It's Starling, they have no branches. The PSR rules are strict in the UK, since last year refunds are harder to dodge for them, with APP frauds.

Literally the whole article: LONDON, July 14 (Reuters) - A committee in Britain's parliament has told payment firms Visa and Mastercard to justify recent rises in their card transaction fees after the country's payments regulator expressed concerns. The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) told the Treasury Committee last week that the increases in card fees showed the market was "not working well", according to correspondence published by the committee on Thursday.

It's completely different from stocks. When you value a company you can try to forecast its free cash flow to equity and discount it by the cost of capital. You can work with metrics like P/E, PSR, EV/EBIT, or Price/Book. When it comes to crypto, you'll need to look much beyond because you don't have a free cash flow to discount. You may have a cost of capital, but not a free cash flow. In 2019, Chainlink (LINK) did a partnership with hedera (novel blockchain structure) and I decided to grab it after reading an article on Seeking Alpha. Then I've decided to move on to other oracles like BAND and mainly DIA that is constantly adding new sources of data. There was no free cash flow to discount. You have to trust the team, project, its utility and importance to crypto.
