A few of us are following another stock in a similar position, and the question came up. It seems that when a company announces bankruptcy and possible delisting, lenders recall their shares to sell them as quickly as possible, and this forces something of a squeeze. Not sure if this is what happened with ENDP, but maybe it did.

It’s a lot like the ENDP craze. “Non hormonal birth control!!!!”, “roe v wade!!!!!”, “best thing since sliced bread!!!” Except a quick research showed it to be glorified vaseline with lemon juice in it that was $250 for 12 applications that only last an hour and then only 80% effective. Pulling out, condoms, and the current existing spermicide jellies and sponges were readily available, cheaper, more effective and didn’t require prescriptions. All people had to do was describe it to the females they knew and ask if they would use it to know it wasn’t going anywhere. But it was a social media pump and dump and that’s all. A money pit for investors.
None. And everyone who entertains them should look at them thru the Theranos lens of empty promises of game-changing technology with no profits and poor results overall. There’s been a half dozen biotech pump and dumps the last year. Prog/Bior, ENDP, GMVD, that have these “real company” DD’s and a quick google search of their products and a 5 min look at their financials on yahoo, and then a fast twitter search that shows umpteen pumper/dumpers advertising them, don’t even warrant bothering with looking up their SEC filings. If ur looking for short term gains, you’ll come out better swing trading SPY, some ETFs, TSLA and APPL. Most of this stuff that has SPAC’d and IPO’d in the last year and are swimming in debt already are just not smart. Times are gonna be hard for bigger companies that have a positive cash flow with rising interest rates. These zombie start ups are gonna be money pits if you hold it 6 months. You can’t make payments on debt if you don’t have income to support debt AND operating expenses. Negative EPS, especially when the EPS is more than half the share price TO THE NEGATIVE, is a bad sign. Buy whatever you want to but to advertise this as anything besides a “squeeze” (social media pump and dump), is just lying.
