CoinLoan's Estonian branch has been issued a notice of restraint of disposition by the authorities, limiting its ability to dispose of assets. This has led to the platform ceasing all operations and the collapse of its proprietary token, CLT. Anonymous sources suggest that Vauld's CEO may have used a personal account on CoinLoan to deposit corporate funds, potentially putting tens of millions of dollars at risk. Check the last sentence of the last link I posted. “Depending on the context, an average might be another statistic such as the median, or mode.” Considering that he’s splitting the total population in half, above and below what he calls “average”, we can infer, based on context, that he’s referring to the median. Also about the CLT, if I understand it correctly, if we take a sample group that is not normally distributed like you say, but also collect a bunch of other groups of samples of the same population, the means of those groups will be normally distributed

Note that the rates that they are showing you includes an extra 2% interest (XLM @ 7.2% APY) because that's the amount of interest you'd earn if you also stake their native exchange token, CLT. There is a deposit minimum for each coin, so you'll want to make sure you know what those are before depositing. I think for XLM the minimum deposit is 500 XLM.
