I would seek to re-enter later." I re-entered at just under .48 today. Market sold off in the .90's despite it having room to go further. I also posted an update to my page about how a RS split was increasingly likely and to the DFLI community and got accused of being a short.
I'm not in for very much - might be interesting to see what happens Thursday morning. It's already a big loser for me - same as DFLI. I wouldn't take the risk if I had thousands invested.

Psny - bought at ~$1.70 , sold at $1.08 (before the reverse split) if you want a learning opportunity, look up the term "bull trap" (I thought because it was slowly rising it would continue that pattern). Also they *charge* you a small percentage just to hold shares. Also a bagholder for DFLI - they just announced a reverse stock split. Many users were promoting that just recently, almost as if people are paid to advertise a bad stock. Terms to research if you don't know: bull trap, stock split, and stop limit. When people say "don't bet more than you're willing to lose", they mean it because anything can cause a stock to plummet ~90%, so diversify your portfolio. Good luck, and God help us...

I also warned about the volatility of the RS in this post and another. it couldn't break the $1 target. Personally I bought 1k shares at just under .48 today to hold through the RS. I usually hate a RS, but in this case I see it as a long term positive. Most times an RS is a death sentence to a stock, but with all the positive news for DFLI with regards to government contracts, this will be beneficial down the road as it will help attract bigger investments from institutional investors and dunds Globalstar is a good example of this. Their SP crashed horribly, even after they announced an investment by Apple. After the RS , there was a few months of slight downward momentum, but last I checked, it was triple what the price was after the RS
they announced the RS split of 1:10. tried to warn people. I think 1:10 was optimistic of DFLI because they're under monitoring until october 2026. They could have gone higher so to me it points to DFLI management being bullish on this next years outlook

If I had that and had to put it into pennies, I definitely would not chuck it all into one. I'd pick DFLI, RVPH and DVLT, all three seem to be on a solid upward momentum now and I predict next week should look quite good for all three - RVPH with their upcoming FDA news which is expected to be good/solid, DFLI with recent contracts and attention (hoping for concrete numbers to be announced soon, or deals made at AABC), and DVLT just rveokw their silence which hopefully means a new cluster of news, announcements and whatever they've been working on during these past weeks.

If you actually check DD on DFLI aside from considering it a short squeeze, you will see that a long term one and won't be a pennystock in no time.
Increasing my position in DFLI today. Small market pullback yesterday that hampered momentum a little but really encouraging to see that it held steady and now just needs a strong day today to regain compliance.
Personally, I'm just as done with DFLI as I am VIVK. I get burned every time I do that play.
