Crypto learning curve alert! It happens to the best of us. Selling XRP for BTC could be smart, but this whole market's shaky right now. Maybe hold off on buying anything just yet and see where things settle. Spend more time on doing research than investing while following the KOLs. Always follow the hotter narratives like BRC20, Memecoin mania(ROCK, WIF, TRUMP) and keep a good portion of the portfolio in hardcore utility tokens/protocols(oracles) like BAND, LINK and DIA. Some oracle projects like DIA are adopting/integrating with BRC20 as well. Honestly, this might be a good time to take a break from actively trading and focus on solid projects with real use cases.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

There's no bad time to invest in cryptos. It only depends on how much stamina you have to hodl just in case prices starts to drop. As per recommendations, Bitcoin and Ethereum are your best bets. Alts like LINK, DIA, AIOZ, BAND, etc. But of course, don't take my words for it, you should dig in deeper in these projects for better understanding.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

For such a long time frame, diversification would be the most important point to focus. As I am a relatively cautious investor I'd stick heavily into large caps, meaning 50-60% into Bitcoin and Ethereum, no others. With such amounts I'd stake Ethereum on chain. Then I'd allocateabout 30% into large caps, let's say 20! Would have to look into it properly to make a selection but surely would include Solana, Avalanche, ChainLink, VeChain, Polkadot, Injective, etc. Would stake everything I could here too. It's important to keep in mind that from these coins, most likely in 10 years many maight go to zero, or close to it. Everyone should remember EOS, the most promising ETH killer 5-6 years go. Finally the remaining 10% or so, I'd go into small caps, with high risk and high moonshot potential, whith HUGE diversification, let's say 100 coins! I'd surely add up the coins that I've been looking into recently like URUS, BAND, DIA, ORDI, DAFI, AGIX, etc. Here 90% or more of the tokens should go to zero or close to it oin 10 years time, but the survivoes surely should have exploded and compensated the losses of all the others. I gues that for a set & forget strategy this would be the one, with just more thought needed when it comes to pick the whole token list, but the percentages would be something like this for sure.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

If you are beginner, I guess I'd stick with Bitcoin and Ethereum. Venturing a bit further any token inside a DEX could also work. I've been an oracle enthusiast for long, so LINK, DIA or BAND would also do. I'd also give a go on moving some funds around on a not too expensive chain (BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, etc would do to learns how wallets and so on works.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Now we have something to monitor their activities. Maybe we'll see same data on LINK, DIA, TRB, or BAND as well.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

DCA is the way in, buying dips too as a top up. I've seen good profits too on many tokens: AIOZ, DIA, BAND, etc. >Fuck me, how do you even take profits? My take is that every token than at EOD has a 50% price hike relatively to the previous day is extremely likely to retrace, and that's where I take profits. If it's a long holding which I believe in, I don't take more than 25% of the chips from the table. If it's a quick flip I can cash out - there are always many many available oportunities.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

How do you feel about API3 as a project? How about the price action and growth potential? I've been tracking these since the last bull (API3 and BAND) but it feels like it's a winner takes all kinda deal. (LINK)

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

I am so heavy in LINK that I can't wait for its return to top 10 and over $40 price tag, where I plan to take big profits, maybe 30-40% of my bag. I've been also grabbing some smaller cap oracles, namely BAND and DIA. Very bullish on the oracle space and it's LINK king!

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

I share your bullish sentiment on LINK. A potential 2x increase seems plausible within the next 1-2 months. Alongside LINK, I'm also diversifying with other oracle projects like DIA and BAND, while I'd be adding SUPRA the moment it has its TGE.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

I don't have any LINK but I have some BAND which is a similar project. Wanted to go for the underdog cause I'm a degenerate

Mentions:#LINK#BAND
r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

I feel you, but many times we have to go against our guts! I took profits last Friday on multiple tokens with over 30% gains, namely DIA and BAND, because such gains in a day, more often than not, are followed by a retracement. I was kind of lucky because soon after there was a big general downturn. Now I'll buy back in a couple of purchases (like mini DCA) to increase my overall holdings. Buy the dip & take profits on pumps, because you'll neve make money selling at a loss.

Top oracle - just like DIA, BAND, API3, LINK, PYTH.

Another data oracle coming up. There's no doubt its captured the hearts of many investors. But I think it got a lot to do if it needs to catch up with DIA, or BAND, presently. Not to talk of LINK.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

I'm certain that ETH will. It did on the fake announcement, so why not. I also watched LINK, DIA, and BAND pump too. But besides the ETH & BTC ETFs, I also think there's also a proposition of a LINK ETF. I know I've seen that somewhere.

I have a few LINK for oracles; I sold my BAND before. What about the crypto payment solution narrative? I have XTP, and I'm using the service while waiting for the altcoin to get listed on a new exchange.

BAND does not look bad, but does not look good either.

Anyone have any thoughts on BAND? Would it be a good pick up?

Mentions:#BAND

I agree. But I think we won't see any parabolic run post-bitcoin halving. But if there's any project I have a deep interest in myself, it's got to be DIA, PYTH, BAND, & INJ. And while Injective might have gone rogue, I think the other three are just warming up and could go INJ's way. I won't expect anything less than a 15-20x pump from DIA in this bull market tbh.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

I'm with you on this one; it looks like we're headed for a bullish run leading up to the Bitcoin halving. And it's not just Chainlink in my opinion; many data oracle projects have seen significant pumps, like DIA, BAND, and so on. TRB is also getting close to its all-time high again. It's shaping up to be an interesting time.

We all remember that big fake ETF approval news from earlier this week, right? It caused a massive spike in trading. To answer your question, yes, it does work. Personally, I have earned significant profits from trading BAND, DIA, LINK, ETH, and BTC.

Right, and to be honest...at this point they really have no major competitors. Certainly not concerned with BAND passing them up.

Mentions:#BAND
r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Well, I don't think so. Or at least, I don't want to believe so. Many analysts have made predictions in the past that didn't pan out, showing that the market moves in its own way. However, I'm not without hope. I do believe that BTC will see a significant rise during the next bull run, possibly a parabolic run like we've never seen before. But most importantly, oracles like Injective protocol, DIAdata, Chainlink, & BAND are also on my radar for a potential surge. Let's see how it all unfolds.

Why does BAND need a token?

Mentions:#BAND
r/SatoshiStreetBetsSee Comment

My aproach on Data is clearly indirect with the biggest conviction bets on oracles, namely LINK, DIA and BAND. However it's clearly accumulation stage, as just LINK is giving baby baby steps towards possible monetization. From the mentioned projects I'm mostly aware of Ocean, which I hold, however it's hard to profit from our own data, I mean who would want to buy it, right?! The closest thing to monetizing our own data might be Brave browser and BAT, which protects our data from being scraped, however we, users, just profit from watching adds, not from our own data directly

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

>fractionalizing real world assets This is close to the pinnacle of the potential of DeFi, specially if real estate is considered. However I believe we are miles and miles away, namely in terms of regulations and laws, which would allow smart contracts to be legally binding! When it comes to technicals, oracles like LINK, DIA or BAND have been answering the calls of the market to have live price data on NFTs in order to allow its use in the DeFi space as collateral, for staking, etc. This is definitely a great use case which would bring tons of liquidity to the slow and illiquid real estate market, but sadly I believe it's still miles and miles away.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

I find it pretty curious how the hell isn't LINK on that list... that's arguably the single protocol which handles more data on the whole crypto space... so if that's not big data, what would it be? I also wonder why is DIA considered big data, and BAND isn't... what's the fundamental difference? I'd see both of those (and LINK too) as oracles...

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

None of the 3 mentioned coins would enter my top 3 undervalued crypto coins for long term investment. My picks would be; OCEAN, a marketplace for unlocking data for AI; FET, a platform to build and deploy AI at sale; and BAND an oracle platform.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

>I made a lot of money, but I also lost a lot of money That's literally what happened to me! Now I'm clearly playing a way slower game! You mentioned your DeFi watchlist with the mention on an Oracle free lending platform. I wonder how does it work, because I'm really bullish on the oracle space, and that's actually one of my strongest conviction bets (LINK, BAND and DIA mostly). And if new tech is rising making oracles redundant, I want to be on top of it!

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

I am not sure about a total revolution, as (some of ) the traditional finance is clearly already in the crypto space, either innovating, investing or who knows acquiring... I am very keen on the success of this transition (rather than revolution) which I believe will bring a lot of attention to the unspoken niche of the crypto space: Oracles (LINK, BAND, API3, DIA, etc) which will play a major role connecting the two worlds: TradFi and DeFi. Link is already working with the big buys at VISA, Mastercard and many big banks for settlements to be done on-chain. And... LINK is currently trading at $6,21...

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

Really interesting indeed! Still on early stages, as I understood it's just available on Switzerland, but joining major payment networks should be a question of time, if it gets the demand. Chainlink have been working with the big payment services Visa and Mastercard (alongside a fez banks) to develop a solid payment system based on blockchain technology. This makes me very bullish on oracles as main price data providers (I currently own LINK, BAND and DIA). Going forward, I believe this sort of card will get a major adoption as it has full compliance with the swiss banking laws, which will bring confidence to its users. Looing forward to give it a go!

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

>The theory is that adding uncorrelated assets can make a diversified portfolio less volatile. As a result, you'll get a higher return and a lower risk. (explaining in simple terms). Allegedly, that's the only "free lunch" in investing, right?! I see crypto as a good investment vehicle on early stages, but it's hard to invest in uncorrelated crypto assets. All is linked to Bitcoin, which in its turn is linked to tech. So, looking macro, it's definitely the same sort of asset. Looking on a small scale, of course there's potential for diversification within many niches from infrastructure to gaming. On my portfolio, I have a mild diversification on the infrastructure level, with clear bets on ETH & friend and a few punts on other ones like Polkadot and Cosmos. I just get broader diversification on the data niche, namely oracles which I currently hold 3: LINK, BAND and DIA. What are your thoughts on uncorrelated crypto assets?

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

I got a pretty diversified portfolio with heavier allocations to large caps with BTC and ETH making over half of my crypto stash. Then maybe MATIC would follow as I've been buying it a lot recently. Smaller caps with decent allocations would be LINK, DIA and BAND worth mentioning.

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

So many... specially after the CZ / Binance FUD! I am taking the advantage to buy the dip on LINK and DIA already to lower my entry into these crucial projects for the DeFi space as we know it: Oracles. Also have eyes on BAND too. If the FUD intensifies, BNB should be the token to suffer the most, but I don't believe the BSD chain is anyhow in danger, so big dips might turn into an HUGE short/mid term swing trade!

r/CryptoCurrencySee Comment

LINK is by far the largest and the best of the oracle network tokens. (Others include BAND and TRB). Oracle tokens are currently utilized mostly by Defi applications (such as AAVE, COMP, etc.), connecting smart contracts with real world data (such as current prices) onto the respective blockchain. LINK is utilized most notably within the Ethereum network, but also by Avalanche and Solana to name a few.

Every big project was small one day. I have plenty of small-cap projects in my portfolio (eg: FET, EQ, GLMR, DIA, BAND, CQT). > how do you determine the potential of these coins, and what kind of research do you conduct before making an investment decision? This is the hardest part. I engage with the community first. Then I read the docs, how the project works, and what (and how) it intends to solve. For Polkadot parachains, I study their case studies on Substrate. It's hard work, but it can be very profitable if you wait.

RUNE is a very big part of my portfolio. ADA & XRP, just a little bit. I'm also a big supporter of LINK, DIA, and BAND. I see their efforts with adoption, partnerships, PR at events and all and I just feel that they are all long term choices.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Well, DCA is always the best strategy. However, I don't think I'll ever put that much into BTC itself. DCAing into other alts, LINK, DIA, and BAND, for instance, making gains, and putting them into BTC is my strategy. But I guess we are all cool with different things.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Looks pretty much like it. We are seeing the same pattern from the previous circle as well. Besides ETH, also think that LINK and low-cap alternatives like DIA, or BAND have also bottomed. Well, no one will predict the bull run until it's half way to the top. So, I guess just buying a little every now and then is a safe bet.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

BNB is really good choice. I made a lot from BNB in the last run. I hope to do it again if the rally continues. I think CZ, Binance, and BNB deserves all the attention they are getting now. The last known development from Binance that I know is the release of a data oracle for the BSC that's supposed to compete with projects like LINK, DIA, or BAND; altho I think latter oracles already got good standing. Well, generally bullish on the market.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Well, TBH, it's the first time I'll see POKT. And I'm not sure I'll be taking a deeper look into that either. If need be, there are some good alternatives to LINK, as data oracles, I think will also stay top 10 in their categories with time. DIA, BAND, & TRB. I'll give those more props than POKT.
