Beaten down software names and outsourcing firms like ACN
ACN. Somehow caught it at $138 a few days ago. I waffled between ACN and IBM and went ACN. One of those accidentally high dividend situation like TGT and UPS from a while ago.
I just asked gemini last week to tell me which beat up large cap US stocks are a good buy right now. It told me ACN and INTU. I'm up almost 20% on each. Nice little retardation move.
ACN deal with Anthropic kinda saved Accenture
I sold holdings in CAG, INGR, ACN, DPZ all up decently today to all-in NFLX (Had 100k in it already) based on this logic, that it would do well under recessionary pressure and last item on consumer cost cutting lists.. their cashflow is good and not moving real goods (such as those I mentioned I sold) so not heavily exposed to oil pressures.. I just cant believe how bad the punishment for these ER numbers is.
$ACN 45days out ITM CALLS
Try one of each and step away for three-six months. Don't look, let your thesis play out. Case in point I bought deep OTM puts on ACN but the MM shook be out in Q4 last year.
I made a ton of money last week, as I bought undervalued companies like ACN and CTSH.
holding ACN for more than a decade. Luckily o have been smart and liquidating slowly. Last one was at 177. The drop to 118 from 400 in 18 months…. Yikes
LULU, TDOC, PYPL, ACN, ADBE …the list is long. Many of them were “bought by chance, not by choice,” meaning they were assigned after I sold puts on them. So the lesson for all the kids: never sell a put on a stock you wouldn’t buy outright.
Facts, been buying ADBE and MSFT. Opened a position on ACN today, will buy more
Some signs semis are having a near term top, near term as in the next 3 days. Sentiment around AI losers like ACN down -8% intra day ended the day only down -2%. Expect a bounce in software and top in semis for next few days.
why the sudden spike on ACN?
Adobe said industry leaders, including Accenture (ACN), Omnicom (OMC), Stagwell’s Code and Theory, and WPP are deploying Adobe's content, data, and AI platforms. This is hilarious, the dot com losers (WPP, OMC) and AI losers are coming together and collaborating, hurray!
Dear Indian people, if every resident invest 50$ in ACN, it would be your company ;)
Servicenow is going to the moon off ACN earnings tomorrow
A lot of open interest on ACN and KR puts, but they're well in the market. Not much calls though. Quadruple witching day makes me wary. Hmmm.
!banbet ACN over $175 after earnings
How the fuck did ACN and CRM drop today??? How low can they go? It does not make any sense...
ACN should be back at 220!
That FOMC decision on Wednesday gonna be spicy, might make or break your ACN play there
I did alright 😏😎 ACN next? 🤔
I know it's early but ACN is gonna rocket. Not only is it oversold and undervalued right now but It's got earnings next week and just acquired Whalar AND partnered with AlphaSense.... Don't sleep on them
Well, I'm not the typical regard. I've only own shares have never owned any options. Also, all I have is long-term capital gains. I don't do any of the get rich quick stuff apart from going long on AMD a few years ago. I'd buy the shit out of ACN if I believed what you believe, but I don't. I don't think any consultant companies will exist by 2035
If you really believe this, then load up on ACN
Yes. I've shorted ACN for about a year now. They keep making me money.
What do you think about Accenture (ACN)? Should not they also grow given that they actually implement the SAAS?
ACN really changed its mind today...
AMD, INTC and NVDA red, ACN, ADBE and CRWD green. Is the AI run getting tired?
Big money are shorting ACN/GLOB/EPAM, betting on bankruptcy at this point. Don't fight it.
Some people can’t believe how much semiconductor stocks are going up. The fact is AI is not just a threat to software coders, it’s literally threatening all industries. All industries are undergoing disintermediation. So yea, you in fact MUST buy semis as a career survival. Some examples: coding is obvious, but AI agents are also threatening insurance and real estate brokers. When SMBs used to use human brokers to shop insurance, giving money to third parties, like Brown and Brown, Gallagher, WTW, now you can buy insurance directly without the middleman. If IT consultancy is dead (ACN,EPAM) well, it can easily hit insurance consultants. Other intermediaries, like real estate agents? Do you LIKE paying 6% home costs to RE agents for doing hours of work? Well now AI can give the same consulting to home buyers because real estate prices are public data. Biotech? The US high healthcare costs and biotech success comes from a whole industry of consulting and intermediaries ripe for disruption. While AI could benefit drug discovery, who needs third party consulting like CROs when big pharmaceutical companies can do similar work in house? You know what uses coding (R, SAS) as much as software engineering? Biotech data regulations done by CROs like IQV, ICLR, MEDP, all are underperforming. So yea AI is in fact quietly changing everything and the vast majority don’t want to believe it, and in subtle ways, but the result is disintermediation, why pay for the middleman when you can cut them out. The reality is, most people’s jobs are middlemen.
Anyone have any thoughts on ACN?
When mythos news was announced all consulting companies stock m went down. Look at Accenture (ACN) and IBM for example. ACN went down to 178 and recovered to 195. Anchored vwap to their earning last month and you see it was definitely oversold. Nice chunk of earnings on that play. When anthropic announced you can upgrade mainframe using Claude few months ago, IBM took a hit. And recovered. These are good plays.
Yet the hedge funds are fucking up individual retail investors lives shorting indiscriminately off the back of this narrative they’ve invented. INTU, NOW, ADP, TEAM, and so many others have been trashed. I have lost 2/3 of what I had invested in ACN (IT Services, similar story) because of them. I hope they burn in hell, they’ve ruined my life
ACN is attractive. Started a position.
ACN woman seemed a little defensive on CNBC. Based on my experience in the business world, I don’t see much need for consultants although I know a lot of people making a good living doing it. I expect there should be less need for expensive consultants once AI lives up to the hype surrounding its potential.
Plays for tonight (I’m ice cold and can’t pick any winners) Calls: LUNR, RCAT Puts: MU, ACN, BABA, FIVE, CSIQ
#TLDR --- Ticker: ACN Direction: Up Prognosis: Buy LEAPS Catalyst: They aren't the ones getting replaced by AI; they are the ones companies will hire to help them replace *their* staff with AI. Catchphrase: Who you gonna call? (to cut your workforce in half)
Sold my IBM early this morning. Went to buy puts on Accenture (ACN) but it’s already been battered - down $160 from its high. AI is killing everything. IBM has far more consulting revenue than PLTR.
Except that right now, Wall Street hates them! :S I just bought some ACN shares to try and catch the rebound. But I don't have much faith in it!
It's just not sustainable. AI is our focus, but our talent is sucked out by other companies, its all I see every time I log into LinkedIn. I am a consultant in AI and get paid around the price of a generalist tech consultant. I see listings for the same roles at different companies that are paying 35-50% more for their AI roles. Talent will never stay if they can't be properly compensated. Our employee stock purchase plan was renamed to the ACN bag holder program.
You know...before you post stupid questions like this, you can attempt to answer it yourself by going to Finviz or some other screener tool. Here's a list, sorted by market cap, of companies -20% (there's no option to select -25% without a subscription) over the last year, within the tech sector only: https://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=141&f=sec_technology,ta_perf_52w20u&ft=4&o=-marketcap For those too lazy to click the link: SAP, CRM, ACN, QCOM, ARM, INTU, ADBE, NOW, ADP, INFY, MRVL....it goes on for 18 pages x 20 tickers each page.
ACN is getting tagged teamed by MSFT and PLTR earnings.
How do people feel about NET and APP and ACN at the current price?
What the fuck happened to ACN?
What's interesting is among the software blowup, IT stocks most susceptible to dev programming is now booming for some reason, ACN, EPAM
My low conviction plays saving my portfolio ACN, URA, UUUU, Sadly also holding NFLX, CRM, META, SPY, QQQ Jesus fucking christ.
ACN creeping up. You’re going to be replaced 👀
I think CRM, ADBE, DECK, ZTS are good value. All highly profitable. I recently bought ACN.
A “Black Friday sale” only matters if the business is healthy, not just the stock price. TOST = razor thin margins, still proving the model. UBER = finally profitable but priced like growth + regulation risk. UNH = temporarily beaten down, but the underlying business is a monster. PGR = one of the best-run insurers in the country. ACN/ADBE = slowing enterprise spend + multiple compression, not broken companies. A drop from ATH isn’t a thesis. But a good business temporarily hated by the market is a sale. Out of this list, UNH and ADBE look the closest to “actual discount” vs “just falling.”
> Whats the deal with Accenture (ACN)? It is trading near its 2022 lows, seems like a quality company The consulting industry is being disrupted by AI. Consultants are just using AI to do the work that anyone can do themselves by using AI. Makes no sense now for large companies to hire big consulting companies when they can just have their employees use AI.
Whats the deal with Accenture (ACN)? It is trading near its 2022 lows, seems like a quality company that is unloved. Is it a similar situation to ADBE where earnings may be strong but AI is threatening the moat and they have pissed off customers?

ACN - 6/18/26 Calls - $280 strike - $16.25avg
+$1377 this weekend from Robinhood NFL Bets. Tomorrow morning I’m eyeballing and buying ACN leap $280 calls - June 18th 2026 exp. Twice this weekend I saw them advertised, one on the UFC PPV the other on NFL RedZone.
why is ACN going up? They should be getting rekt due to H-1b restrictions
They beat expectations again, but federal funding cuts affect their projected growth a bit. Their AI business is growing rapidly - this is similar to google cloud 5 years ago - a small part of business , but growing exponentially . I think it’s a great entry point for the best of breed in the industry. I have never seen them traded at such a low PE multiple. It can go lower in the short term , but they will figure it out over the next few years. They always do. ACN will bounce back to above $400
I’m holding my loser ACN calls. They’re gonna turn around if I sell!
ACN was supposed to go up. I had a “feeling”😭😂🤦🏻♂️
i have a feeling in my balls that accenture will go up. $ACN Calls
Does ACN report their earnings before the market opens, European time?
Anyone playing ACN earnings? I bought some stock, hoping it pops during pre-market/earnings in the AM.
What do people think of ACN hitting 330 with earnings in the morning? I was pretty bullish but checked their subreddits and the employees seem miserable. Now I believe there's no limit to their greatness
ACN going to 290 at open
still hope for SFIX puts are not cooked yet lets see at market open tomorrow. ACN I hope it works out :)
Wsb down on ACN so that means calls gonna print.
The Accenture Reddit doesn’t seem hopeful (mainly an employee sub). But the ACN bulls tout they’ve got partnerships with mega players and a lot of acquisitions under their belt. I’m going to go with the employees on this one. lol
ACN BABY just stay where you are
I'm thinking ACN calls and SFIX puts. Rationale: \- ACN appears to have tempered expectations but their cashflow/balance sheet is strong. I dont anticipate a strong movement but a slow 2 to 3% movement in the coming days \- SFIX could have similiar reaction to other consumer disc stocks and their profit margins are not great. All the money is ploughed into AI and this is in a different industry.
Every one should load to the gills ACN 1/16 260c because they are gonna print hard and because I have them.😬
I bought ACN calls😭😂! It ain’t over till the ceo sings!
I bought $235 puts for Oct 17th on ACN, 17% up since yesterday, I'm also eyeing puts on BB but waiting to see what tomorrow is like, hoping for a pump so I can get them cheaper
You missed ACN that im bagholding as well!
