Any other chain I have used? ETH, Matic, BNB, SOL, LTC, BTC. They all are single operation chains. On ADA if i want to move every coin and NFT in my wallet I can select them all and hit send. RUNE is multi chain but because it has to interact with the other chains it is oly as fast as they are. Are there other chain out there that you can vote with? I mean IDK. but so far ADA is the most efficient chain to use to do a bunch of various things while other chains excel at doing 1 thing well.

Many crypto start out as a token and eventually become a native coin. Often (maybe usually) there is a bridge to help swap assets. RUNE ERC20 (and also BNB chain) is deprecated. Thorchain has its own blockchain and RUNE is the gas and accounting token for it. It used to have erc20 and bep20 equivalents but these were deprecated. Exchanges might still use them but thorchain does not support them.
Thorchain has its own blockchain with its coin RUNE. All other tokens like erc20 or bep20 are no longer being supported, best thing you can do is buy RUNE via thorchain using your bitcoin/ethereum/doge/ltc/bch/avax wallet. You can generate a thorchain wallet on your ledger if you have one.
1800 RUNE total fees, 0.03% slippage. So about 0.3% of costs in total. Pretty big but still insane they can do such a big streaming swap with such low slippage

Laddering out of everything except BTC/ETH/SOL when price targets are met (in most cases at 80% of ATH). Keeping smaller bags of RNDR/AVAX/LINK/MATIC/RUNE/AR. I’m not keen on watching $400k turn into $90k again.
Kadena is my long term hold. Do some research into it and you will see, they solved the "trilemma" for one. They have some very interesting solutions to our everyday problems with crypto, look up "Spirekey". Plenty to look forward to. ATH is around 28$, currently around 1.30$. But don't just take my word for it, there is plenty of information out there. I'm not going all in, but steadily adding to my bag and patiently waiting. Also RUNE is my second hold, it's fundamentally sound and def worth some attention. But as we all know DYOR. That's it for now.

Tough to say. It's one of those coins (including LINK, SOL and AVAX) that pumped the hardest during the BTC ETF rally. But it could just be because the coins that pumped the hardest during that rally were the coins that were shorted the most, which also happened to be the coins that had the most utility (apart from AVAX, which IMO sucks). I personally don't hold any RUNE at the moment (been buying and dumping for profit recently), but it's certainly one I'm open to buying again ... personally. NFA

If this isn’t a bounce, RUNE is good for making some money but be careful, DYOR - the coin is volatile as hell and can move in huge swings. I picked some up during this dip, but I mainly bought up SOL and AVAX. If someone is new to RUNE, I recommend buying on the dip of your candle setting and then a stop-loss somewhere just above entry, because it can go up 20% in a day but won’t stay there all day… like I said, crazy volatility

Hi thank you for taking your time to reply. No I don't have any AVAX stuck. But I just feel for the affected holders. I know security is paramount. But let me put this in another perspective. I think everyone will be damn pissed if they can't access their funds in the banks or CEX. A few hours or 1 day downtime is probably acceptable. But weeks are just totally unheard of in a centralized entity. As a RUNE holder, I just hope to see an improved reliability of service.
So you hold RUNE but you think Thorchain is a DEX? WTF? You didn't even do the basics? Thorchain is NOT a DEX. It's a cross-chain infrastructure on which OTHER developes have built dApps. Just to give an example: The people behind Thorswap are a different set of developers than the ones working on the blockchain. They share the name which is misleading but it's not the same entity. Also Xdefi uses Thorchain for swaps. But again, NOT the same entity as Thorchain itself. So please if you want to spread FUD please at least get the basics right otherwise it's just ridiculous

Don't use more than 30% of your savings. Buy BTC, ETH, SOL, RUNE, INJ, LINK, ATOM, MONERO... Then wait until 2025. You can still keep buying more while you wait for the peak. It's actually really good strategy to by a bit every second week or once a month but never use all of your savings. If for some reason shit hits the fan you will still have money. Remember to sell and take profit and don't get too greedy. After you sell your crypto Invest in something else for about 1.5-2y as there is no point to hold crypto during bear market. Buy when crypto is really cheap, like 75-99% down, don't be afraid. Keep your crypto always in your personal wallet, keep your seed words in two or three places. Never loose them. For example you could make a text file with your seed words in it, then use Veracrypt or something similar to create encrypted volume and save that file there. Save encrypted volume file in multiple places. Never share your seed words with anyone ever. If someone asks for your seed words he is 100% scammer. Never keep your coins on exchange or you will eventually loose them. Don't connect your savings wallet to any contracts. If you want to use some contract create another wallet and move funds you want to use with contract to new wallet. Never cut corners with security.
About time to consider trading on the DEX. More and more CEX are going to censor you. There is no censorship on a DEX. You can trade some assets from different chains such as BTC, ETH, LTC, RUNE,CACAO, etc.

I personally running some trading bots on a side that generate money for me I found nice copy trading settings that turned 20 usd to 200 on RUNE currency, then reinvesting it into bitcoin basing on RSI indicator when its low and then seeing the same amount when RSI is at its highest. That allows you to slowly multiply your money and available bitcoin.

I held dia back in the day. It never took off. Chainlink has absolutely dominated the oracle category. All competitors wrecked. RUNE is cool. I like cross chain protocols. FET is the dominant AI play. I just think AI is all hype and they have been around awhile and never delivered a product people use. Correct me if im wrong. Ocean has been around awhile. Never looked into it. Im more into new coins that dont have bagholders from the previous bull that have been waiting years to dump when they break even again. Haven't heard of fluid. Cool, but that still does not constitute a use case. And eventually lending will get turned off again, diluting the supply.
