Traded $FCX for a while and have been long on $SCCO for a few years. Started a position in $WRN, very cheap, but already doubled my investment. Most recently picked up $USAR before it's current run.

Still unsure why no one is talking about WRN

Going YOLO on WRN - commodity prices soaring / all this AI + Data Center growth requires copper. Gonna try this out. Also waiting for BULL to dip more before I go little YOLO on that. Thoughts?

Telomir Pharmaceuticals (TELO) today announced compelling preclinical results from a study evaluating its novel oral therapeutic, Telomir-1, in a genetically modified zebrafish model of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Following a 14-day oral dosing regimen, Telomir-1 reversed central vision response and vision acuity, restored retinal degeneration and architecture, and significantly reduced oxidative stress—achieving improvements across several FDA-recognized surrogate endpoints relevant to AMD. The study utilized the Sen57wrn-/-ND6-/+ zebrafish model, which combines genetic mutations associated with premature aging (WRN), mitochondrial dysfunction (ND6), and chronic senescence (Sen57). These animals exhibit progressive retinal degeneration, visual impairment, and oxidative stress—closely modeling dry AMD and geographic atrophy in humans.

for copper I am just in VALE and a couple junior companies on the tsx, along with WRN and some calls on TGB on the NYSE (US EPA really screwed me over on that one). On the ASX I am not in any copper, but I am in the uranium companies and also in sovereign metals. As for RIO I do have some but I think they need to go shopping even after they bought that mine in Mongolia. If I miss the boat on copper somewhat, so be it, but right now precious metals and uranium seem to be places I want to sit and wait in more.

Closely watching $SLQT (insurance), $HYMC (gold/silver mining), $CIDM (movie/TV), and $WRN (copper)

It's up right now, but when the stock market goes up, gold goes down. I would say to keep an eye out on a few stocks and wait. There's also some gold stocks mixed with another metal. WRN, for example, does copper and gold mining. This can make it the rise and flow a bit different, which could mean different ideal times to get in. My main advice is just don't be too hasty, and wait for it to be at a price you think is fine. If you try jumping in on one that seems to be skyrocketing, it might crash and just leave you with less. They're not growth stocks, so the price you buy it at is more important to your profit.

Considering you mentioned a junior miner I would suggest checking out Western copper and Gold $WRN. They are as the name suggest a junior copper and gold miner. They are in permitting stage owning the Casino mine in the Yukon in Canada. Canada obviously being a great jurisdiction to be operating in. They have about 7.6 billion pounds of copper and 14.5 million in gold. They released a PEA in early 2022 which showed a NPV of 2.33 billion CAD with an 19.5% IRR after tax. This is assuming 3.35$ copper price and 1 600$ gold (both very modest estimates in my opinion). Copper at 4.50$ and gold at 1 800$ yields 3,9 billion NPV and 25.8% IRR. They are currently at a market cap of 351 million CAD, very undervalued in my opinion. They also seem to be nearing in on a buyout with Rio Tinto having invested in the company owning 8%. The management are indicating that buyout discussions might start towards early summer this year. And Newmont recently got a permit approved for a mine very close by so they also try to create a bidding war in order to have big operations in the region. Just my two cents worth of advice.

The two I’m really in big on are Argonaut Gold Inc. (ARNGF) and Western Copper and Gold Corp (WRN). They’ve both been on a slight decrease in recent months, but I bought in a few weeks ago. The reason for the decline in both seems to be increased construction costs with developing some of their new mining locations, which most likely will be remedied by partnerships with larger mining companies or diverting funds to invest in these locations. Both are still generating a growing revenue from mines already in service so the fundamentals are low risk in my opinion with a potentially super high upside. With that being said, both companies are sitting on tens of billions of copper and gold on their undeveloped sites, possibly leading to a buyout or increasing investments into these new sites. I like them both though. I would do some more research to see if they’re stocks that would fit well in your portfolio. They’re low cap and low volume, but I see a big upside in these companies futures.

Something to think about before 2022 China and the u.s. are in competition to lead the new economies and what does that take well your build back better laid it out Telecoms EVs etc and this with a broadbands and high speed internet will need faster more powerful grids and these grids are made up of TONS TONS OF COPPER & Aluminum this yr will be the year of Telecoms and materials places like FCX SCCO WRN RIOT INTO BHP VALE GLENCORE will see record profits going forward

That’s my main mining stock by a long shot. I have a few thousand shares in Winston Gold but haven’t seen anything to make me particularly bullish since I invested almost a year ago. If anything, I’m bearish at this point but it was a YOLO purchase so I’m letting it ride. You could look into Western Copper and Gold (WRN) who seem to be doing all of the right things with a potentially massive copper and gold play. That’s about all I’ve got for you, thanks for the feedback!

$BCRX. Small pharma is always a gamble and they’re currently at 52 week high but they show real promise to really well the next couple years. $WRN ($WRN.TO) are Canadian copper company that is quite possibly on the verge of a buy out. I have money in both of these and have for several months. Just remember that any investment is a gamble and both of these companies could go tits up just as easily as they could rise. If you’re looking for a safer fire and forget then put it into a broad market etf and leave it.

My bad man! I saw that before I went running and completely forgot about it. $SCCO is always a solid pick but I would look into $FCX, $WRN or $TGB. I'm not in any of these tickers but FCX is the largest in the game, WRN is positioned well in the Yukon region and will probably get bought out, and TGB is mid-tier. No idea if any have options trading but share gang is cheap.

NSPR (hold) - Patent to be issued in early March TBMR (watchlist) - Patent to be issued in early March. Currently on a downward trend. I'm looking for a good entry point. PULM (hold) - Currently working with JnJ. Rumors of potential buyout. Could be huge if true. If not, I would still be happy with the long term projected price target $80+. Non pharma plays - XPL (average up, price is at $1 now) - Zinc is poised to be a cheaper and better substitute (doesn't catch fire) to lithium in electric vehicles. WRN and TGB (Hold and buy on any dips) - Copper plays as copper prices expect to go up. My only green tickers yesterday.

I came across $WRN last night while looking around. Copper and gold, currently at $1.69. Last news article I found was their formal announcement that they'll be doing a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Casino Deposit in Yukon, Canada, aiming for completion in the 2nd qtr of this year. Haven't done any deep digging, just passing this along. Not financial advice
