Raised 45.5 mil in funding last week for consolidating senior debt in partnership with an auxiliary drilling co., with company officials consistently buying up +/-300-400k shares like clockwork every month. Hedging business model that secures PPB of oil at 70$ a barrel for the year which insulates them from the price fluctuations on crude. So far revenue has been flat but over analysts estimates; hopefully moving forward with business expansion they’re projecting to move from 900 BOPD to 20000, retaining 35%, of expected +95million non-operational income from said auxiliary co. On newly leased wells. Investor/earnings call end of Oct. Company press release: https://www.eon-r.com/press-releases Financial records archive for EONR: https://www.edgar-online.com/ Very interested to see where it could go from here given the current geopolitical sentiment of that area. Company is only 2-3 years old so… hope that helps!
Who else getting down with that dirty oil money on EONR?

Good morning/afternoon all! I’m awake from few hours of sleep. EONR - sold all :) ESPR - long holding :), do your DD if you want to get in https://preview.redd.it/wpx2kimw57nf1.jpeg?width=1014&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=97cc8e65f7ef52584f939ee7667acded823cfaf9
Oil and Energy Stickers - EONR and NINE
Is anyone watching EONR?
I like EONR for today, looking a bit bullish...let's see what happens.
Take a look at EONR for a possible overnight flip. Pretty decent earnings this afternoon (albeit still negative eps). Nothing crazy, but I think it was good enough to see a pop when the market opens tomorrow. They will need more volume, though.
WORX - strange but like it TNFA - starting position at .10, clear funds to add some more over the days, want to become a whale on this one EONR - earnings play CTM - holding you close buddy KULR - maybe I need to cut you lose my old friend BBAI - future proof hold PRSO - just move man...
I've got CTM, some EONR that I wish would push over .32 again, and SKYX. Otherwise, I've done some Schwab Themes in Space and AI, which most did pretty well over a month. And Schwab Slices on COST, because that is hella expensive. Thinking about checking out some environmental industries (for when the pendulum swings) and maybe some defense.
EONR was news driven. Zenatech is fundamentally driven and I expect it to be multilbagger in a year. Do your own DD
EONR and ZenaTech - Will be Multibaggers

CTM, OPTT, IXHL, MLGO, GHV, EONR. Or they are just bags, but light ones for me at least lol. But don’t know, as I also like KULR, NTWG, and ICU lmao
Thanks u/RaZE___SoViEt , I follow and appreciate your input Still holding my $EONR bag from your last comment, that's a wave that's still possible.
$EONR (hopefully) and $BTBT 🚀🚀
Been trading for about a while now and scanning this every once in a while made me start focusing on low market cap penny stocks for the last month here are a couple of my trades so far. I am up an average of 0.3% a day for the last 30 days, here are the stocks that did it last week. CTM 1.55-1.8 (\~16.13%) SLDP 2.07-2.23 (\~7.73%) IBIO 0.701-0.78 (\~11.43%) ARGO 0.69- still holding (name change today restricted from trading) Today I am looking at OPTT as accumulation/distribution trends up and holding EONR until I make 1-2% \~0.41 then jumping ship (fuck that stock). I take sound bets and sell small wins everything is at least a 24hr hold. Follow for more.
[https://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/EONR?q=EONR](https://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/EONR?q=EONR) where do you see strong buy? Not seeing any rating
Haha yep! Looks like EONR's getting ready to ride that drill wave 😂 Let’s hope it keeps gaining momentum!"
I made some more calls last night, **SNGX** nice pump, **VRAX** decent so far, expected more from **CALC** and **BEAT** but green is green. I spend a bit of time looking for plays for y'all, even if I don't have time to play them myself, so if y'all gain or lose money on them, let me know so I can improve. I'll continue to work hard to hopefully help everyone make something. Thanks! Still long on **EONR, BLNE, LCTX, UROY, PRPL**
I've been burned by several local companies so I gave up on that route. I am rarely long on penny stocks but EONR/PRPL/LCTX/UROY/BLNE are on my radar
EONR has had a bunch of insider buying..usually a great sign for a lower priced stock. We highlight [MicroCap Insider Buying](https://www.realcreativeagency.com/microcap-stock-insider-buying-activity/?reddit)
This "EONR announced a $52.8 million financing agreement with Enstream Energy Partners to support the expansion of its development projects." was in March 2025.
I made quick 25% on ARBK, me next move is EONR. Watch it blow from the first war news that will come
EONR outta nowhere
Hey I'm glad it's not only me this shit happens to. I missed peak EONR (.48-.8) because I was driving. I missed peak GURE (0.76-1.2) because the dog took a shit during the pump. My life is a joke
EONR is having some big moves this afternoon. Maybe a good next week.
KULR had a MASSIVE run. EONR didn’t run at all.
Anyone have a clue what the POS $EONR is ging to do next. Bag holding this for a while and even on news the only movement is down
EONR has to be one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen on this sub. The stock is junk. Though KuLR is definitely the worst.
My bagholding EONR ass watches. Oh, we watches.
still holding onto EONR i bought at 0.5, aint a loss if u dont sell. GIGA cope watching BURU as well
Waiting for outcome of EONR conference call. Cant find anything about it yet
If anyone is looking for some EONR, PED, or KLTO— look no further. Will sell cheap.
>EONR Looks too close to word Enron.
EONR hopefully poised for a comeback… https://finance.yahoo.com/news/eon-resources-inc-announces-special-120500077.html
is EONR at risk of delisting from NASDAQ seeing as it hasn’t been over 1 dollar since January
I know many don't look at penny stocks for long term, but here's a few I've been mentioning and like: **LCTX** Thanks u/SushinWasabie **BLNE** **UROY** Other possible: **EONR** once they finish the inevitable round of funding and announce workover or additional roll-up **PRPL** if we get more news that looks like M&A progressing
does EONR still have potential after the deescalation of tensions in the middle east
Depends on war news. Who knows where that war is now that the cease fire finger pointing has started. That EONR dip could make someone money. Could also be a mistake lol.
**$EONR** https://finviz.com/news/86793/eon-resources-inc-announces-special-conference-call-thursday-june-262025-at-10-30-am-edt-to-discuss-acquisition-of-the-south-justis-field-in-the-permian-basin
Nice reversal coming on EONR. Buy now
$EONR has been a shitshow haha hopefully some sort of rebound happens because my losses are killing me on it 😭
Me too, wtf happened with EONR?? They just had good news about some acquisition too I don't get it
I got reamed on UCO, EONR, and INDO. You ain't alone
Holy crap. Sorry to everyone for recommending EONR the other day. 😬
I only went in with NINE & ECDA, profits on both, I’m still unsure if EONR will break, it keeps getting close but then going back down, good for profiting off the fluctuation but I could be wrong, I won’t go in on it. NUVB looks like it is trying to break. Got in the dip at MVST. Looking like most of my current ones are a bit longer term. Will check out TPET & SIDU. Check out DXST. :)
Now that EONR showed its ass (again) will people stop taking out of theirs about it?
Virtual hugs haha Now how about some pennystock tickers? Happy with $NINE, $TPET and $EONR today. Check out $SIDU. $ECDA got vertical PM due to a $500M $BTC announcement.
EONR hit .5803, let's keep going!
NINE goes up, EONR goes down NINE goes up, EONR goes down
EONR oil play in a pennystock. Timing is perfect. This can break resistance at .50 -.60 and hit $1.00 with more volume and attention.
$EONR showing good volume but still struggling to break its resistance. Do people think it will break this week ?
Have EONR at .46 what’s it gonna do?
EONR with a good start after opening bell. But seriously.... i buy REI and ya'll wanna start to sell huh? Guess I'm not cool enough lol.
EONR just needs one little push to break its ceiling then i could see $1-$2 easily with the oil play this morning
TFW you bought EONR instead of NINE
Apologies guys for EONR dipping, it’s because I loaded up more
Overnight prices: GURE .9015 HUSA 18.10 DFLI .255 TPET 1.80 NINE 1.18 UAVS 1.12 EONR .5615 ICON 2.29
I jumped in EONR partially due to this conflict. Hoping my gamble pays off but even if not through this they still seem like a decent company.
EONR? they are a super small time operator of CBP waterfloods lol
Can people who are familiar with the following stocks (and any other oil/gas stocks) give a brief DD? I’ve looked into a couple of these in moderate depth but am trying to figure out reasons to invest in one (or several) versus others tomorrow. In particular, these stocks have different size floats, short interests / days to cover, and exposure to middle east drama: HUSA, INDO, EONR, GURE, NINE, USEG, CGBS, RBNE, any others? I’ll start off by saying that HUSA and RBNE had a registered direct offering on Friday (and HUSA had a reverse split earlier in June). I don’t know how that bodes for this week - hopefully someone can fill in some details/interpret. According to dilutiontracker.com HUSA is currently listed as at high risk for dilution. I DON’T KNOW IF THIS HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEIR “RDO” DILUTION ON FRIDAY. INDO and NINE are listed as at low risk for dilution.
I wrote a couple DD on EONR. But here is the answer to your question as I see it. Their contracts guarantee that ~70% of their oil production will sell at $70-$70.50 per barrel no matter how low oil prices fall. This shields EONR from price crashes, like if global events or oversupply drove oil down to, say, $50/barrel. Yes hedging can limit upside. If oil prices surge (e.g., to $90, $100, or higher due to Middle East tensions), EONR will still have to deliver ~70% of its production at $70-70.50 under those hedge contracts. They’ll only benefit from those higher prices on the 30% unhedged portion of their production. So while the hedges protect them from downside risk, they also cap most of the upside gains from price spikes on that portion of production. The key to this company is really the fact that they are producing lots, cleaning up the balance sheet and the stock is super cheap. Not FA but thought I’d share my thoughts on it.
Looking good for my EONR shares
I’m personally betting on EONR
OPTT BURU EONR KITT, do your own dd and nfa but have fun!!!
My bag of EONR may be looking real nice next week
Hopefully Trump bombing Iran can help pump EONR! GPUS almost at an all time low. They will have a really good catalyst in August when 40,000,000 will show back on their financials. I am in at 168 and holding through October or so.
I wrote a complete due diligence post on EONR. I still think it’s solid.
If the strait of Hormuz gets closed down by Iran then EONR will be flying high. War may be unfortunate. To those who know how to profit from so we will prosper.
I have small penny stocks ;) $TPET, $EONR, $NINE, $EOSE And then those battery stocks. Also in $LITM.
I couldn’t find the responses to this post because Reddit was super flaky for me the last couple days. But glad I’m getting to it now. Their contracts guarantee that ~70% of their oil production will sell at $70-$70.50 per barrel no matter how low oil prices fall.
