It's not a matter of reality it's that people like to speculatively gamble. I had that shit in the $3 - $4 areas. not even the biggest 1 day gainers this year, CIIT, TCGL, ELPW, SPHL, PHOE all bigger with ROLR and UGRO right behind.

I literally asked for a seat on $NVVE’s board, had a conference call with the CFO & everything. He recommended I learn more about the job. Not much later they announced their crypto diversification (excess cash? What excess cash?) & handed out warrants to 5 of their friends I mean “crypto consultants.” When that news broke I sold the whole lot. Be fearful when others are greedy… I’ve gotten in touch with someone from $UGRO’s board in the past (before or was cool; just kidding, it’s not cool) to try to get any sort of update from the company at all. She seemed kinda upset, like I was bothering her. $UGRO is an absolutely dying/dead shell of a company, & this pivot is 100% fluff; I’ve done the DD where others haven’t. My DD includes positives & negatives, not just how a stock can moon. Who knows where I’ll put my money next.

There's always a "spring" portion of the pattern (yellow), just before launch, where it's pushed down below support momentarily, to cause a rush of selling. It's like squeezing the sponge one last, good time before using it. You can see that this was also true for UGRO. Of course, the difference here being, with UGRO, the pattern happened where it needed to. In the case of EONR, the stock already ran away before the fact- so, if we're going by the book, there's a good chance that this is NOT Wyckoff accumulation. I'm holding EONR right now. I would say if you're holding, continue to. If you don't have a position, stay out until it breaks out of this area and the BS resolves first. If it breaks below and closes below .75, it's probably cooked.

What can I say? The last few days have shaken me in general & I need a reset. It hurts because I’m really into the company & what they’re doing but we can’t buy into ideas; the debt burden is heavy & I see the reason this has been priced so low. I wasn’t crazy about their earnings extension notice, & the reasons they provided. Maybe it was the last straw for me. I’m bullish until I’m not. It’ll probably pop now that I’m out. People love NASDAQ-noncompliant, scam stocks. I was in $UGRO before the RS, before it was cool. To be fair, I may just see this as a longer term play, later in the year once the minimum price issue is addressed & debt is converted/paid off. I’ll keep it on my watchlist that’s for sure. I just need to rethink my strategy & may need some downtime. Maybe dividends are more my speed at this point; penny stocks are stressful… Sorry for letting you down, but again, I’m sure you’ll get a better exit if it pops. Watch out for $.75; they’ve got a convertible note overhang up there 🤙

I think im going with $ASTC for tomorrow. Bullish engulfing on the daily and defined bottom weekly and with such high relative volume this could ignite a multi day run. Lots of hype around it which can be good or bad but considering its a 1m floater it could pull a $UGRO and go 1000% so risk to reward looks good
FWIW, delisting risk for semi-legit companies is usually pretty low. $UGRO was literally on its death bed & idk how it didn’t get delisted from not filing earnings for forever. NASDAQ is getting more strict but only for truly shitty companies IMO. NYSE has always seemed like a penny stock haven IMO. I only commented because the person above mentioned compliance. People really don’t know what they’re doing here 🤣🥲

I suggest not just looking at the chart when doing DD on a stock. Those who buy the red make a killing. That being said, the market is weird these days, & the ER is coming. At this point it’s probably safer to wait til it’s released to make your decision, if they’ve converted more of their debt (bullish, but means a few more shares).

There's a company called UGRO Capital that is raising funds and did in March via offerings and shorts are posting saying it's UGRO lol. Crazy times. So if you Google UGRO raising capital it appears like it's related to UGRO.

Dude, I wish I got in at $3. It was popping PM yesterday. After UGRO and EEIQ, I knew we were on a trend. I used to hold ARTL shares for such an occasion before the market crapped out (and before the RS).
What the hell is wrong with UGRO
You don’t realize that all you’re doing is following if you chase volume spikes, that the people who buy before the spikes are the ones who make a killing? That when there’s volume there’s selling? $SMX absolutely exploded on insanely low volume; why? Because no one was selling. Those who bought $OPEN in the $.60s when no one cared are still sitting pretty. That’s the whole point of a low-float stock (that’s actually worth holding). Otherwise you’re left with a $UGRO that’s just a circle jerk until everyone realizes there’s nothing worth holding. They’re turning the page on profitability & the share structure is insanely tight. Once the 10-K is released the actual numbers will be public. You don’t buy what’s already happened; you buy for what could happen in the future. It makes no difference to me whether you buy or not, just felt like your comment warranted a response.

You see my friend. As I said the new strat is to nor care about news. Find something (that started over a dollar.) Thats up in the premarket. Send it and then diamond hands it until open. UGRO, EEIQ, and now ONCO have followed tbis pattern. Its asinine, it defies logic, its counterintuitive. But its fucking working im in ay 4.8 on ONCO
Yeah, I mean, I had UGRO. Then I sold it before it spiked. Did I jump back in? Of course not. Didn't trust it. Do I wish I had've? Sure. Nobody had any idea it would go that high. And that's the thing - you never know. And if you never know, then don't do it. Never chase spikes after they start spiking. You have to look at the spike and cry because you missed out. Not because you lost money.
UGRO's not going back to $50 any time soon. You'd be alright if you didn't constantly FOMO into peaks. It's the number one port killer. Next time you're wondering if it's too late to jump in, assume the answer is yes.
I know buddy everything I buy turns to shit top bottom it doesn't matter I'm terrible at this and I've lost interest because I'm so bad. I hope UGRO does bounce back so I can put what little I have left in my pension but if not my last hurrah was yet another disaster. On a more positive note, if it doesn't at least I can't gamble anymore with £0.
