PSH the only fast BTC I'm excited for is Nomic (NOM) launching this week-ish which opens a native BTC bridge to the COSMOS IBC
This has been a long time coming but as a comic staker I am very excited. It’s a BTC printer for staking NOM - that we got for free as an airdrop. What’s not to like about that?
So do we know when NOM will be tradeable then?

NOM (nomic) promises similar mechanics in IBC/Cosmos when it launches mainnet
I saw this scam posted on the NOM discord earlier today. Someone fell for it with a wallet that supposedly had their life savings in it. The funds are now being unstaked. Another discord user mentioned using [https://cosmoshield.org/](https://cosmoshield.org/). Just thought I would pass this along in case anyone else scammed. NOTE: i have no affiliation with this site nor have I ever used their services.
That is what I am so hopeful that NOM (cosmos) pans out into a successful project. It promises to be a BTC printing machine for stakers. I plan to use that to to stack sats.

I honestly have no idea what's taking Nom so long to get to mainnet. I do know they aren't using the Cosmos SDK tech stack but using their own stack called Orga. Also they're working on Metamask integration. here's what they said on their discord in Feb: "As time goes by, we get closer and closer to the mainnet release. All that is left is to implement the remaining bridge security enhancements, then verify the quality by ensuring every detail is airtight and hiring a security firm to audit the codebase. We'll make three final Stakenet upgrades: - Airdrop II Upgrade, including technical changes to improve the upgrade system - NBTC Upgrade, enabling sending NBTC over IBC, full bridge security, and low bridge fees - NOM Upgrade, enabling sending NOM over IBC and giving it a market price" I restake at least once a week. I have the minute to spend. Yea i'm glad at least some things are getting done. AEZ is 2.0 lite. Very lite. It used to be the allocator i regretted the most but now it's the Scheduler. Seeing all the MEV action on Eth and knowing how it could have been on Cosmos, oof it hurts. Tldr is Cosmos keeps bad MEV(front running/sandwich) to a minimum and tries to max out good MEV to give back to stakers and validators. Osmosis ProtoRev is an example, another would be paying attention to which vals use Skip and share their MEV gains with delegators. The latter is not an Atom thing unfortunately but it is on Juno, Evmos, Osmo and Terra.
I love it when I get replies from someone who knows what they are talking about. Seeing as you know things, what's taking NOM so long? For something as crucial as BTC in Cosmos, most have quit even restaking the drop. At least Atom staking is up, inflation is down a slight bit. Hopefully we can stay this course, and give a greater reason for investors to buy into Atom with replicated security, Atom economic zone, and every other term that amounts to reward sharing.

I noticed an event on mexc to earn NOM, I was skeptical about it even though the cex have been consistent in listing potential gems over the years but after reading your content I am very optimistic this gem is worth it all and I won't turn a blind eye to opportunities to get as much NOM as possible to cement my position when it skyrocket.
Cosmos ecosystem constantly making moves and is sure to explode in the coming bullrun. Especially once that BTC bridge (NOM) is up and running.
I wonder when (if?) Nomic will ever properly launch. The idea of a Cosmos / IBC Bitcoin bridge has so much potential, as does a POS that earns BTC - earning BTC is so much more compelling than just earning a random altcoin through POS. Could be huge, could be nothing, but I really hope NOM can realize its potential someday.
