Yeah if an individual has nothing to lose except their credit score …no house, no savings, retirement or brokerage accounts … and someone or some entity is stupid enough to front/loan them 125k on a debt that can be discharged in bankruptcy then yeah 👍..yolo that shit….lol.. even then the risk ain’t worth the reward.. yes it paid off and beat the odds.. the smart move would be to sell a portion of the stack and pay off the total debt plus any vig.. that should leave the person with a little over 2 coins pure profit. That way if bitcoin shits the bed the OPP is truly playing with house money.

> **So failing is not an option, and i don't think that can even happen.** Crypto prices can stay the same, and the blockchains can still function. The fact, that the space marries the success by speculative price action over measuring its productive use, is a bigger sign of the space have failed in many ways besides being a casino. > **If u look previous cycle, and i talked before, it's literally the same pattern, little high on Jan-may, then June, July drop, then august/sept heat, and f skyrocket on November/December.** Looking at historical charts as perfect foresight is a good way to get yourself rekted. Ppl used that rainbow meme and said BTC would never touch below 20K again. But it did. There are good reasons why what happened in the last cycle may not play out the same as we did in this cycle. Here is one example. In the last cycle, we start to see a whopping 20% APR on stables in the very last stage of the cycle. The leverage wasn't so crazy in the beginning. Now these crazy 10% APR+ are up everywhere. It goes to show the amount of liquidity buying spot vs leverage is so lopsided at the moment. All in all, crypto hasn't innovated much for this cycle but the amount of new avenues to help leverage trades have grown significantly, e.g. Ethena, Rune (zero interest rate borrowing), etc. More leverage means the crypto markets more rapidly price in future expectations. So it also means, it leaves a lot smaller room for price action growth. > THIS IS GREAT OPP TO BUY, ALTS ARE STIL VERY VERY CHEAP. Much of crypto is a momentum play, because ppl rarely buy to use the chain. I can still this happening in an off-positioning event. It will just mean rotating liquidity from the top as they chop down to lower ones as traders get impatient,

>By whom? The RCMP, the OPP, and the Surete du Quebec. The Ambassador Bridge blockade which featured so heavily in the government’s arguments, for example, was cleared by the OPP several days before the Act was invoked. >So were they acting or were they still deciding what to do? They *had* decided, the government was advised of their operational plan, and they *were* acting. They were on scene already and in the process of acting when the Act was invoked.

> The border issues were being resolved by the time the Act was invoked By whom? > The government was advised that the RCMP, OPP, and OPS had devised a coordinated response to the situation in Ottawa the day before the Act was invoked So where they acting or still deciding what to do?

> It has to be a national emergency that threatens the national security of Canada It was becoming a border issue. > The national elements, the border blockades, were either already dealt with or in the process of being dealt with by local police using existing tools False. You state this yourself later. > The government was advised that the RCMP, OPP, and OPS had devised a coordinated response to the situation in Ottawa the day before the Act was invoked They started moving their feet after lots of inaction precisely because the act was to be invoked.

>Not sure what Mosley is on. Facts, logic, and a sober reading of the requirements of the Act. An emergency isn't enough. It has to be a national emergency that threatens the national security of Canada and cannot be dealt with under existing legal tools. This was none of those things. The national elements, the border blockades, were either already dealt with or in the process of being dealt with by local police using existing tools at the time the Act was invoked; rather than being national in scope, the emergency was effectively localized to Ottawa. The national security of Canada was not threatened in the way that term is defined in the Act. There was no reason to believe existing legal tools, if applied, were insufficient to deal with the convoy. >The province officials and police department completely failed in mounting a response, so the feds stepped in. The government was advised that the RCMP, OPP, and OPS had devised a coordinated response to the situation in Ottawa the day before the Act was invoked. They were quite literally in the process of mounting a response when the feds stepped in. There was no need for their intervention at that point at all.

Why do you think the applicants aren't working around the clock to get their shit together by launch day? SEC has all but verbally approved. I think pretty much all the actual ETFs are going to be good to go the day after approval. The trip up opportunity is just a matter of communicating it to the retirement fund managers in advance in order to make sure it is available to consumers in their portfolio options right out of the gate. I can tell you my open enrollment is right now and I will definitely be reaching out to my company's fund manager this week. Hopefully he is down with OPP, I mean, BTC.
