Depends on the borrowing timeline. All the 'old' loans are subject to those limits. So if someone has 300k in UG/Grad loans they can still borrow for, say, law school in 2026. THOSE loans are limited to the yearly/global caps though. So someone can have 50k in UG, borrow another 100k after july 1 2026 (would take them about 5 years at max borrowing though).

Only China. Europe doesn't have the infrastructure or talent needed for this, while China does. They'll be years behind, but they will do it. Tencent and Alibaba have already made some pretty impressive advancements. The only other countries that even have the talent to do something like this are maybe India, Brazil, and Ukraine(These mfs are crazy good programmers, I don't get it) but there's no infrastructure to support it. Meanwhile countries with the infrastructure(South Korea mainly) don't have Ai talent. Here's the thing: Ai is not just about coding. The reason the US is so much better at Ai development is because we have companies like Google and Microsoft throwing billions at it, schools like Harvard, Stanford, and MIT throwing billions at it, and a really strong education and economic system to support Ai development. This isn't present in any country except for China, and even then a lot of those students still come from US UG and Grad.

yeah, dude, this is an entirely hypothetical scenario (that would never happen because none of the B4 want to get into a bidding war for junior talent when they've been successfully able to keep starting salaries flat for the last couple of decades.....) Staff 1 auditors might make $80k out of college......if they live in NYC or SF. Rest of the country starts their new hires at the same starting salary for the reason stated above.
