DRTSW might end up being one of my best positions I forgot about 3 years ago
I am long DRTS and it’s a very, very unique front run opportunity for retail investors (vs. institutional investors that couldn’t get in because of low liquidity.) Whats the idea? Their alpha radiation platform works on physics, rather than chemistry. High LET radiation placed directly into the tumor destroys the tumors double helix DNA and releases the antigens that signal the bodies T cells. The platform has been tested against north of 300+ people across nearly every solid tumor and there are no side effects. They recently achieved the challenging PMDA certification in Japan and are now working five separate IDEs with the FDA. There is no revenue yet but that’s by design. With a platform like this, you only get a first attempt to negotiate insurance reimbursement and you always lead with your best. Their best is a recurring GBM (brain cancer) that is halfway through a trial at this moment and the results so far are nothing short of breath taking. No other treatment has ever achieved two Complete Responses against rGBM and Alpha Tau did it two out of the first three cases. Remember: there is NO standard of care for rGBM. They send in a social worker and tell you to say goodbye. Alpha Tau could wind up as the standard of care for rGBM globally. Then, you have to do math. Lets say they charge $120k per treatment (which is a simple, biopsy like outpatient procedure that thrills insurance companies) and they are all alone for inoperable brain cancer. Whats that worth? $5B? $20B? $50B? Now, take a look at their current market cap before the big institutions get in. $1.13B. Massive ownership from the C suite so interests are aligned. Fully funded through 2027. Massive US commercial agreement with Tolmar around prostate cancer. And potentially the biggest IDE is yet to happen with the FDA: Alpha Tau has demonstrated the ability to fix the blind spot of the $50B checkpoint inhibitor market. The IDE once approved will allow Alpha Tau to trial in combination with Keytruda, Merck’s $32B/year drug that boosts T cells. The blind spot for all checkpoint inhibitors is “cold tumors.” The Alpha Tau destruction of solid tumors turns cold tumors hot and that means no solid tumor is safe from the combination. What’s that worth? $50B? $100B? $250B? Alpha Tau is sitting at $1.13B today. But not for long. One bonus point: this is a device. This is not a drug. There is no lengthy phase III. Its a safer play then betting on the chemistry of drugs. I am long both DRTS and DRTSW.
SLS hopefully buyout this year. DRTS forever. DRTSW will rise faster, up 100% on a month of you want to swing trade. Could not be more eternally bullish on DRTS.

I have some DRTSW warrants almost 10X since january. Also RVMDW from Feb at 700%. People just pick a stock and cheer for it haha.

Bio is definitely moving. Look at year to date charts for RVMD, DRTS and SLS. Flat all year then jump mid April/ mid May a new plateau. Then June 15th all of them climbed fast to where they are now. ABVX chart would have looked the same but for a trial death that was found to be unrelated (see huge, obvious dip I missed :( I'm continuing to buy. DRTSW and RVMDW warrants move with more torque. They're up like 1000% this year. Can't believe no one talks about warrants.

MSTV, SLS Jan 27 leaps, AUR, FIX, OPTXW, Pesorama, I like REKR too, and AIRJW. Also DRTS is going to be a monster. Look what they've done with brain tumors and panc, check their recent partnership with Tolmar. Ask yourself why a powerhouse like Tolmar would give them such a sweet ass deal if they aren't even FDA apporved to treat prostate cancer yet. I have many DRTSW warrants that expire next march with a strike of 11.50.

Learned about drts in January. Wondered why DRTSW was around $1. Bought a bunch. Kept buying. Very happy now.
Huge post-give-a-sht-about-the-war rally profit taking seems normal. Huge run huge friday rotate. My main stocks: SLS up 60% last month DRTSW up 102% last month SIVEF up 32% last month AIRJW up 88% last month. Not too worried. If it bleeds into tuesday I'll get worried.

SNXX, KORU, MUU it's screaming in our faces. SLS calls three months out, sell on the 80th event rally. FIX and VG will probably climb steadily all year. My DRTSW warrants up 175% in a month. AIRJW doing good too.

Up pretty good on my core NLST, DRTSW, SLS, IBRX. Around 15% now but I consider them all binary plays until the next big catalysts although sleepy NLST has given me 50%. My play and learn money is pretty even but I had a 25% and 15% days last week day trading.
I'm ASTS, IBRX, SLS, NLST, DRTSW and SIVEF. I'm up a good bit. Have a few thousand I play with and UCO didn't show up haha. Might ride some helium and natural gas this week for fun and profit and learning but should just put it on my big 6 haha.
But I gotta buy VG, WEAT, UCO and CING! And, always, DRTSW warrants.
Either hold on or get out or invest in good companies that will also benefit from the war and a slow or fast drawdown. VG, MOS, CF and EONR are my plays. They're good companies projected to grow already and will be be accelerated by this conflict. Or we all die, either way I'm fine. Aside from my core individual holdings ASTS, SLS, DRTSW, IBRX, NLST, and BW. They're long term and will survive this administration and as much as I fear for our country and the world right now I will be smashing that buy button with fat, piggy fingers for the next 5 months if they crash. Then my month-long getaway during the midterms/civil war. And so it goes...
New here but DRTSW warrants are only 1.50 and the company was just approved in Japan.

DRTS is the actual stock. DRTSW are the warrants (from the IPO). They have significant differences, best way to put it is if you know options the warrants are similar to that, but if you don’t really understand what the warrants are should probably not trade them. Me personally, NFA and DYOR, although I’m long and many in the community love the warrants, I would go with the stock.

DRTSW closed under 0.50 today. So maybe they are aiming for about 50% of the warrants? They could just keep a massive stink bid open. Seems like a good idea to me.

I would probably agree with that. I bet big on DRTSW (1/2) in the .30s when I saw signs the merger was going through, and in spite of the substantially higher commons price than TWNT, the warrant price is close to where TWNT.WT is now before the TWNT commons pumps. The TWNT warrants may not go as far as other plays at these price points, but it all depends on how aggressive a pump the commons gets. In whoch case the commons may be a better play. I'd base warrants vs. commons on entries. For me, I am actually willing to be a LT holder on DRTS even if it drops from here just because I love their cancer killing machine and think it has drastic upside. LLAP I don't know if I'd be willing to baghold so I probably won't play either way.
