ATOS seems promising for a multi-bagger. Their drug clearly works; just gotta wait for trial data to come in, which will produce 3 or 4 releases in 2024. It’s shown some life recently but still has lots of room to run in my opinion. 200k at 1.13.
I sold mine for now. I've been in and out of ATOS for the last few years. Let it cool off and people will forget about the mediocre news that just dropped and it'll jump again.

Goodbye ATOS, it was a fun month from $1.14 to $2.04. looks like longs will be rewarded with a higher floor once it settles out but this was a catalyst play for me so I've accomplished what I came for. I will definitely keep an eye on this though, I would love to be back in the future for PDUFA.

Even when everything tanked at exactly 2pm yesterday, it took a minor hit, and brushed it off. I'm considering selling everything else, with or without losses and going all in. I mean, these are hard-to-find stats:
Well, there you have it. ATOS is at 2.235 and just the bid on that option is 0.75. A long holder isn't going to exercise that option and pay $200 for $223.5 worth of shares--essentially netting $23.50--when they could just sell the option and receive $75.

I don't know of an automated tool to do this, but it pretty much describes how I trade these stocks. Develop a watch list for upcoming catalysts, then hop in if and when price and volume start picking up prior to a catalyst. I've observed the same thing, if the market is optimistic the climb seems to start about a month beforehand. Current example, ATOS. Heard about it a few months ago, liked the pipeline and their cash but at the time it was mostly trading sideways just under $1. Kept an eye on it and hopped on at $1.14 when things started picking up following their data readout announcement.

Nice start to the week for ATOS. Another day of solid inflows with higher volume than the sluggish end to last week's short session. Market seems pretty indifferent about their after hours 10K, no big surprise there. SLS maybe waking up from a slumber, maybe.

Just lurk the internet. Look out for tips that people post. Do DD on companies I believe in. One of my very first trades was ATOS 3 years ago. Earnings plays are good too but you gotta research, can’t rely on everyone. This morning I bought one $30C 3/28 exp for SMTC for $185. Made $85 of that one trade today. I have a day job so I don’t rely on this to make me money. Just gotta celebrate the little wins til you build up your cash for bigger trades. Baby steps lol
1. only invest in stocks you have done a solid DD in and DONT LISTEN TO HYPE! There is so much hype on this sub for awful stocks! ICU and VLD are the two biggest offenders as of late. I've seen JAGX and ATOS popping up too. These are all stocks with many many bag holders who want you to pump it up so they can get out. If you did 10 minutes of DD on any of these, you'd know they are not going anywhere anytime soon. 2. Learn to read charts. Know what your plays are. Are you long? Why? Looking to swing on good news? Price target? How mush risk? Have a plan for the stock even if it is to be in and out on a scalp. Know that you are only there to scalp. 3. Most penny stocks are penny stocks for a reason. Most of them suck. look for stocks like KULR that are turning it around. Look for reasons for that the company would be profitable or have increasing revenue. If the company has no chance of ever reaching that $1 mark, its not worth holding past what ever run up it mighty be having. 4. Check the charts. The 1 day, the 1 month, the 1year, the 5 year. Look for trends. This one thing would have saved a lot of people from the inevitable VLD earnings dump. It was 100% predictable. 5. If a stock has good news, momentum, social media buzz, increasing revenue quarter to quarter, you shouldn't be worried if it you have a decent average price. 6. Develop good instincts. This comes with experience... and losses. 7. There is so much more. Educate yourself and don't listen to the BS. There is so much stock manipulation out there daily. You really need to learn to filter it. GME changed the game. Wallstreet acknowledged the power of retail and learned they can manipulate it.

So I have some sad news. I went to put in a stop on quote order for ATOS and accidently put in a limit sell order and it sold all of my shares at $1.81. I immediately put money back into it but God damn am I upset about that one.
Fortunately Endoxifen is a metabolite of Tamoxifen (which is already approved), and it’s the reason why Tamoxifen works at all. A large population can’t benefit from Tamoxifen simply because they lack the proper enzyme to metabolize it. ATOS has basically synthesized and stabilized the “medicine” part of the current standard of care, which means fewer side effects and much larger doses for many more patients. The one Compassionate Use authorization given by the FDA for this drug just celebrated her fifth year of being cancer free. Protecting capital is always good advice, but I’m swinging for the fences on this one because Endoxifen is clearly an upgrade to what’s available today. There’s no reason it won’t be approved.
ATOS 200k shares, already up 100% in the past six weeks, expecting a 20x from here though. Four major catalysts coming in 2024, won’t have to wait 5 years.

ATOS is moving so you definitely have the eye. I jumped into AKBA today to see what 3/27 will bring but ATOS and CRDF are definitely the better pics. I will see if I get a lower value. Pharmas are definitely fun stocks to be in long.

Closing the week up 46% on ATOS, still bouncing hard against the $1.70 line though. If they could keep dropping little PR nuggets every week until the conference I'm fine with that. Rumors abound of an earnings call next week, but nothing official I've been able to find. SLS could still go either way but cautiously optimistic about Tuesday, especially with that little pop before AH close. High volume for the stock and mostly barcoding in a three cent range all day, definitely nothing to see here and not manipulated at all..
CRDF & ATOS baby for the win
If you are that certain about a penny stock, then you might not realize how quickly these things can go south. I was there in summer 2020, when people were YOLO’ing their life savings into GNUS stock, before it tanked by around 90%. I was also there in 2021 when ATOS soared to the heavens, and also tanked by about 90%. Funny thing is, both of those stocks are coming back around in popularity these last several weeks. There are many penny stocks that soar. Some are sustained in their gains. Some are pump and dumps. And some experience growth that gradually fades. But there is no certainty here. Personally, I hope VLD soars, because I am holding some shares!
Bought 3 ATOS April 2c's months ago for $30. It just might end up being a 2 bagger worth $60 
2005 shares at $1.01, nothing better than making money and f#cking cancer at the same time. I held SLNO for a few lean years and a 7:1 reverse split leaving me 200 shares at around $4 but checked in it one day ro fine one of their drugs was found to stop the appetite of obese people and the stock was trading at $25, not being used to such gains and the rest of my holdings crapping the bed i paperhanded the 200 shares at $23. only to see it get up to over $50 a few days later and its settled into the high 40s. ATOS is eventually going to beat its all time high of around $117 and when it does I am still going to be holding 2000+ shares I have some 10/18 $2 calls that I definitely plan on exercising to gain shares. Have faith and keep buying!
Basically, $ATOS got spammed to hell and back on this sub and never really went anywhere. It's trading at a fraction now of what it was then.

Nice day from ATOS, was already in for the 4/9 data presentation but today's PR about one patient's success was good for a 20% boost. SLS still deciding if it's going to reward me or shank me for that dip buy, all signs look good but... Hopefully some clarity tomorrow when the market opens with those new shares issued. LICY another decent day from my heaviest bag, now hurry up and get back to $5.38 where I started this misadventure.

Chainlink ($LINK) - Like being able to invest in https in early 90s. Huge partnerships, including DTCC (stock market), Google, Swift (largest financial messaging system), Jp Morgan, etc. ​ Atossa Theraupeutics ($ATOS) - Have endoxifen in phase 2 clinical trials. Some trials ended early due to overwhelming positive results. We have known since 70s this drug works! Will be given to every woman at risk of breast cancer. This is huge! Expecting a buyout. Currently only $1. Expecting buyout at $20 or higher! I have personally traded this stock during the entire time they were in trials. Just buying at $1 & selling over $5. Then rebuying back at $1. We are getting too close to buyout time for that. but $1 is an excellent buy in price. & it will definitely go above $5 again, even without buyout news.
add more if you can, average diwn, the endoxofen trials are looking good. ATOS be be bought out ot moon within a year or two!

I had SLNO through a reverse split and held it at like $2 for a couple years. a few months ago I check my account and pow! it was up to $24 where after I had been beaten down so long I paperhanded it at $23 and change only for it to go up to $52 and settle in the $49 area. I learned my lesson with fingers crossed fir the same with over 2000 shares of ATOS at a buck each.
I've been holding this for a couple years, primed for either a buyout or big jump like I recently had with SLNO. I won't sell covered calls on my ATOS either.

Clinical trial abstracts due to present at AACR have their embargo lifted on Tuesday the 5th; any biopharma rumored to present good data there could see a pop. I’ve got some money in ATOS, working on upgraded SOC for breast cancer.
Depending on the kind of investor you are, might be worth throwing in a few bucks on $ATOS as the next 6 months have potential to legitimize their first commercial drug pending updates/data readouts on some of their trials. There is a lot of moving pieces here so do some DD and call out any concerns as you see fit, but there may also be misleading red flags that have already been addressed by the company. Checkout the subreddit I recently posted to, that’s a good start to see what’s going on. Happy to discuss anything here - not trying to pitch this as a lock by any means, but with all the context I’ve gained over the past 4 years I am yet to see a reason to not keep upping my position with the current price (I have been setting limit buys at 0.98 pretty heavily the past couple weeks bc if things go the way I hope they do these next few months, I don’t see it being this low again) For full transparency, I currently have ~3400 shares w/ an average 0.9898 and some $2 calls (7/19) and $4 calls (10/18)
Look at the August 2022 price action of BBBY lol people definitely made money on that squeeze. The OP played GME, ATOS, and BBBY based on his posts, all which had big squeezes at the time of his original postings. Doesn't mean he's right about this one, but not a bad track record.

I’ve been sitting on my ATOS shares for three years now waiting for the skyrocket. Supposed to be back half of 2024 (trial results come due).
I have bunches of shares, just sittin' But I have actually had decent returns with the smaller chunk of my portfolio devoted to ATOS option plays. Mostly selling puts when share price bottoms, then closing the positions when everyone starts talking about buyout targets/ranges and the price plateaus. I think the long play is what everyone will remember, but grinding out a little bit of cash every few months keeps it interesting.
