Crypto onramp/offramp has been made intentionally difficult to prevent people from leaving our banking system. I recently read that asynchronous backing will reduce the parachains' block time to 6 seconds and the entire TPS will be much faster. I love DOT, but quantity isn't quality. Great idea. I've been on the opposite end and have been exploiting in games for 30+ years and have botted many times. Back in the EQ/WoW days if a GM thought you were cheating they'd send you a message. If you didn't reply, they'd teleport you somewhere random and watch the bot fuck up and then ban you. A bot detecting AI could do all of that and then some. Pretty neat idea. Not sure I like it though because finding exploits is 94% of the fun.

are you claiming that ALL of drum and bass music is on vinyl? no obviously you arent. SOME DJs use vinyl to make the music. people dont often use vinyl in their day to day lives- and that is what we are trying to build here. If you say BTC is the vinyl of blockchain, I would agree with you. it is cumbersome, slow, expensive, old, rarely used by the next generations... but does exactly what it said it would do, and it does it well. The thing is people want to do more with their music than just listen to a whole album start to finish. they want podcasts that run for 3 hours, or a skip function, a play on loop option. they want to be able to email a song to their friends, or create their own playlists, change the EQ without an external amp. It is all well and good to say it sounds better. but it is not functionally better than current digital music. in the same way BTC is very secure, but it is not even close to being functionally as good as ETH, ADA, ALGO, or any other major SC blockchain.
