Thoughts about my portfolio

Mentions

After reading this, I believe that both self-driving cars and data-sharing blockchain are winners. And OCEAN will probably gain more as automobiles use its data-sharing platform at a higher rate, in my opinion.

Mentions:#OCEAN

OCEAN has been very busy in the bear market. Impressive project.

Mentions:#OCEAN

BUSD, USDC, EEUR, and H2O are my top picks from the list. The primary stablecoins I own on CEX are BUSD and USDC, while EEUR is 100% backed by native fiat money and government bonds stablecoin that I use on Cosmos. H2O is similar to RAI, and I use it to price data at fixed-rate on the OCEAN market.

There is no privacy nightmare in the OCEAN case. You can buy and sell data over the blockchain and monetize data in a privacy-preserving manner. Its Compute-to-Data supports privacy by generating a secure environment for data to be analyzed — algorithms can run on the data without the raw data being exposed.

Mentions:#OCEAN

The old way is centralized, lacks transparency among other shortcomings. With Blockchain technology, data management is decentralized, transparent, efficient and privacy oriented. For instance, Compute-to-Data (C2D) in OCEAN Market provides a means to exchange data while preserving privacy by allowing the data to stay on-premise with the data provider. This wouldn't have been possible without blockchain.

Mentions:#OCEAN

I'm sure they would perform great because I only invest in long term projects. My portfolio looks like this; BTC, ETH, MATIC, OCEAN, BNB, ATOM and some other coins. I have no doubt how they will perform in few years time.

BTC, USDC and MATIC are great crypto projects. I also have them in my bag with other altcoins like ETH, BNB, OCEAN and ATOM. My plan is to DCA as much as I can before the next bull season.

OCEAN is one of a kind. They've been making good progress so far and I'm expecting more from the project.

Mentions:#OCEAN

You don't have to look too far. Check OCEAN Protocol, a Web3 data marketplace unlocking data at large scale for AI. OCEAN provides tools for people to build their own data marketplace. Mercedes Benz is using Ocean Protocol technology in their Acentrik data marketplace for enterprise which was recently launched. This should tell you that there is value in Web3.

Mentions:#OCEAN

I would choose ATOM and OCEAN as my all in 2 crypto.

Mentions:#ATOM#OCEAN

OCEAN has successfully stamped its feet in the Web3 space. Although the tech is still early, the prospects are there.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Both OCEAN and H2O will be usable on the Ocean Market, but there won't be fluctuation on costs/revenue based on the token price if you decide to use H2O.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Users have had trouble accurately assessing the value of data and exchanging it for what it is worth because of the problem with pricing. I believe H2O will stabilize the cost of data on the Ocean market. What does this mean for the Ocean Market's primary means of exchange, the OCEAN token, though?

Mentions:#OCEAN

One of the values is a fairer, more democratic internet. For example, for a long time, top web2 Big Data firms monopolized the data industry; it was difficult to share or monetize private data without the danger of compromise, but now web3 projects like OCEAN enables enterprises and individuals may exchange or monetize data on the blockchain while maintaining privacy.

Mentions:#OCEAN

I have 80% in crypto and 20% in the bank. ETH - 20% OCEAN - 20% ATOM - 20% BNB - 10% Others - 10% And I'm still DCAing with my paycheck every month end.

No one knows what the next 100x exactly will be, but I see many projects conveniently doing that as we approach the bull run. My best bet is on Web3 projects because they have many futuristic projects with great use cases. For me, I am bullish on $FIL and $OCEAN. Building Acentrik; Mercedes Benz Data Marketplace on $OCEAN is proof of the project’s potential. In summary, data monetization projects have a chance at 100x.

Mentions:#FIL#OCEAN

TRIAS, AZERO, and OCEAN could pull a shocker. OCEAN market cap is just 97M, and one of the biggest development this year, Acentrik by Mercedes-Benz, has just launched on its platform, AZERO also its a market cap is 95M and a privacy-enhancing, proof-of-Stake public blockchain with instant finality, and TRIAS a new-generation all-platform-supported public chain system is just 7M in market cap.

I'm about 80% in crypto, and I'm diversified \[ETH, CTSI, BTC, OCEAN, CARD, BNB, USDC\]. Using DCA strategy to accumulate. The remaining % is split between cash and some IRL assets \[like real estate\]

I'll be checking out the low caps mentioned here as I'm not exposed to them right now. 100x isn't written in stone, but in my opinion, FLD, APTOS, GMX, CTSI, and OCEAN can give massive profits to investors/holders in the long term. Each of them has good potential for growth and there are active developments too.

You could start by investing in BTC and ETH then progress to other top altcoins like MATIC, ATOM, OCEAN and BNB.

Nah, I heard Jack is deep into OCEAN

Mentions:#OCEAN

>I think that you're right. DCA is therefore the best strategy, but the projects must be solid. My investments are long-term, and I invest in DIA OCEAN and DAFI. > >Holoride is making buzz lately.

The strategy has always been the same for me—buy and hodl. Especially in a bear market where almost every coin is on discount, the best thing is to keep accumulating gems and watch those bags pump. I am huge on Web3 projects like $OCEAN and $FIL as the data monetization and efficiency projects are my best bet. Also, DataNFT has potential just like the jpegs NFTs, and $OCEAN offers the former.

Mentions:#OCEAN#FIL

With all the indications that we could be out of the bear season soon, there is no better time to DCA than now. Especially if you have DYOR on projects and you are greatly convinced. For me, Web3 projects like $FIL and $OCEAN are top picks. It is hard not to DCA on $OCEAN, because each new partnership keeps showing more potentia. For example, building Acentrik; Mercedes Benz on data marketplace on $OCEAN.

I am very long-term into crypto so I try to make my crypto asset reflect my retirement plan. I am huge on data protection and I just might focus on some institutional approach to it, but I like to see how crypto makes my work easy. For example, projects like $OCEAN and $FIL have a way with me because of the data monetization and data efficiency use cases. I think Mercedes Benz building a data marketplace on $OCEAN shows I might have a gem here.

Mentions:#OCEAN#FIL

Because of the fundamentals. OCEAN offers small and big businesses, institutions tools to unlock the data economy. For Mercedes Benz to use OCEAN Protocol in its Acentrik data marketplace, it should say a lot about the project.

Mentions:#OCEAN

You shouldn't be scared, it's part of the cycle. If I were you I would continue to DCA since we are not fully out of the bear market. My favourite projects to DCA into right now are BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, MATIC and ATOM.

I like to stake ATOM, NGM, JUNO and EVMOS on Keplr Browser Extension. I also like to take part in data farming in the OCEAN Market. There's a new veOCEAN staking which is set to be released in September. veOCEAN will reward OCEAN hodlers and data farmers.

It's a nice thing to know that fomo is back. I'm glad I didn't wait until now to load my BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, MATIC and ATOM bags.

Long term plan is to accumulate as much BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, MATIC and ATOM as possible then retire to a nice and serene countryside in a couple of years.

I totally agree. DCAing and holding plus staking has been my best strategy. I want to have enough BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, MATIC and ATOM before the next bull season.

That boredom that comes with hodling is a serious curse. I get involved with projects now instead of losing money trading. So many testnets to run on new and coming projects. Also so much dataset to explore and work with for OCEAN x Dimitra datachallenge. It's a miracle I still have an active job😁

Mentions:#OCEAN

Those 2 I trust the most but ignoring L2s right now would be like ignoring gamefi tokens during the AXS boom. Tech coins too are not to be faded, LINK AR OCEAN and Layer zeros like DOT and ATOM. Pretty sure there'll be shiny new toys coming in soon.

Well their algorithm says it's an **excellent** time to buy OCEAN, SCRT, XPR :) Good thing I'm DCAing on them. NFA

There’s always the good, the bad & the ugly when making such decisions. I’ve been lucky in some cases and had to learn the hard way in others. One major thing I’ve learned is to invest in only fundamentally solid coins with relevant use cases in the digital world. One such is Ocean protocol, with a data marketplace and economy aimed at bridging the gap between data consumers and sellers. OCEAN is poised to pave the way for a more inclusive data ecosystem where relevant data is shared with owners' consent. I’ve also learned to be patient while coming up with an active investment strategy over time

Mentions:#OCEAN

Maybe not seven because I like to keep my diversified bags in threes. That's $BNB, $ADA & $OCEAN. If you are not already in, it's time for you to DYOR because these projects are worth exploring. For $OCEAN, I can’t wait for Web3 decentralized internet to become mainstream, that's when we will understand how important data efficiency and monetization projects are. $OCEAN already ticks all the boxes for me but building Acentrik; a data marketplace for Mercedes Benz on $OCEAN is an overkill. It shows a team activity building despite the bear market.

Haha, the time where I got fooled by those stories and decided to "try my luck", which by the way ended up with me getting royally rekt is long over. Now, I'm sticking with solid FA projects that have real teams and utilities. Lately, my focus has been on Cross-chain liquidity aggregators like FLUID. Oracles like LINK, BAND, DIA. Layer 2s like MATIC, OP, and Data-related projects like OCEAN. Can't go wrong with these in my opinion.

There's no certainty that all the possible bad news has come and that the dumps are done are over with. Expect anything in this market and be prepared for all scenarios. If the market pumps from here, I've been buying dips on ETH, OCEAN, CTSI, MATIC, ATOM, DOT, and others so I'm definitely seeing good profits and if the market dumps, I have funds to buy more... Win-win. At this point, I'd love an up-only market tho :)

Why diversification is good, you don't want to overdiversify. For $1000 investment, you'd be better of splitting it between maximum of 2 projects than say 5 projects. My pick for such investment would be ATOM and OCEAN.

Mentions:#ATOM#OCEAN

Currently, most high caps are on discounts. You can DCA into one or two of them. Personally, I'll go with ETH and OCEAN, and use 40% of the fund to buy these high and low-cap projects, and buy more later when there are additional dips.

Mentions:#ETH#OCEAN

The future of crypto depends completely on multichain interoperability so I believe it will be one of the niched to frontline the next bull run. I feel L2, zk rollups, stablecoins as well as Data economy by OCEAN will be part of the narratives for the next bull.

Mentions:#OCEAN

That's right. A lot is currently happening in the NFT space. OCEAN Protocol recently launched data NFT with its OceanOnda V4 update. A data NFT according to this [article](https://blog.oceanprotocol.com/what-is-a-data-nft-5804a2d88671#7fab) "represents the copyright (or exclusive license against copyright) for a data asset on the blockchain".

Mentions:#OCEAN

My Crypto dream is not asking for too much really. I just want to have $BTC at $100k and my gems on $1k. I know $100k in BTC is feasible considering its ATH in the last bull run. Hopefully, it gets to $100k in the next bull cycle to set a CD new ATH. I have some gems like $OCEAN and $FIL which are both Web3 projects and data monetization and efficiency projects. $OCEAN data marketplace provides a platform for both buyers and sellers of data. It must be nice to see $OCEAN at $50 shortly.

I like this crypto ecosystem much better than years before. It is a result of growth as the blockchain ecosystem is now efficiently diverse. We are in a bear market but GameFi and NFTs are still on steroids. That is highly impressive. This explains my obsession with Web3 because, by the next bear, Web3-related projects could have a parallel market to BTC, thereby going in the opposite direction. For example, $OCEAN at some point was going green despite $BTC heavy dump.

Mentions:#BTC#OCEAN

The bear market is good time to buy crypto. I don't think there is any better to buy crypto than in the bear market. I have been able to use this bear to obtain my long targets such as OCEAN, JUNO, AR, and ALGO.

If you ask me, it's always a bad time to buy shitcoins, even more so in the bear market. However, for projects I believe in, It's the best time to buy. I have been DCA'ing into ETH, BNB, CTSI, OCEAN, ATOM, MATIC, etc since the bear market hit.

DCA is my strategy too. I put a particular amount into altcoins like CTSI, ETH, MATIC, OCEAN, ATOM on a monthly basis.

It's always a good time to buy crypto if you have the funds. I've been buying ETH, MATIC, ATOM and OCEAN mostly since the bear run. I believe the next bull run will see these gems explode and I can't wait for it to start.

No, I won't explore QTUM, NANO and Axie Infinity in 2022. Instead, I would replace them with ATOM, MATIC and OCEAN. These are 3 of my favourite projects to have right now.

The secret to DCAing is finding the right project to accumulate. You don't DCA into a project because the price is low, you look for value and potentkal. My strategy is more of BTC and ETH then into solid long term altcoins like ATOM, MATIC and OCEAN. These projects are going to reach their ath with time.

My crypto dream would be to gain financial freedom through passive income from monetizing data on OCEAN Protocol and from the staking rewards. The staking is set to launch in 2 months. OCEAN has been my favourite project for years now.

Mentions:#OCEAN

I have been following this list, besides some low caps (DAFI DIA OCEAN) there were no major changes, nor do I think we will see them in the near future. I'm waiting to see how the merge will affect the price.

My top 5 are : ETH OCEAN DOT BNB BRKL Note: This is more suitable for long-term investors.

ATOM, NEAR, FLOW, OP, CTSI, METIS, and OCEAN are some altcoins that are worth investing in. I'm buying with DCA.

For non-whales, the bear market strategy should be simple. Keep bagging and DCAing projects with good use cases. Staking is not bad because there is stable APY and that could provide stability through the bear. For me, I am bullish on projects with great utilities. $OCEAN and $FIL for example. Projects focusing on data monetization and efficiency. In the world of a decentralized internet, this would solve data privacy issues which is why I am bullish about $OCEAN.

Mentions:#OCEAN#FIL

You actually don’t need a lot of money if you can do your due diligence. Anything asides that is, buy your $BTC and wait for it to get to $50k or so, or you can carefully bag some gems with great utility. My best bet now is Web3 projects like $FIL and $OCEAN. Web3 is the future and these projects have a role in that future because data monetization is important. With the new partnership between $OCEAN and $H20, buyers and sellers of data in the Ocean data marketplace can now enjoy price stability.

Well, there are other ways to use them apart from being used as an art. OCEAN v4 just introduced one called data NFT which represents the copyright (or exclusive license against copyright) for a data asset on the blockchain making it easy to publish and monetize your data.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Staking is the best option compared to farming in the bear market. Except you are farming stable assets. I have been accumulating MATIC, BNB, ETH, and ATOM while staking to passive income during this bear market. OCEAN is another token I'm collecting but I'm waiting for its veOCEAN to ship to start staking it.

I'm a big fan of the COSMOS ecosystem so I'm going for three of their coins: EVMOS -Cosmos OSMO - Cosmos NGM - Cosmos OCEAN - ETH & Polkadot DOT - Polkadot/ETH CARD - ETH The upcoming ETH merge is also one to keep an eye on.

Accumulating and staking are the best strategies in a bear market. Farming is a bit risky due to big price swings which will lead to Impermanent loss in liquidity pools. My go to coins for accumulation are ETH, BNB, OCEAN ATOM and MATIC. I'm also staking some ATOM and BUSD. I plan to stake OCEAN in 2 months time once veOCEAN is launched.

We will see if ETH gets POW fork. DOT has large MC, but it is undrevalued ATM. OCEAN, never head of it.

GLMR 100% DOT massively underrated OCEAN is also underrated Ravencoin for ETH post-merge (as most profitable GPU mining, maybe more listings) Researching Aptos for when launches

I bought OCEAN very close to the bottom and it's currently sitting at almost 2x profit. My next plan is to stake it once [veOCEAN] https://blog.oceanprotocol.com/introducing-veocean-c5f416c1f9a0 staking is launched.

Mentions:#OCEAN

It will always come down to how much money you have and how much you're willing to invest in crypto. I'm DCAing monthly into my favourite crypto projects BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, ATOM and MATIC. With a sizable bag, I will be set when the bull season returns.

It still feels like a bear market but that's the best time to DCA into the next bull season gems. My strategy is to keep DCAing into BTC, ETH, BNB, ATOM, OCEAN, MATIC and some other undervalued gems which I believe have the potential to reach a new ath in the future.

My short term relief targets for my top crypto bags are; 30K BTC, 2K ETH, 400 BNB, 1.5 MATIC, 20 ATOM and 0.5 OCEAN. These prices are achievable if the market continues in the current trajectory.

I don't think it's irresponsible to advice others but it's best to let them choose by themselves. The biggest gains I've made in crypto have come from other altcoins like ATOM, BNB and OCEAN. They are unarguably some of the best altcoins in the market right now.

My conviction play is ETH, OCEAN, and CTSI. My FOMO play is ATOM \[just a little more before I have my target amount\]. I don't have a 'wtf, why not' play right now. In this bear market, I'm being intentional about where I put my money.

I don't see what you've said as a valid signal for BTC to make an exponential move. However, I'm well positioned in top web3 projects like LINK, DIA, & OCEAN. If we see more dips, will be glad to push in some more stables. And if your prediction works out, then we'll all be in the money. hahaha.

60% down presents a good opportunity for those who are looking to buy cheap and hodl for the long term. Most altcoins are like 80% down from ATH so it's only smart to buy them while they are still cheap, especially those with solid fundamentals like CARD, OCEAN, GTH, POLS, NGM, etc.

Most of these are excellent picks. I have huge belief in OCEAN and SCRT too along with the cosmos ecosystem. FLUID has popped up a lot as an AI quant based liquidity aggregator and could be really exciting.

Web3 is a revelation. It has shown us how much data oligarchs are stealing from us. I'm very excited about the OCEAN data marketplace.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Data is a goldmine and companies like Google & Meta understand that. Data is the next big thing because there has to be a solution to this unfair data collection, process, and sale by these companies. Data projects in Crypto could be headed for the moon. Projects like $FIL and $OCEAN are typical for me. With $OCEAN teaming up with Acentrik for a data market for Mercedez Benz could be the final indication I need.

Mentions:#FIL#OCEAN

Data monetization and exchange are the next big utility on the blockchain. I so much like the fact we have the OCEAN protocol, where we can take control of our data and monetize, including health data.

Mentions:#OCEAN

As long as it has solid fundamentals and a team that consistently delivers on milestones, then the probability to survive this bear market is high. You have some solid alts in your portfolio, ATOM, CTSI, OCEAN, and BNB would make good additions in my opinion.

I'd rather do my own research than rely on an influencer's words. Back then when I always listened to these influences, 90% of my purchases ended up in a loss. Since I started making my own findings, I've discovered projects like OCEAN, DIA, CTSI, FLD, and SCRT and I've made and am still making good profits from them.

Go $OCEAN!

Mentions:#OCEAN

Data monetization is one of the things that interests me about OCEAN.

Mentions:#OCEAN

DataFi could be the next big crypto trend and it's been pioneered by OCEAN Protocol. OCEAN is focused on making the data economy rewarding to everyone.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Ignore the bear market, ALGO is still a great buy. I will put it in this same group as ETH, BNB, MATIC and some other top projects. OCEAN is another top project I'd recommend for investment because it's still underpriced.

The Mercedes Benz data marketplace, Acentrik is already live and it's being powered by OCEAN Protocol.

Mentions:#OCEAN

LOL. Fed raised 75 bps too., TSLA sold so much of their BTC. We've been hovering between 20-23k for a very long time. There is no bull at the moment. Trading is risky because of volatility. HODLing BTC and ETH. No lump sums in, DCAing into AVAX, EGLD, LINK, OCEAN. But for the most part I'm hiding under my stablecoins. Staking on platforms like SPOOL. Controversial with the whole LUNA story but I do think USDC is a fair option, considering it's fully backed and a middleware like Spool Fi is audited.

I think MATIC, OCEAN, ATOM, and AZERO will thrive after the bear market. MATIC has been making a lot of development adding the first EVM-equivalent ZK L2 as well as OCEAN, which Mercedes-Benz just launched a data marketplace, Acentrik on its platform. ATOM interchain security also coming soon. So I believe these projects will perform after the bear and things would have been different if these developments happened in the bull market.

The crypto buy I am least proud of is buying $ADA at $2 thinking we were headed for the moon. My proudest has to be $OCEAN and that is mainly because I still feel good about the project despite the bear market. I am very big on data monetization and efficiency and with $OCEAN partnering with Acentrik to build Mercedes Benz data marketplace on $OCEAN. This is just one of those pieces of news that makes me even proud of buying as much as I did back then.

Mentions:#ADA#OCEAN

I once asked an older person what life without internet access was and he laughed at me because he used to be in that world. I am sure the next generation will ask us what is life without crypto? That's how much technology can revolutionize our world. From banking to data efficiency to decentralized internet. The future is going to be bright and we are all going to be here to see it. That's why I invest in web3 projects now because it is like buying a piece of the future. Tokens like $OCEAN which promotes data efficiency and monetization are a smart way to have a piece of the future.

Mentions:#OCEAN

Agreed. There's still more to come. A lot of people the bottom for BTC was at 17k but with it still hovering around 20-22k I don't see an improvement. Haven't been trading because of how volatile the market is but I have been Hodling BTC, ETH, AVAX, OCEAN and hiding under my stablecoins like USDC, USDT and DAI by staking them on DeFi middlewares like SPOOL. We have to wait this out.

This. If you really expect something long term, always aim for good utility projects. OCEAN for web 3. AVAX for their Trader Joe DEX, LINK as an oracle, ALBT for their DeFi terminal, IXS for F-NFTs. And the top BTC and ETH making up majority of your portfolio. My only question is, why did LUNA investors get burnt and still invest in LUNA 2.0? Lol.

Proudest buy: CAKE @ 30 cents Least proud: Not the many rug-pulls I encountered but LUNA when I caught the falling knife at around $2 during the freefall. Thought I got a good price😅 Honorable mention: Any current OCEAN buy.

I believe AVAX and MATIC will thrive too. ETH, BNB, ATOM and OCEAN would be my other picks for the next bull market.

I'm very proud of my OCEAN buy 2 years ago. My least proud buy is LUNA and you all know why.

Mentions:#OCEAN#LUNA

I believe DCAing into top crypto projects like ETH, BNB, ATOM, OCEAN, MATIC, etc., and staking are the best right now. I'm currently staking ATOM, BUSD and waiting for veOCEAN staking.

I disagree with most of the altcoins on this list. MATIC is a solid one and CTSI and OCEAN should be on there. Projects that actually have solid fundamentals, utilities, and real/active teams.

One day, the bear market will be gone and until that day, it's “fill the bag” day. Most prominent don’t know how my b opportunity is in bear. Many of these projects you see, you may never see them that cheap again. Even data-related projects like $FIL and $OCEAN. For $OCEAN, the partnership with Acentrik which is to build a decentralized data marketplace byMercedes Benz in $OCEAN is looking promising even in the bearest bear market.

Mentions:#FIL#OCEAN

So here are my top three; $ADA, $OCEAN, and $XRP. Glad $ADA went below $1, at least I know I buy more for cheap. Also, $OCEAN is one project I keep DCAing. When I thought I was done bagging, the Acentrik partnership comes in. A decentralized data marketplace by Mercedes Benz on $OCEAN can take the project through the roof.

BTC ETH AXS are on my watch list along with MATIC which performed well last week. In addition to these, I am also looking at low cap DIA OCEAN and DAFI, their achievements will affect the price movement, but we will see how it will go when the market stabilizes.

I would reinvest 5% into my favourite projects BTC, ETH, BNB, OCEAN, ATOM and MATIC which I will hold and pass on to my children. I would also relocate to another country, buy a house and pay more attention to my hobbies.

MATIC, ALGO, MANA and XLM are all solid options under $1. I'd add OCEAN in the list too considering how big the tech is and Mercedes Benz already using it in their Acentrik data marketplace.

My major hold is ETH, followed by CTSI, OCEAN, MATIC, and ATOM. I'll be adding FLD in the coming months. Fundamentals and utilities are solid plus I really like the idea of the OS for blockchain which Cartesi is working on. The concept of FLD's cross-chain liquidity aggregator leveraging AI quant-based strategies is viable too.

The bulk of mine is I'm ETH, MATIC, BNB, OCEAN, and ATOM. These are utility driven crypto projects. ETH, a smart contract and DeFi blockchain. MATIC an L2 solution for Ethereum. BNB, the biggest exchange token. OCEAN, a top Web3 data marketplace. ATOM, the internet of blockchains.

It's always a good day to buy ETH. I bought some with MATIC, ATOM and OCEAN today. Hopefully the week will be positive.
