It’s all about the GOL fellas Gentle Oral Loving
That’s pretty solid performance over the last 6 months. The revenue growth was crazy last year. Personally, I don’t like the idea of owning airlines as a long term investment. They are basically debt machines. Most of them, if not all of them, are down when looking at the 5Y return, including GOL. Also, I think travel, at least in the US is going to slow down after the summer.
While that's all true, it's interesting to see how AZUL and GOL have been rallying like crazy in Brazil. I wonder if the same kind of rallies will happen here too at some point.
Well, at least GOL is making me money today.
Today is the day my GOL calls print.
GOL up 18% today and no clue why.
GOL puts eod yesterday. They’ll be down 10% today.
I believe GOL and DOLE gonna do good fo earnings
Fuuuuuuck, I tried to buy calls on GOL Friday but they never executed. Up 22% today. Would have been a 10x. Fml

Should I invest on DOLE before earnings? I think it might be good since it's low right now so it would go up. As well as, GOL, it seems like it would be good
I am a bot. You submitted a picture of a banned ticker, GOL. The market cap of GOL is **407,334,700** This check will fire if you included unnecessary pictures that have bad keywords/phrases. Repost with the useless pictures omitted if you did that.
Holding GOL. It was up 12% yesterday, down 12% today because some bitches were filmed fighting on a plane and it went viral.
Anybody know anything about GOL? It’s up another 5% AH AFTER 12+% today.
Anybody follow GOL? Why is it up 13%
What the hell is up with GOL? 10% up, breaking upper resistance.
Anyone who wants a volatility play should try GOL. Rangebound with 5% moves. Daily.
ANKARA TESLA ANKARA TESLA ANKARA TESLA GOL GOL GOL GOL!
It seems like the price fell quite a bit at the time 3GOL have started (I'm not fullt sure why that is, but seems to be the case often with such products in first few months). But in december 2013, the price seem to be around 32 dollars. a very rough math (though I know this won't hold in general): 32\*(1+3\*(1900-1700)/1700) = 43 I would expect in every 2-3 years you would get significant loss (say 5-10%). But despite that, I see that 3GOL managed to hold somehow since end of 2013 (it's 8+ years!) I see why both Nicket ETPs crashed, large swings will cause loss this is the risk I listed in first and second items. But even with the swing we saw in Nickel, I'm actually surprised that 3NIL fell like 50%. I would have expected a larger fall. If potential profit for being right is more than 50x, taking in few 50% drops would still lead to profit.
It's asymptotic. It never actually reaches 0. All ETPs do this. But, if you like 3GOL, you'd probably have loved the 3x Wisdom Tree Nickel ETPs. Both the bear and bull ETP went to zero within about two weeks of each other. 3GOL was at $97 in 2013 with gold at roughly $1700. Now gold is at $1900 and 3GOL is at $41.
But in what time horizon? I checked 3GOL for an example which exists since 2013 and it still didn't go to 0. In fact, if one invested at the time gold price was going up, it would indeed have led to gains I would predict by 3x w/compounding. And even if it goes 0 over time, if we are distributing the bet in time (getting the same fixed amount every month), there should be a time that above calculation is true, no?
UAL, SAVE, DAL = room to run JBLU, AAL = Depends on the DOJ lawsuit CCL, NCLH = Diluted and already at near pre covid levels. Room to run if you believe they will perform as the rest of the market has post recovery. GOL (adr) - may be positioned to run substantially but dangerous considering vax rates and instability in Brazil.
Feel like GOL has to come back to life but it may be quite a hold with COVID still doing its thing.
Yeah my neither. What you know about GOL my ✈️ guy
Good question! If they are that hot they can melt alloy I’ll bet against GOL. 😁
I think they would be considered 8 or 9 in the USA. Just google search GOL flight attendants
How are their flight attendants? I've only flown GOL.
AZUL popping because they announced they're buying Latam's Brazil operations and Latam's like ummm no? Whatever between GOL, AZUL, LTMAQ and AVHOQ one of them's gotta be a multibagger
I’m in the same boat, RYCEY for the long term and airlines for the short term, specifically the ones from emerging economies, they are half way to pre-pandemic numbers (take a look at the Brazilian ones $GOL and $AZUL)
Take a look into airlines at emerging economies, they are playing catch-up with the American ones. Look at $GOL or $AZUL, same path of AAL and LUV.
There's no penny stock I'd choose to hold exclusively. If it's any stock, probably BRK/B. Any ETF, probably VBR. The closest thing to a penny stock, probably GOL.
Ahah. I was researching leveraged funds in Europe, I found: QQQ3 QQQS 3USL 3EML 3UKL 3DEL 3SIL 3GOL There’s probably more available but that was enough for what I wanted.
BA seems to be making a move. Ill go long GOL in Brazil who has a heavy presence in the Embraer world. \*not a recommendation, seek your own advice\*
