Split usually = good. It’s usually done to lower the price of a stock to be more appealing to investors. Reverse split usually = bad. I’ve seen a few companies rip right before one but idk why. It usually means the company’s gonna be delisted because the share price isn’t high enough. Then you have shit like BRKA which has never split and is like $600,000+ per share or whatever it is now. WINT might be worth looking into after the RS.

As of February 12, 2025, Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: WINT) has not announced any recent plans for a reverse stock split. The most recent reverse stock split occurred on April 19, 2024, when the company implemented a 1-for-18 reverse split to increase the market price per share and comply with Nasdaq’s listing requirements. Currently, WINT is trading at $0.174 per share, with an intraday high of $0.2882 and a low of $0.1639. Given the current share price, which is below Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement of $1.00, the company may consider future actions to regain compliance. However, as of now, no official announcements have been made regarding another reverse stock split.

I did that’s why I’m asking you. All RS news I’m seeing is from 2023/2024. Read the last sentence. From very top answer on Google: A ccording to recent news, Windtree Therapeutics (ticker symbol: WINT) announced a reverse stock split in April 2024, with a 1-for-18 ratio, meaning for every 18 shares held, shareholders will receive 1 new share after the split takes effect; this information is current as of April 2024 and there is no indication of another reverse stock split planned for 2025 at this time.

OCEA and CYN are set. I'm eyeing XAIR and WINT for potential entries. XAIR in particular's spike in AH interest is intriguing. WINT's 0.13 entry point with a steady increase over the last week and a significant jump to 5x volume yesterday and steady AHs could potentially prove promising.

Thank you for the insight, but here’s some information in response: WINT already completed the SEISMiC trial in Phase 2, where they found the drug to successfully improve cardiac function and help patients with cardiogenic shock - something unmet in cardiovascular care. They will now proceed to the next phase and it looks very promising to eventually be released to the market. Also, yes Windtree Therapeutics (WINT) and Molecular Partners (MOA) are both biopharmaceutical companies but they are not the same. Their focuses differ significantly: Windtree Therapeutics (WINT) Focus: Acute cardiovascular care, particularly cardiogenic shock and acute heart failure. Why they are unique: their drug targets a highly specific, underserved niche in cardiovascular emergencies. So this drug will be very impactful to the market. Molecular Partners (MOA) Focus: Oncology, virology, and ophthalmology treatments using its proprietary DARPin® platform. They address diseases such as cancer, COVID-19, and retinal conditions. Key Difference: WINT is highly specialized in cardiovascular disorders, while MOA’s platform spans multiple therapeutic areas. Now I know we cannot foresee the future but everything is pointing to success due to research. I believe it’s a great time to enter and hold some shares with this low cost now, knowing that its bound to skyrocket and increase in price in time.

Gotchu! RUM: Rumble Inc. (RUM) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the current price at $6.49, significantly above its 10-day SMA of $5.84 and 20-day EMA of $5.72, indicating a robust upward trend. The RSI values are in the overbought territory, suggesting potential for a pullback, but the MACD histogram remains positive, supporting continued upward movement. Recent trading volumes have been high, reflecting increased investor interest, although today's volume is currently at zero, which could indicate a pause or consolidation phase. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and RUM's recent price action, a long position could be considered with an entry around $6.45. Set the first price target at $6.80 and a second at $7.00, with a stop loss at $6.30 to manage downside risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to strong technical indicators, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential resistance and overbought conditions. Keep an eye on any emerging news that could impact sentiment or trading volumes. DJT: Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT) has experienced a significant rally, with its current price at $52.41, driven by the launch of its Truth+ streaming service and speculation around Donald Trump's 2024 presidential prospects. The stock's RSI values are extremely high, indicating overbought conditions, while the MACD histogram suggests strong bullish momentum. Recent trading volumes have been substantial, reflecting heightened investor interest, yet the speculative nature of the stock due to its dependency on political outcomes warrants caution. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and DJT's recent performance, a long position could be considered with an entry around $51.50. Set a first price target at $55.00 with a confidence level of 70%, and a second target at $58.00 with a 60% confidence level, given the potential for continued speculative buying. A stop loss should be placed at $48.00 to mitigate downside risk, considering the stock's volatility and external uncertainties. PPBT: Purple Biotech Ltd. (PPBT) is currently trading at $3.40, showing a significant decline from its recent highs around $5.50, indicating strong bearish momentum. The 14-day RSI is at 32.65, suggesting the stock is nearing oversold territory, but not yet signaling a reversal. The MACD histogram is slightly positive, hinting at potential short-term stabilization, but the overall trend remains negative with both SMA and EMA values above the current price. Given the lack of recent news and low trading volume compared to its 65-day average, market interest appears subdued. In the broader market context, while SPY and QQQ show resilience, PPBT's biotech sector may not benefit from this optimism due to its specific challenges. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $3.45, with a first target at $3.20 and a second target at $3.00, setting a stop loss at $3.60. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the prevailing bearish sentiment, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential support near $3.20. SVRE: SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (SVRE) is currently trading at $1.59, showing a significant decline from its recent highs, with technical indicators suggesting bearish momentum. The RSI values are below 35, indicating oversold conditions, while the MACD remains negative, reinforcing the downtrend. The stock's 10-day SMA ($2.01) and 20-day EMA ($2.18) are well above the current price, highlighting potential resistance levels. Despite the broader market's cautious optimism, SVRE's low volume and lack of recent news suggest limited buying interest. Given these factors, a short position could be considered with an entry around $1.60. Target the first price at $1.50 and a second at $1.40, with a stop loss at $1.70 to manage risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the oversold RSI, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential support near $1.50. WINT: Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (WINT) is currently trading at $0.8216, showing a significant decline from its 30-day SMA of $1.5675, indicating bearish momentum. The RSI values are below 40, suggesting the stock is oversold, yet the MACD histogram is positive, hinting at potential short-term bullish divergence. However, the lack of recent news and current volume suggests limited immediate catalysts for a reversal. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and WINT's weak technical indicators, a short position could be considered. Enter at $0.82, with a first target of $0.75 and a second target of $0.70, setting a stop loss at $0.85. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to oversold conditions, while the second target has lower confidence given potential support levels. Monitor for any unexpected news or volume spikes that could alter this outlook.

I am not sure about the short aspect, but current volatile stocks that may have catalysts around then include. TVGN, VNDA, HOWL and WINT TVGN new biotech. Forcast 1 billion in revenue 18-22 billion over 5 years. They are already 600% up on the month. 300% since I first bought after their forecast. When they report earnings, things could go boom boom. VNDA - They rejected a second takeover bid valued at 8 dollars a share. The stock popped, but is down again and you may find a good price. There must be a reason that insiders think the company is undervalued at 8 dollars a share. HOWL has 2 poster presentations coming up in early November. The stock had been quite volatile since the announcement and is currently up 50%. WINT - They have similar presentations coming up on recent positive study data and meetings with investors at a conference on October 30th.

My issue with ICU is that every approval is for the same device - it's rinse and repeat news. Unless I'm missing something further, I don't see how repetitive approvals for the same device move the needle here, especially considering three approvals have already come and gone and the stock isn't any better for them. For WINT, recommend checking out this update they shared last year re: their leading candidate - they're going to enter Phase 3 with it domestically this summer, but are accelerated to Phase 3 in China because of the deal they just closed with Lee: [https://finance.yahoo.com/news/windtree-therapeutics-announces-publication-seismic-120000969.html](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/windtree-therapeutics-announces-publication-seismic-120000969.html)

It looks like with WINT, the treatment still is being developed? Seems like more of a long shot. In one of the recent PR reports with ICU, they already received a "confirmation letter" of commercialization from the FDA stating that they have everything they need to approve them they just have to redo the labelling and one other thing I forgot. (Tiny things, not related to product itself.) Also, cause ICU got breakthrough device designation, they are actively working with the FDA directly to make these tiny adjustments. (Talking about the labelling issue I mentioned above.) So, from what I understand, ICU approval is imminent/pending already. It isn't unsure. So, once ICU pediatric device gets approved for commercialization, it will essentially mean that their adult version of the product will be approved too. (The adult version is just a larger version of the kids version I believe, and, it shows just as good results from what I've read on their presentations/PR's.) Well, let me know your thoughts about my little rant here. \^\^ Maybe I am missing something/

Yeah, i saw one DD from WINT 2 months ago. I did some and manage to buy at 1.20 and sell at 1.50. But since 07/20 theres like no volume, nothing move, low downtrend but looks like a lot of buying at 1.3$ level

Yeah for sure. People will downvote all they want because they like to overhold stocks for too long. But i bought ttoo at .10 and sold 80000 shares at .36, imux 1.45 and sold 2.90, and now I’m eyeing WINT as the next mover. It will hover between 1.30-1.50 until they announce the next trial commencement and it’ll pump into the mid 2’s. People in this subreddit aren’t interested in doing real DD
