I’ve been roasted for making vaguely positive comments about XRP too. Meanwhile most of the darlings of this sub performed like shit. CRO, ONE, ROSE, etc. The exceptions are ALGO and XLM which have usually been spoken well of here and have had a great month.
I've been holding a few hundred ERGO for a few years now and I'm in the green and believe in the project a lot. Looking forward to the future wanting to diversify, with high potential upside and relatively (to other crypto) minimal risk, I am looking at solid tech and fundamentals similar to ERGO. Bitcon and Ettherum are out of the question since it would now take tremendous amount of capital to move the percentage needle for these 2, plus a few other reasons (Bitcon being a trick pony, Ettherum having spaghetti architecture and code). So far, the following got my interest: XLM, XRP, ADA, HBAR, ROSE, and KDA. We have analytics on ADA that shows the most upside and least risk so it's already in. If I were to buy in 2 more before the stampede into crypto after the Thanksgiving what would you recommend? I am not deep into the tech in these latter 5 but HBAR's appeal is its unique consensus protocol implementation, while ROSE has a silicon-valley pedigree with real partnerships and has the most upside of the rest. What do you guys think?

You're looking for rationale in an industry where reasons barely exist, an industry where cartoon frogs, dogs and monkeys are worth billions of dollars in market cap. If you want to be profitable in this industry, you need to think like a whale. Like, thinking real hard where they will put their money next, or which markets they will game next. Their moves are quite predictable too. Like right now, CTSI is being pumped. Next would be CELR and ROSE. It goes round and round.
They'll "stay", but they won't go anywhere. Remember that projects can stay and be "good projects" without retaining any of their former value or market cap. The top 100-300 coins are littered with such projects - ALGO, FLOW, EOS, NEO, XTZ, ROSE, NANO. None of these projects are "dead", they all have development, but they'll bleed into infinity against Bitcoin until the end of time. Marrying an altcoin is just asking for disappointment. Even things like ETH and SOL won't be darlings forever, and even if they stick around long term, they'll still bleed against Bitcoin.

You nailed it perfectly, the logical thing to do right now is to DCA and keep stacking. I have been doing that for most of my AI tokens with NAI, TAO and ROSE been my major holdings.

Fact of the matter is with BTC and ETH, you may have less risk (not by much compared to solid alt projects) but marketcap is already too high such that the upside is unlikely to yield multiples of your investment. I predict both may at most double. But with solid projects they might have a slightly higher (but still higher) risk however we're talking about 10x's at least. If I were to list from my exhaustive research, these slightly higher risk very high reward alts would be ERGO, ROSE, ADA, HBAR
I don't think it is time to start dcaing, we need time to monitor the market and see where it is headed before making any decision, but while doing that i will my eyes glued on AI projects like NAI, TAO and ROSE.
