I literally JUST went through this within the last 5 days. Amazing opportunity for a home in an insanely difficult area to purchase in. My thoughts here will be scrutinized but whatever. This was my situation. House was up for substantial discount due to tight timeline of the seller. Wanted to be in contract in less than 30days, and with the holiday they knew it would be tight. I wasn't planning on buying a house so not really armed with what I needed (was putting cash into BTC and investments, building our family, etc because of the current housing environment). My upside on the home, if purchased with appropriate offer and minimal updating would have aligned to the speculative growth of BTC. The area is very expensive and I could easily killed it on the homes future value. More so if there's an inflow of liquidity and easing of rates in the environment. Like some have said, my plan was: 1. Have BTC ready for sale 2. Put in offer 3. If accepted, sell the BTC (minimum needed) for the home, knowing that by the time Id close, ETF would prob launch anyway and pump the market. 4. Use/apply for HLOC asap to repurchase as much of the sold BTC as I could without being too crazy. Balancing HLOC and mortgage payments into a monthly target that I can easily handle no matter what the outcome. It's a bit risky, but the home I went after was in a PRIME location and there was nothing but upside. I however, didn't put in the highest bid and I'm awaiting the other buyers outcome. In the end, you're in a great position if you have enough to cover a house in full. Just remember that today's housing market is questionable at best. You'll buy, then the value will probably spike with the coming reverse market crash, then drop below what you might have paid. Just be ready for remorse lol. Bottom line is securing housing (especially if it's your "forever home") and carrying no mortgage, is a massive win. Just be sure if you're mortgage free to use any disposable monthly cash to reinvest in your future/retirement. Basically swapping your mortgage for a more robust retirement strategy.
The best gaming coin for a 20x is by fucking FAR $PRIME. I have a decent bag thats doubled, but its still barely top 250. Go look at some videos of what theyre doing. Its actually a super sick game and really cool concept and they can use the word AI while promoting it heh. I have a buddy inna reasonably ‘inner circle’ CT group and theres plenty of chatter about it; accumulation is still happening so decent entry still.
