I don't think Binance have fiat trading pairs for non-us resident. I have not look into withdraw stablecoin via bank transfer, but in terms of deposit, all method has a percentage fee. Take credit card for example, 1 USDT cost 32 TWD in Binance when USD/TWD in the bank was only 30.4
Exchanges come with an exchange fee. It doesn't matter how much it is, if it's a percentage, it's not suitable for large amount. Plus here is Taiwan, TWD is the only supported fiat, but the exchange rate of USDT/TWD is 1 to 2% different from USD/TWD, so I will be scammed by inflated exchange rate as well.

TA at it's best is giving you probabilistic approach of market. It can be in your favour or against you, e.g probability of TWD/PKR was higher at 8.5 for pump towards 9, so it pumped. Also, majority of TA models are flawed because market makers always break these TA rules.

I don't think the prices have come down that much. They are still pretty expensive here in Taiwan. 3080ti only come down about 2K TWD (60USD).
600 is not big so you can arrange other safer way. Because you can talk good of China and bad of Taiwan in Taiwan but you cannot talk good of Taiwan and bad of China in China, I would suggest you utilize some pro-China weekly magazines, shuffle the money papers in pages with some stamp glue and mail them weekly. Both customs of China and Taiwan can pass your parcel easily and you can optionally exchange the CNY to TWD in Taiwan's banks legally. If it really gets caught, you can argue that the papers are used for bookmarks.

How convenient for the "whales" that no one else can do the same. This has happened before around a month ago and the team never explained the shady transactions either. All they are saying in the discord is "No talking about price!" and threatening to ban people, while removing comments. Beyond suspicious, most likely a rug pull like OP said, and remember they got a grant from not only algorand but a big one from polygon and that yesp token is an exact yield farm carbon copy of yeildly, right down to the roadmap, website, design, and even the logo. Polygon is next.
