WINT, my view on the latest 8k filling; WINT received the 60mil cash. however, the exercise of the 0.75 warrants need shareholder approval, this also including the remaining Series E warrants (which will dilute and raise another 140mil cash) Dilution machine if shareholder approves 0.75 warrants, if today approved the current price will drop drastically. 2nd dilution if it approves another warrants (to raise another 140mil). Watch out for any shareholder meeting to vote on the above.

I am looking at $ABOS for the July 27th readout and $WINT for a potential play if $IXHL hits and the buy in still looks reasonable. I am also looking at $CGTX as a long play.
July's been a good month. I mixed some high-risk biotechs with a few safer names and ended up with around a 21% gain overall. PHVS and COGT were the biggest movers for me, with strong gains after their catalysts. I also caught good momentum in RYTM and ELDN. A few micro-cap trades like ADIL and WINT gave quick spikes, which I sold into. The bigger AZN and GSK didn’t move much but helped balance things out. I’m taking profits and stepping back for the rest of July. Done with this month’s volatility and shifting focus to scouting August catalysts. Curious what others are watching and how you're thinking about the next round of PDUFA rally with delayed decision and CRLs

The proposed agreement also includes up to $130 million in milestone payments. The company has a float of 0.75 million. The news was released just yesterday after market closed. What do you guys think? Seems like it could fly just like INKT, as INKT also has a shares float of 0.99 million (the reason why it went up 500%). Not sure if worth the gamble

Man, I see so many roundtrips premarket it makes me hesitate on early pullbacks on momentum stocks. Didn't buy WINT under a dollar before it ripped to 1.5 and just now didn't get in CARM under 0.6 before it ripped to 0.8. Ended up chasing both for smaller scalps.

Same. Not a huge loss but it happens. Killed it last week and Monday on CYN, MGOL and OCEA. Couldn't have timed the entries and exits any better. Then gave it all back on NXU, ADTX, WINT and some stupid thing I bought AH. They literally tanked as soon as I bought them. Penny stocks are literally a lotto play. Don't beat yourself up about it. The pump and dumps are rabid right now. Logic is out the window on what is making money. I haven't sold, hoping my bags recover enough to minimize losses. I am going to slow down and stop being so impulsive with my buy ins.

Split usually = good. It’s usually done to lower the price of a stock to be more appealing to investors. Reverse split usually = bad. I’ve seen a few companies rip right before one but idk why. It usually means the company’s gonna be delisted because the share price isn’t high enough. Then you have shit like BRKA which has never split and is like $600,000+ per share or whatever it is now. WINT might be worth looking into after the RS.
