COCA Wallet accepted my USDT deposit but I cannot withdraw it. Support is not responding. Has anyone solved this?
Coca card - Unable to find how to deposit USDT TRC20

I've been using the COCA Card + Wallet for a few months now and everything works perfectly. The app is super smooth, the card works anywhere Visa is accepted and the cashback comes in EURC automatically every month. I'm currently on Standard+ (holding 1,000 $COCA) and I've already received around $90 in cashback, so so far I'm really happy with it. As for the regulatory part, I can't really comment on the CRS/DAC8 side, but from my experience the product itself has been working flawlessly and I've had no issues with the card or wallet. Happy to answer if you have any other questions!
I'd avoid making emotional decisions based on one bad day or one good day. Take a step back, decide whether you're investing or trading, and build a plan around that. I separate my long-term holdings from the crypto I actually spend. COCA has been useful for the spending side because it lets me use a portion of my crypto without touching the rest.I'd avoid making emotional decisions based on one bad day or one good day. Dude - no offense but having to use a specific blockchain’s crypto for gas fees is “crypto 101.” It’s not “COCA’s” fault…
Assuming you are using the real COCA Wallet, TON, as many other blockchains that are account based, require you to pay gas fees, these are paid in the in the blockchain's native token, so you will have buy some TON in order to spend the USDT.

UPD. Don’t deposit USDT to COCA. The wallet accepts your USDT without any warning, but then you can’t swap it, convert it, or even withdraw it unless you first deposit **0.2 TON**. I had to buy extra TON just to unlock my own funds. This should be clearly disclosed before people deposit their money. Support never replied.
Good news: your 20 bucks aren’t stuck because of COCA — they’re stuck because of how the TON network works, and the fix costs less than a dollar. USDT on TON is a token, and moving any token requires a small amount of native TON in the same wallet to pay network fees. That’s the 0.2 TON the app is asking for: it’s gas, not a COCA charge. Every TON wallet has this requirement. Send \~0.2 TON to your COCA address (buy it on Bybit where you came from, or any exchange, and withdraw to the same address) and your USDT becomes withdrawable again. That said, your complaint is completely legitimate on one point: the app should tell you this BEFORE you deposit, not after your funds are already sitting there. Letting users deposit tokens into a wallet with zero gas and only revealing the requirement at withdrawal is a design failure, and the silent support makes it worse. You did everything right — small test amount first, exactly how it should be done. The test worked: it cost you 20 temporarily-stuck dollars to learn how this wallet treats its users, instead of 2,000.
Sounds hella shady. I use COCA card and get 5% apy in stablecoins, no lockup period, and I thought that was good 🤣
Bleap, Bybit Card, and COCA Card have the highest cashback percentages right now but make sure you do thorough research before signing up for any of those.
I wish this post was created a few years back! Awesome effort you put into this - it's really commendable 🫡 I've hopped from several cards and currently on COCA.xyz, so its great to see it on your list 😀 one thing though, COCA's cashback is also tiered (I'm at 3% staking), I think they have cashback going up to 8% but I might be wrong. Overall, really top-tier with this comparison
Only COCA if you want self custody, decent cashback in stablecoins and an IBAN. They're MiCA compliant, which is why I stick with them.
I'm not doing a thing - got my crypto on a self custodial account (COCA card). Don't need to do a thing 😇
Non-custodial wallets are safe 😁 *gently kissing my COCA card*
Moved to COCA - self custody all the way
I am not in the EU, but I ended up with the same card setup. I use Ether.Fi card for my day to day transactions. I even staked 15,000 of their token And I have COCA card for purchases that are not in USD or EUR since EtherFi charges a 1% FX fee. Also I can take advantage of the 50% cashback on AI or Streaming depending on the tier.
been using COCA as a daily card for over a year, solid card with 6% cashback in USDC, APY and EUR IBAN. worth looking at if you want daily spending with rewards
hardware wallets like Ledger or COCA wallet for crypto beginner ☺
Well im looking to pay taxes. Trying to hide it will just fuck me up and then ato will fuck me even harder 😂soo i wanna be as compliant as possible. So sign up with Koinly with everything, gotcha. Also do you know any places where people prefer to have their crypto? maybe something where there is low fees, intrest or even cash back or some kinda different offers. Atm i only know COCA which give 6% cashback and other offers
Damn, where at the same page man, Feel more safe using COCA card im using it for a half year now and i love the rates
Why used that many? hahaha. Im just using Few Cex, then COCA card for crypto spending and savings. thats all ♥
Try using COCA wallet brother, and they have also a card ♥ 0 Swap fees ♥ and fully on your control man DYOR
I use the COCA Card and consider it the best at the moment. It offers a high percentage of cashback paid in USDC or EURC on the 10th of each month. You can load it with stablecoins or euros. You can do everything from your personal wallet.
Good that you decided to leave crypto exhcanges. Your money on exchanges are not yours, but their. When Binance once frozen my account. I decided do not use exhanges for trading and aslo spending. Found some crypto cards and hyperliqued for trading. Among all cards I’ve been using lately, COCA wallet fits me the most. Main thing for me is it’s not an exchange card and also non-custodial, so keys are only yours. As I said, with Binance / Coinbase / Bybit cards your money sits on the exchange, and if they freeze it — good luck. Do noy use guys exhcanges card and custodial products
Honestly same thing here, ppl overthink cards too. I wouldn’t keep big money on any card wallet anyway. Most make sense only for spending. I keep main funds elsewhere and just move small amount when I need it. For that use case stuff like COCA is fine — card works, UX ok, support actually answers. Solid cashback, a lot of perks for loyal customers
Honestly ppl overthink it. They all do basically same thing. Ledger/Trezor are just annoying to use, so you leave them alone = good for long hold. Tangem is faster, so ppl use it more daily. Most just split funds: keep most cold, small part in wallet you actually use. If you wanna spend crypto, makes sense to move some to card wallets like COCA and keep rest cold. It’s more about how often you sign tx than brand.
Recently read a Coingecko article featuring the 10 best crypto cards, it introduced COCA, a non-custodial Visa card that anyone can use without KYC. But do check if it's suitable and available in your country.
I use the COCA card for pretty much all my shopping. It’s super convenient, works everywhere, and honestly it’s become my main card for daily spending.
COCA card pays in rewards in crypto USDC or EURC

I use COCA card for shopping and overall it's my main card
I have been using COCA for quite some time now, and so far, it is the best crypto card for me. I can't say that it's a card for shopping because it has become my everyday card. I try not to keep a large amount of funds on it and usually top it up for my daily expenses. They offer cashback of up to 8%, APY, and discounts on hotel bookings and various events and concerts. Plus, most importantly for me, only I have the keys to my wallet to which the card is linked, and here COCA clearly wins over Bybit, Binance, Coinbase, and others, because with them, your money is in the exchange wallet (and can be frozen at any time), while with COCA, your money is in your wallet. This is much more convenient and secure.
For me, COCA wallet is the best crypto card on the market right now. Cashback 8%, APY 6% annually, subs with 50% discount and a lot of other perks. BUT, what is the most important, it is security. When you use, for example Binance, Bitget, Bybit, Coinbase cards – your funds are on the exchanges wallets. So they could be blocked in every minute and it hard to take it back. In COCA you make a deposit on your own wallet, then transfer founds to the card and you can spend. Your money in your wallet, not at exchange wallet or etc.
COCA is lame. HNTR is hookers *and* cocaine.
Maybe a Don Jr. Cocainecoin (COCA)
We all will have to agree where marketing is concerned Coke has the money to get the best the artists and creatives the world over. We can also suggest that thank fuck it’s not branded plastic YoYos. That will end up as waste like the products themselves bottles(plastics) specifically. The art will always be art and undoubtedly stunning well branded but the brand itself is dead to me. Fuck COCA-COLA. iMO
