Aurora Price Prediction 2024: What is AURORA?
The Aurora Reddit Community x r/CryptoCurrency AMA is live! Ask us anything about Aurora, a Layer 2 Blockchain on NEAR built as a scaling solution for ETH which is the only L2 that uses "ETH" as the base token for Transactions.
What is the biggest bear case against NEAR Protocol?
The market seems to be recovering, what fundamental tokens should I buy?
Massively scalable and extremely fast ETH scaling solution: Aurora
The MASSIVELY scalable and EXTREMELY low fees scaling solution you were looking for: AURORA (and why its pumping today)

AURORA is NFT blockchain gaming. But in terms of community, there is still a large audience in the gaming world that has yet to meet the crypto and blockchain industry. What are your plans to reach these people and make your voice heard by all gamers?"
I would like to know if you've completed any security audits? Perhaps by third-parties? We've seen dozens of hacks, exploits and stuff like that this year, What measures have been taken to protect #AURORA community from it?
Are you hopeful that AURORA will return to its ATH? Down like 150x, what a buy it could be atm...
Owning AURORA is not a requirement to work on Aurora network.
😅 It's mainly a governance token. https://twitter.com/sanket_naikwadi/status/1461748914583838723 With the launch of Aurora.Plus some utility are coming to life, Now you can get Free transactions. AND Earn ecosystem rewards: Stake your AURORA to receive not only additional AURORA tokens, but also tokens from partner projects throughout the Aurora ecosystem! Shape the future of Aurora: 20% of AURORA tokens are allocated to community projects. How these funds are given is decided by AURORA stakers, and in return, those projects will allocate a portion of their own tokens to both the community treasury and Aurora stakers! Win, win, win!
What’s makes AURORA different compared to other Layer2 options and what is the long term goal ?
At this moment, surely 1 BTC. During a Bullrun, id pick Near, Link, and Matic. Then, Veracity, Kusama, and Dot. To finish, the last two would be AURORA and QNT.
Rate my portfolio ETH- 50% MATIC- 5% METIS- 5% OP- 5% SKALE- 5% LRC- 5% IMX- 5% GALA - 5% BOBA- 5% AURORA - 5% GNO- 5%
Reddit finally beginning to hear about NEAR. Meanwhile I've already made my money on NEAR TRI AURORA PAD and just took part in the BSTN lockdrop. Don't get me wrong NEAR is great but if you are hearing about it first on Reddit you are late to the party.
Anyone want to let me know more about NEAR and it’s EVM compatible sub chain AURORA? Seems like it’s the L1 of moment but it’s rise is another that has completely slipped me by, and it’s never talked about on here (like most things I guess). Any promising/different projects to look out for on it or Aurora? Anything that sets it apart from other L1s?

Anything you're buying now, never go all in. But buy in bits through DCA. NEAR is a good one. You can check AURORA; its layer 2 scaling solution or OIN; stablecoin issuance platform Both are ecosystem projects, with an active community.
The thing is 99% of DEFI is just copy-paste and if there is any innovation, its usually in the tokenomics, which you need to evaluate your future position, but you dont need that to actually use DEFI. Ive used TERRA, Harmony, AVAX, AURORA/Near, BSC, Ethereum .... all the same really. Personally I love Terra the most, because its simple, cheap and the tokenomics are genius. But theres nothing in how the protocols work to really have a different user experience. So if a new chain came out my steps become...: 1. What bridge do i use to get there (all bridges are pretty much identical in how to use) 2. What DEX do i use to swap my funds (All DEX's pretty much work the same way) OR what Money Market do I use to borrow (All MMs pretty much work the same way, just got to be careful with liquidation thresholds and what oracle they use (Most people love Chainlink so I get bullish on a chain if they integrate Chainlink as its very trustworthy)) 3. Where do I LP Farm or stake my rewards (Normally the hardest part because you have to identify the ponzis from the products, BUT to use ... pretty identical) 4. When do I sell ... 30% up? 130% up? Diamond Hands? 5. What bridge do I use to get back?
So im pretty pissed about this. We got 1 hours notice to get our funds out, that is ridiculous. **Technically,** it is a decentralized solution although it definitely doesn't feel like it and it doesnt make it **a good solution.** The reason the fees were free in the first place, is that everyone uses the RPC that auroras team made. That RPC **pays the fees for you.** Anyone can make their own RPC, there's nothing special about the one made by the team, and so **technically** the team could disappear and nothing would change as someone else could easily make and RPC, and use it, hence the decisions are still in the hands of the users and not the team, the team cant stop you using a RPC, you can do what you like. **The problem is really** that the RPC made by the team was reported and presented as "**Aurora has no fees"** and not **"Aurora has fees, the team is going to pay them for a while and then adjust the RPC to remove this feature with an hours notice".** Ugly, not sure my position on Aurora is large enough to warrant the fees its going to cost me to get ETH on NEAR and AURORA because I don't have any I can bridge from cheaper chains (maybe Harmony actually Ill look) Imagine the price will crash before free fees come back because of all the people that will withdraw (like me if I could) :( Anyone willing to help please DM
Glad to have to NEAR and AURORA. Big things coming for this protocol.
Didn't they just announced $800m funding last year?! 😅 NEAR is thriving 🌱🌳 Multichain Ecosystem with OCT and AURORA is killing it
My strategy of buying the best projects on platforms that are pumping has been going well with sub 1k bags, but I know as soon as I throw real money at any of them it's going to be a bust. Why tf didn't I put more money into $AURORA
If you are already in NEAR, I would recommend some Tokens there like OCT and AURORA
Daily Volume by Total Value Lock: ETH -5% BNB +0% ONE +50% AURORA +11% MOVR +7% LUNA -11% AVAX -9% SOL -12% FTM +5% MATIC -9%
Article didn’t mention, but AURORA, an L2 chain built on top of NEAR, has literally 0 gas fees for any transactions now.
