Yes, because they often detail who their customers are. Don’t judge me for liking penny stocks, this process could be the same for $NVDA (in fact $NVDA 13-HR filings are brilliant for this!), but it’s the system that’s important. Yesterday I read through the energy/battery company $DFLI (yes, a penny stock…I don’t want to hear it please!)…so $DFLI makes a line of lithium batteries under the Battle Born brand. Obviously, with a lithium battery manufacturer you’d like to know where they source their lithium from and if they are going to have supply chain/inflationary pressures from sourcing overseas. Why I don't think DFLI and more companies under Trump won't be delisted when they might have had in other administrations. This SEC under Trump is a much more lax SEC. So in general companies being delisted are much less likely to be and the SEC is more flexible/willing to work with. Look at what has happened in the last few months with multiple investigations....Coinbase, Robbinwood etc. They went away. Trump (not a fan myself) puts in his own people and wants less regulation. See below.. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the second Trump administration has shown a shift in focus and priorities. Under new leadership, the SEC has a Republican majority and has restructured its enforcement division. Chair Atkins has stated the SEC will return to its core mission of protecting investors and ensuring fair markets, moving away from the previous administration's perceived overreach. Expected priorities include protecting retail investors from fraud, focusing on areas like accounting, insider trading, and market manipulation. The administration also aims to reduce regulations and increase market access and innovation. Regarding digital assets, the SEC is working on a clear regulatory framework instead of focusing on enforcement. There is also an expected focus on combating cyber-related misconduct. The SEC may favor smaller corporate penalties, emphasizing individual accountability. Specific actions include revoking the Director of Enforcement's authority to issue formal investigation orders, rescinding and replacing previous guidance on shareholder proposals to make it easier for companies to exclude them, and President Trump issuing executive orders aimed at reducing federal agency activity. The SEC has also established a Crypto Task Force and a Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit. Just my thoughts based on Trump wanting less regulations on everything.

$DFLI is my bet lately. I used to work for them, and have been severed from contact for over 5 years. They went public about a year after I left, and their stock sits around $0.38 a lot lately. I know when they started, they took investments from a lot of groups that sold shortly after IPO, and the price has stayed low since, and even gone down, despite being a solid business that makes a quality product. I personally see a lot of potential for up or down, but it still seems undervalued, and I have shares I plan on keeping. I do not see them exploding anytime soon, but they seem like a good thing to throw extra money at and ignore for another few years. Maybe wishful thinking, but I feel confident having diamond hands on this one 😅 i have a whole 356 shares ($135) riding, and I buy a little more every paycheck :]

DFLI is interesting, but they may be one quarterly filing away from showing the increase in benefits from their recent partnerships. Looking at this PRSO--which looks to me a possible buyout candidate by some of the big boys out there. But the Quarter to Quarter revenue increases need to in place. Pretty cheap stock, though.

They’ve recently partnered with two new companies, they’re on their way to making fully American made lithium batteries, reducing reliance on overseas manufactures. Also so many recent lithium ion battery fires and DFLI is renowned for their safety practices and they’re known for making the safest batteries they have the tests to prove it. So on my opinion this stock has great potential to make it to where it used to be, not gonna happen in a week or two but if you’re patient it should pay off.

Problem is it’s not like any competitors in the space are attractive a - LICY SES DFLI SLDP
DFLI - they have a proprietary process for creating non-flammable solid state batteries and have potential for state/federal tailwinds
DFLI - strong R&D and processes positioned to produce solid state lithium ion batteries. They also have a contract for Nevada-sourced lithium once mined in the next several yrs
I'm watching $DFLI and adding to my holdings. They are a platinum sponsor at the largest RV show in America. With people looking more at RV or Van life as an option, this could give them a pretty big boost.
I have been and continue to keep an eye on and amass shares of $EPAZ. $CLNN Presenting in September after a huge win in late August re: significantly improved survival benefit. $DRRSF Quebec very recently committed $105 million to upgrading the existing south shore Port of Saguenay to the benefit of First Phosphate. If they can't get help to fund building a whole new port at the north shore, this might be tragic. There are rumors of shorting because they look desperate with their marketing hires. $CYBN- Mid- August: Cybin Prepares for GMP Manufacturing of CYB003 Capsules for Phase 3 Trial- Shipments of CYB003 capsules to clinical sites expected in Q1 2024-- $ASTI- just watching this develop. $DFLI- had some big moves in the last half of August. I am curious. $SOBR- kids going back to college and they just announced "SOBRsafe Launches Sales of its Alcohol Detection Wearable, SOBRsure" on 8/30.
For those who don’t wanna click more ~ Most analysts have a consensus of a 45% return in 6-12 months. P/E Ratio is 1.67 (Very cheap) Valuation ranked B+ Growth B+ Profitability B+ (Yes they are profitable!) Over 65% is owned institutionally. This is an easy play that should net you 50-100% depending how much it runs. It’s also one of the few penny stocks I’d hold as they are only getting better. They are also one of the few that are profitable. I’ll include pictures that back up that this is primed for growth and you can get in ground floor. DFLI made us free money and so will this. Good luck.
I got a DD I’m putting together but it’ll take a few days to get ready. Sunday/Monday most likely. It’s on a company that’s never been mentioned here and it’s pushing boundaries on rules but imo it’s close enough. I’ve been here years and modded those years too. I’m just really burnt on playing the same companies over and over when I know the end result. That’s why last week I brought DFLI and we all banked cause it was new and interesting. That’s my new goal here. Find companies that aren’t part of the cycle and bring them to light. I can’t keep playing these companies on their 5th split or medical bio companies that are money drains. I want a compromise. I want a company that’s reputable and respected but just might have seen better days. Something that even if I lose I can say “Hey there is hope in the brand”. I can’t say that about almost anything down here. So stay tuned if interested and I’m going to do my best to find new shit. It might be boundary pushing but it’s stale after years and I want new toys. I will no longer remove any post that’s good if the company is under $6-7 bucks. We have to keep it small that’s the entire point but the users will just be safer in companies in the 3-7 range. These companies that are actually Pennies are inherently dogshit and dangerous. We all know that, or you should. Obviously all under $5 is fine too, I will just let more slide in the name of fresh and new plays. 
TTOO happened cause that’s the motion of everybody jumping in at once. It’ll fall hard or as said offering. I’m not gonna be just a hater but I’m searching for something different. I know you guys made a fortune off DFLI and my report on that, so I’ll keep looking. This is too low for me, I can’t trust they won’t do something crazy. It’s medical and they have to be on the edge of compliance to even be listed. It’s scary to say the minimum. You can volume push anything but that’s not good strategy. Last week I made the DFLI DD and tons played and made $$, I made over 100% and I bought as I posted so no reason people couldn’t have made that easy. Some maybe 50% or so but bank either way. This week I didn’t have much to say as I bought puts on QS at $13 and sold at $9 so it wasn’t a penny but I made 50%+ on that. Would have shared cause it was free money but, not penny. I’m taking the week off after my sale of QS puts, my Amazon long looking good rn after earnings. I will now reassess and start looking for the next weeks play. Finish winning on $DFLI and gauge how many contracts I wanna get greedy with as it’s 80%+ up. Sold half before close Friday, gauge rest Monday and then look to reposition somewhere else after some DD.
When do you think it’ll pump ? Might buy some shares. XXII went up another 80% today.. kinda mad at myself for not holding but better safe than sorry. Going to sell my DFLI shares for around 20% and look for a weekend play
DFLI hit all time lows $1.38 after a share offering (&2.00). It’s on its way back to pre dilution price of $2.70. Do your research on this. It was an absolute steal below $1.50 a few weeks ago and IMO is still a steal at $2.10.
What are your positions in DFLI? I remember watching the ziptrader on youtube talk about it and the next day it fell by like 40%.

Long time lurker recent commenter, that being said I’ve seen you posting about this a lot. Granted I’m 217 shares deep on DFLI. Let’s hope your DD is as good as you say it is.

$DFLI is the next big win, look at the chart. Profitable last quarter. Will be fully by 2024. Won their court case days ago for more patents. Lithium ion battery tech 1/6th the price of QS and better. 55 other patents on battery tech. Invest or not just remind yourself to keep watching it get to 5+.

PLTR, EPM, AMD, DFLI and ON for the past month.
I am gonna wait for DFLI to dip then probably buy it at the right price. There was a catalyst news today, but it only went up by like 5%. So, I expect either a panic sell or a stagnation, which makes it easier for me to buy at a dip.
