win with any voter who want’s prohibition to end. 4 dimensional chess. Are you in?
MSOS the best diversified way to play it, MSOX will give you 2x NAV. If you're really a degen, there are options on MSOX. Underlying companies trade on OTC, so if you're with Fidelity you can buy them directly $GTBIF $TSNDF $CURLF $TCNNF These are just a few of the top options 😉
Correct. TSNDF is the one to watch
Yeah, Green thumb is already profitable while most large companies losing millions. I also like TSNDF and GRUSF.
Lowest float out there. TSNDF also has super low float if you're into that kind of thing
MSOX reflects 2x the returns of the NAV of the underlying companies (GTBIF, CURLF, TSNDF, etc) whereas MSOS can fluctuate between a premium & discount to NAV. It's just the way it goes, try to arb it if you can. Once you see the disconnect like you did, profit from it 🤑
