AI and RWA is the narrative. AI: $TAO, $FET, $AKT, $RND RWA: $ONDO I would norecommend getting some meme coins as well (small bag, nothing fancy). Memecoins are easy to understand for speculants who have no idea about investing or crypto whatsoever. $PEPE, $PENGU, $DODGE

Avax, INj and Link for a “saver” play. IMX, BEAM, FET and AKT for more risk.

You can have a look at AKT (Akash) or HBAR

I'm keeping an eye on AVAX and INJ too, but they’ve already had solid runs. If you're after undervalued coins with strong fundamentals, maybe check out Akash (AKT) or Render (RNDR) - both are actually being used and are still flying under the radar. Personally, I like to pair fundamentals with execution. If I'm sold on a small-cap early, I'll use BananaGun to catch the first block on launch. Not financial advice, just the only way I’ve been able to get decent entries before the rest of the crowd.

AKT - Akash Network Is a solid play in the DePIN space. It’s a decentralized cloud marketplace that’s cheaper, censorship-resistant, and a great alternative to centralized providers like AWS. With Web3 growing fast, the demand for scalable, private infrastructure is only going up. Akash has strong tokenomics (staking rewards + deflationary mechanics) and real-world utility, making it a standout in the sector. Add in its first mover advantage and growing partnerships, and it’s hard not to be bullish on where this is heading. Feels like a no-brainer for DePIN growth.

2018 I wanted to learn to trade… sub $25k account so PDT rules apply. So I went to FX and crypto…. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, it took me a while… 1st bought BTC around 5k and panic sold for a loss lolz… anyways, chased the 21 pump and got rekd spring 2021… held my meager sats on block-fi, thankfully moved them out a month b4 they collapsed… traded them for ATOM and was LPing it on osmosis with UST… so dodged the bullet but got hit by a bus… Anyways, I DeFid the winter and kept myself about delta neutral… I had a bunch of MOONs I earned (some I bought) and I took a portion of that and started my official BTC bag in the autumn of 2023… Reddit killed MOON and I sold the dead cat bounce and put the rest into BTC. I bought the dips through late 23 and all the big dips of 2024… I still hold a little bit of cosmos stuff (mostly AKT) but I plan to sell that early next year. Then I’ll be 100% BTC from here on out… I’m just gonna watch and see what is happening next year. If we really, truly go sovereign wealth, I’ll hodl forever. If it doesn’t happen (my guess) I’ll be looking to exit most of my BTC w a plan to re-enter w all available cash in about 18 months… I’ll be DCAing a small portion of every check into my trading account till next winter and still DCA in after that for next cycle…

Pick how much risk you want: Low risk: 80% BTC - 20% ETH Medium Risk: 40% mix of BTC/ETH then some larger Alts like SOL, SUI, RENDER High Risk: No BTC or ETH. 40% larger Alts then add Mid Caps like AKT, SUPER. Then add in some coins in the $50-100 million MC range.

I've posted about this before, but DEC for the Decentr browser is a MUCH better shout. It's a fully functioning web3-native browser, built on cosmos SDK - this means it is IBC-enabled and can natively transfer between other cosmos SDK chains. They are onboarding trusted data brokers for browse to earn, only tied to the Decentr ID, so privacy-focussed. Because they are IBC-enabled, they are integrating other IBC chains to their browser for intuitive UI. The DEC token itself is used to pay out for browse to earn, however data brokers will need to purchase the data using DEC, increasing demand. Additionally, the integrated apps will be purchased using DEC (but will be swapped to the relevant token as part of that process/transaction - DEC will effectively be the universal currency). There will also be direct debit card to DEC wallet support, so an all-in-one browser to access web3 intuitively and simply using the token. They have already integrated Sentinel (DVPN), which is a decentralised VPN service, meaning a browser with a private identity, using VPN services which aren't traced to an individual (unless using a debit card to purchase) - if you were really inclined, using the secret tokens (e.g., SAtom to move from one wallet to another) on Secret Network would also mean any swaps are hidden without a viewing key. They are actively working to integrate JKL, AKT and ORAI, which offer decentralised storage, computing and AI services respectively. Currently 300k market cap, but reached 2mil in the Dec 23 mini-bull - insanely low. Sitting at $0.003 with ATH of $0.50. Not financial advice, but I can't see how a cosmos-sdk web 3 browser, with integration for the DePin projects in the ecosystem, would stay so low MC-wise. Only issue at the moment is small pools and no CEX listings (they apparently have AscendEx, but I think it is the old ERC20 token). But otherwise, active project, great concept tech-wise, and financially very low MC. Would need to purchase via the Cosmos ecosystem at the moment, which may well be very lucrative prior to a major CEX listing... Keplr wallet, then ATOM or OSMO to Osmosis DEX would be the route from a CEX. The browser is already well established and functions really well. Picking up steam on Twitter at the moment and is 400% up in the last week or so (which was also ATL).

I got in, early 2021... after making mistake sin 2018... I rode the red, took the ass kicking, averaged in and took another asskicking... I spent the last winter compounding ATOM staking and filling a few (mostly worthless) bags... Thankfully I moved 25% of my MOONs into BTC a little over a year ago...When reddit "sunsetted" RCPs I was done... That was my last. I put everything into BTC, I shifted around whatever wasn't staked and I just stacked sats. I was buying in the 20s 40s and 50s... Do I have monster sack? No... Do I have enough to feel good? Yes... Ive covered my losses from the cosmos (yes including my LUNA losses)... But ya, Im done with ALTs too... I have a little baggie of AKT that Im gonna hold to see what happens. The rest is in BTC, and Im OK with that position... Next cycle Im going cash gang, and averaging into BTC again through the winter and will probably HODL that for an unclear period of time....

Hi everyone, I'm new to crypto and looking for advice. I recently bought about $50 of 8 coins (so about $400 total) - BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, UNI, AVAX, AKT, and NEAR. I'm hearing good things are to come this October, and also following the US election. I take it all with a grain of salt but I'd like to try my hand and get some new coins or some more of the coins I have before the start of October. So here's some questions if anyone feels compelled to offer their thoughts: What's the deal with October? Is it just people anticipating the election and buying more, driving up prices? What are your thoughts on my strategy of buying small amounts of 8 coins? Am I just fucking myself with Coinbase service fees? Should I have put more into BTC? In this last week of September, what are your recommendations on coins? In particular I'd like to know of any coins that people suspect will rise in the short term. Should I put a little more money into any of the 8 I already have? Realistically, should I just chill the fuck out and not invest any more cause this whole thing is a crapshoot and mostly for fun? I don't have a ton of money to play with and want to be safe with where it goes. Thanks in advance for your thoughts. Good luck to you all.

BTC is safest but if playing with smaller amounts you could do a lot worse than my portfolio which is currently: 50% ETH. 25% RENDER 10% SOL 10% ASI (FET & AGIX) 5% AKT.. - Sam Altman - GPU compute will become the most precious commodity on Earth… hence my portfolio is aligned to that.. & the L1s the transactions will be processed on.

I so much like your crypto portfolios based on utility breakdown. Anyone looking to diversify their portfolio would consider this. However, there is still more to add to the list based on utilities and trends. This includes: DePIN: This includes coins that are dominant in Decentralized Telecoms, Decentralized Cloud computing and AI Data and Intel Provenance. These are projects like Helium (HNT), Akash (AKT), and the Rivalz Network (RIZ), respectively. RWA: This includes coins that are dominant in terms of allowing users to buy traditional assets like real estate, art, bonds, and equity as digital tokens. These are projects like Centrifuge (CFG), Ondo Finance, and Mantra.

I find the bitcoin or nothing attitude amusing. While there are a lot of shitcoins out there, there are a lot of alt coins with specific business case purposes out there, which many of which have outperformed bitcoin in the last year or two. While there are many I would recommend, my favorite is AKT. It provides computing power which is rented out by AI companies, among others, and it has 20Xed in the last year. To make matters more amazing, It can be stored on a ledger wallet while staked at 20% on Keplr. Hard to beat. I take the earnings and split it between more AKT and Bitcoin. That said, it is volatile. So, you have to have the balls to weather the ups and downs. I don’t trade it, so I’m not concerned. Bitcoin is the most stable and consistent, but not the most profitable. There are quite a few few solid alt coins out there. But there is more crap than quality. Do your homework for sure.

r/CryptoMarketsSee Comment

Trading is a competition. The shorter the timeframe we looking to buy and sell the make a profit, the more competitive it is. Quarterly and yearly holding times are safer for non-professionals. A safe approach is to split a $10,000 account across 9 crypto ($1,000) each, and $1,000 is cash or stablecoin. Wait for big volatility spikes to take some off to bring the balance back down to $1,000. Also, on dips (~10%) buy some more to bring the balance back to $1,000. So we should always have some cash. If we leverage our account, a normal 10% move (which is noise in crypto) will wipe us out. Only the broker and the broker's kids benefit from this. I have 10 alts:: 5 of these are: 1. FET 2 AKT 3. STX 4. DOGE 5. AERO Plus bitcoin ETF in a Tax-Advantage account 1. IBIT 2. BTCC.B
